LATEST BACHELOR REVEALED!
-The executives over at ABC presented their fall lineup today and it was announced that Prince Lorenzo Borghese, a 33 year old cosmetics entrepreneur, will be our next bachelor when the season begins in September. And in addition, this season will take place in Rome, Italy. Uhhhh, where do I begin? To me, "cosmetics entrepreneur" means two things: He's gay, and he used to work in the perfume department at the local mall. Love the hair dude. The more feathery your hair is, the more masculine you are. Seriously. Andrew McCarthy called from "Pretty in Pink", he's upset you stole his do'. He's a Prince? Yeah, I find it very hard to believe that some small town farm girl and the Cosmetics Prince are going to magically fall in love. Call me skeptical already. So I decided to do a little digging on the Prince and found his product website. It's www.getroyaltreatment.com. Go there and you'll find out all you need to know about him. He makes shampoos and conditioners for dogs! Outstanding! He's a dog groomer! And a Prince! All rolled into one. Can't wait for this season to start.

And he lost his beloved black lab one year ago to cancer (so says his website). How many episodes before that comes up and the woman think its so endearing that he loved his baby doggy and they all cry together!? I'll say 1.5 episodes.
He is the most unattractive bachelor yet. Alex is hot compared to him. I like the 'Pretty in Pink' reference, my favorite movie ever.
I agree with stl's comment. I predict cyrying in the future about his baby doggy.....
Oh dear..it keeps getting worse and worse. I thought Alex from season one was a troll...but this guy takes the cake.
Pathetic. Why can't they pick a regular (normal) guy. Not a doctor. Not an heir to the Firestone fortune. Not a prince. Just a regular schmo. Better yet, they should just forget about Bachlor shows and go with Bachelorette shows. They are more entertaining.

This guy actually called me when I was working for PETCO at the corporate offices. Under a program they have, prospective vendors are allowed to send samples of product in for reviewal by a Buyer in their category in the Mercandising department. It was part of my job to open these packages and field calls from interested parties. Most of the times the items submitted were just plain dumb—like your grandma knitting doggy booties in her trailer in West Virgina; very unprofessional, totally amateurs. However, every once in a blue moon a real professional representing a real product line would submit something. I totally remember this guy, because he went on to tell me on the phone that his grandmother started Princess Marcella Borghese cosmetics, and those that know me, know that I am VERRRY into makeup and of course I knew right away who he was talking about. I don’t remember our conversation, but just that he went on for forever introducing himself and telling me about his company, but he was very professional and nice about it all. This was back in 2004.

Rumors are flying that Katharine is a Scientologist and that the group hsa been a force in making sure she is still there! Remember how Tom Cruise voted over 20,000 times in some online poll by Parade magazine? He voted - or had people vote - for his image being what it is was caused by the media or something. Anyways this is the same type deal.
