THIS IS AWESOME

I'm sorry. I didn't find out about this until this morning since I could give a rat's ass about the "Country Music Awards". But did you see that Carrie Underwood won "Female Artist of the Year?" Good for her. Which once again proves my theory: This is "American Idol's" world, and we're all just lucky to be living in it. A couple notes from the win: Sitting at Carrie's side during her win was none other than Anthony Federov, the dude with the hole in his neck from her season of "Idol". Hmmmmmm....I wonder if they're boinking? Naaahhhhhh....no way. But the best part about her winning was Faith Hill's reaction. Holy smokes. Very professional, Faith. Good Lord.

Update: Now, Faith Hill's camp has already come out and said she was joking, and her and Carrie are fine. Well, of course she did. What's she supposed to say, "You're damn right I'm pissed some reality TV has been just beat me out for an award." That would ruin her squeaky clean image. She was joking? Really? Of every awards show you've ever seen (Emmy's, Golden Globes, Oscars, etc...), have you ever seen one of the losers react like this? Even in a joking way? Uhhhhh, the answer to that would be "no". Nice cover up, Faith. Look, I've got nothing against Faith Hill. She's smoking hot. But I think she got caught in this case, so of course she said she was joking.
