The other thing you should probably do (temporarily, until her habit is broken) is to crate her at night. Most dogs won't soil their own bedding, and if she used to go all night without pottying, then it seems like it's probably a habit she's developed because of her love of her backyard. Once the habit is broken, then I'd try letting her free again at night.The other possibility you should think about is that she might have a urinary tract infection.
