A question for you, Steve…

On one of the AI shows Scott seemed to complain about a song he did saying that he had lost some of the hatpicks lately… do they pick the songs like that?

1 – yes, American Pie is one of the best movies of all time

2 – This whole “who you are as an artist” thing… the only reason that’s the “new” catch phrase this year is because it’s Kara’s phrase and she’s new. It’s like with Obama… he’s always saying, “Look…” and “Here’s the thing…”

3 – I disagree about Adam. I think his look fit the song, and I think that’s important.

4 – Think Kelly Clarkson’s gay? How about Ivanka Trump? Don’t see her dating anyone, and she’s pretty manly!

5 – a note on Trista Sutter… saw an article where she slammed Mesnick. You know, on her own show no one could tell if she was picking Ryan or Charlie, so she should shut up about it. She had her tongue down Charlie’s throat right to the end, too.

Ok comments – Bachelorette. After last season’s debacle, nothing would surprise me. I’m rather disappointed in the PWB paying Bachelors. That is much too dull of them.

Jason visiting Molly. Ok, I get that she used all her vacation time for the Bachelor filming so she can’t visit him during the week. But there is something called weekends. I’m with you – I don’t get how she can’t fly out on Friday nights and return Sundays. She talks to Ty all the time, and yet he hasn’t seen her since the filming? Yeah, I see breakup on their horizon.

DWTS – Hall and Oates? Really? Jeez – DWTS couldn’t come up with someone more current? Or at least have Hall and Oates sing something more current than Maneater? Which was the cheesiest of songs in its hea-day.

American Idol – I nailed all 3 lowest votes. Yes the judges rant and rave about Matt, but I don’t remember him. Two seconds after he sings I could not tell you what he sang or how he was.
