Ouch on the AI blog. Yes, there area “about ten gazillion things more important than Danny . .” including the retarded reality shows you extensively blog about . . .don’t think I need my head checked b/c I liked Danny & wanted him to win. And you’re probably right about the show not being rigged in the forthright & honest Hollywood environment. Nuff said . .think I’ll go focus on solving world hunger . . . lmao . . .

So I was looking through the Bachelorette cast and I swear one of them (Sasha)is from my elementary/middle school. Haven’t seen the guy in 15 years but I am relatively sure it’s him. Interesting.

Well, I see there is a sneak preview of The Bachelorette online and are you for real? Somehow ABC has managed to come up with not one but two eligible men that are breakdancers!!!
I don’t know about the Canadian men but here in the NE brake dancing is pretty much over the hill. We have a break dancing “duel”. You gotta watch this just for the absurdity of it all!!!
Can’t wait til Steve dissects this show of athleticism!!!!!

If we have rumors that Jillian chooses no one, it reinforces her assigned role as having a mind of her own, quirky, and willing and insisting on doing her own thing …. rather than the pawn of ABC that she really is.
The redeeming factor of this next show (I hope) is that perhaps they will do something “different” in the format, rather than just manipulating the participants and editing the thing to death. Since at least the top six was determined by the first show, and it includes several actors (ie Wes Hayden) that are there for promotion (with ABC full agreement), and involves payouts for performance, it behooves the producers to portray Jillian as independent of their machinations. I believe the storyboard was outlined before filming, and that plugging the characters into the correct spots was all that was necessary, so I am wondering what production will do this time to make things less predictible.
Interesting that Molly and Jason are keeping a public face of togetherness and that ABC is probably still footing their transportation bills with the help of a major airline. I wonder if their contracts specify a certain cut off date to receive their compensation, or whether there is a slight possibility, very slight, they are holding on on their own. Interesting.
Jeremy hooks up with Deanna for photoshoots to keep their faces in the press. Wonder when he is going to grow up and live in the real world. Too bad he is such a nice guy. He has more going for him than Bachelor reunions, photo ops, and hooking up with bachelorettes. Then again, I cheer when these cast members get the most out of the show for themselves. They deserve it.

On the Bachelorette, it seems that now they are promoting this show as the complete farce that it is instead of as what the original premise was (a single person looking for love).

I completely agree about Jon & Kate. Although I think that same thing could be said for a lot of celebrities – they get paid millions of dollars to be in the public eye and then whine about how paparazzi follow them around.

Love the updates, but missed your comments on Survivor and Duel2. I’d rather you skip The Hills which I have never watched and never will watch. One final comment on Celebrity Apprentice and the designer who quit: he has to defend himself for the future of his career and blaming bitchy Joan is an easy excuse for his prima donna behavior. If Joan had no ideas for decorating the space, how come it looked so great when SHE took over the design duties?
