The break up was announced with this ONLINE article by IN TOUCH on Monday Nov. 3rd around 2pm EST or 12pm Jesse’s time. DeAnna would like to “rewrite history” because the very morning the break up leaked (due to her interview) she had just lied to America on the Mike and Juliet Show, permanently destroying her credibility. She had already broken up with Jesse on Sat. Nov. 1st but chose to still do this public (paid?!!) appearance wearing her engagement ring and saying the wedding would be May 9th, 2009. Jesse posted the you tube after he had to witness his ex-fiancee wear his ring on TV after she had already called off the wedding. Show me one man who would not be hurt by this. America was hurt by this. The unpopularity DeAnna is now not coping with was brought on by her own inappropriate behavior. The Mike and Juliet Show gave DeAnna a second chance (probably expecting she may like to apologize for lying). But since DeAnna “never makes mistakes” and “never says SORRY” she instead used the on camera moment to complain about Jesse’s you tube (she wrongfully blames for her unpopularity since November.)

Actually, the more I think about it, DeAnna’s magazine interview was not actually released until the issue was on stands. I remember waiting for someone to buy the issue and tell us what it said, she was typing out some of DeAnna’s quotes and giving us the general idea, she didn’t copy and paste from an online leaked article.

I think what happened is that InTouch leaked the break-up *announcement* on Monday, to build up hype for the issue they were selling later in the week. On Monday Jesse did the YouTube video and Extra. The interview itself was not leaked, so Jesse did totally 100% scoop her as far as getting his side of the story out there.

I know, who cares, blah blah blah.

okey dokey :Oh and whoever said that about the In Touch article and the you tube, you have it right, I remember reading about the In Touch article in the morning and then going to the â€œhappy coupleâ€ hahaha website to see if it was still functioning and there was no youtube video there.

I don't mean to sound like DeAnna's apologist, and she definitely should NOT have given that interview until after their joint announcement, but I think she assumed the story wouldn't be released until the issue was printed and on newsstands. Maybe the reporter verbally promised her that (in order to get the exclusive first interview) and she was naive enough to believe it. If I remember right, the story was leaked on a Monday and the issue didn't go out on stands until Friday (or something like that). I think she thought they'd give their joint announcement on Thursday and the issue would be out on Friday. Very stupid and very naive and cunning too -- she wanted her interview to be the first word on the subject.So Jesse actually scooped her, he heard about the interview and immediately did the YouTube video and went on Extra and Hollywood 411 several days before the issue was on sale. Jesse ultimately won that little battle, a lot more people saw his video (because it was such a trainwreck) and TV interviews than the relatively small number who cared enough to read a leaked online article. It was a bubblegum article too, she didn't bash Jesse, she just said some general statements about things not working out, it was VERY harmless. If you ask me Jesse's interviews were a lot harsher, he's the one that claimed she wasn't affectionate without cameras around, and made himself sound like a total victim who was blindsided at the airport.Anyway, DeAnna can try to rewrite history and pretend her interview came out after the YouTube video, because that was the original plan, but it didn't really go down that way.

@surrealtvfan Totally agree.Oh my GOD, I need to stop reading comments. Would it hurt anyone to proofread before submitting? Unless English is your second language, there is no excuse for some of these barely readable replies. And I seriously don't think RS is deleting comments other than the two he mentioned, so the issue is really PEBKAC. Sorry, feeling snarky again.

This was better than the Holly interview — until she showed up. Then it was like nails on a chalk board again. I have to give props to DeAnna, while I never cared for her, she does know how to present herself in interviews and avoids making herself look foolish. I thought Jeremy sounded good and that was a fun little surprise. Oh and whoever said that about the In Touch article and the you tube, you have it right, I remember reading about the In Touch article in the morning and then going to the “happy couple” hahaha website to see if it was still functioning and there was no youtube video there. The video came after the In Touch article came out, with direct quotes from DeAnna, so either her memory is off or she’s just covering her rear. Anyway this seemed like less of a waste of time than that awful Holly interview from the week before. I’m still bitter about wasting my time listening to any bit of that.

Two of my friends went to lawschool with Jeremy and they both claim he was a bit of a show off… Apparently he used to be “that guy” who used to hang out on the quad and take his shirt off and flex his muscles when girls were around. I am sure this is no surprise, just thought this was a funny piece of info.

Let’s not forget DeAnna is still under contract, and she has to watch what she is saying. We saw a glimpse of the “unedited Deanna” on Twitter, and people could not believe what they had to read. Lstening to this interview takes it further, it is a group of 4 going against 1 (Jesse)… mocking him, ridiculing him, using irony and innuendo, even hitting below the belt. The context must also not be forgotten – this is not a simple interview of a reality show contestant speaking to Reality Steve about the Bachelorette. This is a woman trying to explain away why she called off a wedding. For reasons most will not understand, she is slow to blame herself but puts a lot of blame on Jesse (who had said during the break up he was willing to work on issues) and even on Graham (implying “how dare he did not get down on his knee). I have to agree with other posters if you show no maturity regarding relationships then you should not represent for anything related to weddings. Weddings are all about making love work – sadly DeAnna’s hurtful revenge on her fiance “gives love and getting married” a bad name. However, enjoyed to learn new details. Jeremy wears purple – did not know that.

Hi RS- Here is what I think of De intvw.

- Deanna handled herself very well, showed maturity and caring/ not bashing anyone. I thought that she was conservative in how she approaches sensitive topics- applaud her, seems genuine, concerned and want to be taken seriously not just a beautiful woman who’s been on reality tv etc. Sorry things didn’t wk out w/Jesse(opposite attracts for a short while, but when it comes to serious stuff it helps to have someone who thinks in the same concept like u..that eliminate alot of headaches ’cause u tend see things similar etc.(from experience-had a funny guy, made me laugh but that’s all he had in him). I don’t see the similarity in behaviour bw her & Holly..no offense intended.

_ Holly, Ok I get it, she is the jokster, comedian funny girl. But at some point she needs to calm down in order to be taken seriously. Show us that there is more in you than being funny especially if u intend on doing more interviews.

-Jeremy- Well still conducts himself w/caution- rightfully so(career).
1 thing I picked from him is that he seems to have self-cofidence,assurance not afraid to put himself out there. Seems to be enjoying post Btte very much.
