Welcome back. If you haven’t been to the site since “Bachelor Pad” ended, well, you’ve missed a lot. Most of the season has already been spoiled here over about 10-15 posts I’ve made. But to make things easy so you don’t have to go back pages and pages reading every column, I will cram all of it into one nice, neat spoiler column that takes you through everything I know about the season. It’s weird, I’ve got the beginning laid out and I have the end nailed again, however, there are parts in the middle where I just didn’t get enough info from my sources. You’ll see as you read on. A lot of this will look familiar because it’s cut and pastes from previous columns, but there is a little new info here and there. Lets call it “Bachelor 101″. Tomorrow morning around 8:00 central time I will be making an appearance on Kidd Kraddick’s radio show here in Dallas to talk about all things “Bachelor” related.
Of course, first things first, a lot of you are probably wondering if I’m gonna comment on the lawsuit filed against me. Not right now, but hopefully soon. My attorneys are in discussions with the attorneys for the show’s producers and distributors about a possible amicable resolution that would be mutually beneficial to both sides and avoid costly and distracting litigation. The minute there is some sort of finality to all of this, I will let you know and explain everything that happened. In the meantime, it’s business as usual on this site and nothing changes.
However with the lawsuit pending, some of you have emailed me doubting how legit the spoilers are, or are thinking that maybe I was somehow given false information. Can’t stress to you enough how wrong that is. I guess every time I post an ending people will question it, but remember, after I got back to back seasons endings wrong on the initial post (Ali and Brad), there isn’t one thing that’s been wrong. Nailed all of Ashley’s season as well as “Bachelor Pad”, and have been giving you basically real-time spoilers all during Ben’s filming. As I’ve said for the last 3 years, I have plenty of sources. I’ve never understood peoples fascination with where I get my information from. As long as it’s right, who cares where it came from? Just know that I’m 100000000000% certain on the ending of this season. Not worried one bit. Lets begin:
Episode 1: Meet and Greet (25 down to 18)
Here are the main highlights you need to know about the first episode:
-All in all, I was able to confirm 17 of Ben’s 25 girls before ABC released them. Pics of them are on the “Ben’s Girls” link above, which you can get to by going to “Spoilers” > “The Bachelor” > “Bachelor Ben Spoilers” > “Bens Girls.” Couldn’t break my record of 19 that I was able to do last season for Ashley’s guys, but hey, I tried. Also had one in there for a while that was never cast. So Heather Freshwater, wherever you are, oops. Sorry.
-However, since the show released all 25 girls first names, 5 more last names have come to light: Jenna Burke, Dianna Martinez, Lyndsie James, Amber Tierney, and Shira Scott (Astrof). So the only last names I’ve yet to find are Jennifer the red head, Brittney, and Holly.
-Brittney is the girl whose grandma gets out of the limo and introduces her granddaughter to Ben.
-Lindzi Cox is the one that arrives on a horse because she has a background in Equestrian. She receives the first impression rose.
-Monica Spannbauer is the chick who is into other chicks, especially Blakeley. What a wonderful edit she’s gonna get. I’m sure her parents are proud. Or, she was told what to do and just played along.
-Shawn Reynolds is the single mom whose a former college soccer player that whips out the soccer ball during the cocktail party to play with Ben. Because, you know, that’s a way to a man’s heart. Soccer.
-Emily is an Epidemiologist. I had no idea what that was until I found out that was her profession and had to look it up. And I’m still a bit confused, but it has to do with preventing diseases and looking for cures and sh** like that. Probably one of the smartest girls they’ve ever cast. And a giant germophobe. So much so that she sanitizes Ben before getting the first kiss out of the limo. She’s also a gangsta rapper to boot. More on that tomorrow after you watch it, if you haven’t already.
-In terms of who gets group date roses, I really was never able to pin down exactly who got them in each city. I don’t really think it’s a major deal for the sole reason you’ll see it’s all the girls who end up getting far anyway.
-Lets see, how many model/actress/ pageant girls do we have this season? 7. They are:
1. Erika Uhlig (Miss Chicago 2011)
2. Samantha Leavy (Miss Pacific Palisades 2011 – we know this because I told you months ago and, well, she wears her sash the first night)
3. Blakeley Shea (former Hooters girl, Maxim Top 100 in 2006, you get the idea),
4. Courtney Robertson (International model, has a national commercial running for Caesar’s Palace, was on the cover of Fitness Magazine in April 2011)
5. Shira Scott (model/actress) Once played Andy Bernard’s girlfriend in an episode of the “Office”.
6. Rachel Truehart – Well, her sister Crystal was on Season 2 of “The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency”, so is she guilty by association?
7. Jamie Otis – Didn’t know this one until I was recently informed she posted on her Facebook wall that she will be competing for Miss NY on Jan. 14th & 15th.
-I believe Nicki Sterling is our only divorcee this season. Has been divorced for a little less than a year, went to Texas A&M where she met her husband, and her maiden name is Felix.
-Jenna Burke is the NYC blogger who has panic attacks when she finds out guys don’t like her or something and has the ultimate crying meltdown on night one because Monica starts harassing her. I’m guessing from the prodding of producers. Monica + heavy drinking + producer influence = making Jenna a sobbing mess and starts making sexual advances at Blakeley. Lovely.
Rose Ceremony Eliminations: Amber Bacon, Amber Tierney, Anna Snowball, Shira Scott, Dianna Martinez, Lyndsie James, and Holly.
