I apologize. I know I said it’d be here today, but something came up, and my webmaster and I came up with an idea and we need the weekend to figure it out. Anyway, everything will be ready to go Monday with the interview, plus, we’ll have an update regarding the merchandise store. I think you’ll like it.

As for the Holly interview, glad most of you liked it. Don’t really pay much attention to the comments since it’s what’s expected from anti-Holly fans. This is their chance to be heard and they’re expressing themselves. If that’s what makes them happy, let em’ at it. I don’t really care what they say all that much as long as you’re reading and listening, which you most certainly are. Yes, the DeAnna interview is longer, but there are a couple surprises in it. Remember people, I’m not Walter Kronkite. I’m not auditioning for “60 minutes” here. I hit record, and when I’m done talking, I stop it. There’s no editing done whatsoever, and we just roll through mistakes and what not. It is what it is. If you like it, great. If not, then spend half your day on the comments section telling us why you didn’t since that seems to be the thing to do nowadays.

Sorry, but I had other important matters to take care of the last couple days, so I will push back Reality Roundup until Monday. Within the next 2 weeks, there will be a major update to the site. What will it cover? Pretty much everything. My trip to Vegas, celebrity gossip, shows I’ve been watching, shows I’m about to start watching, a couple of Dr. Reality Steve emails that have been sitting in my inbox for, oh, about 3 months now, a Maddie update, and numerous other little tidbits. Since the “Bachelor” doesn’t come back til January, I wanted to hold everyone over with some interviews. Well, those seem to be going south on me at the moment, so let’s get back to what this site is all about: My personal opinion on everything going on in the television world. And I definitely won’t limit it to reality television. Especially not with “90210″ and “Gossip Girl” having just started up. I have one or a thousand opinions on those shows.

I’m heading to California next weekend for my godson’s 1st birthday along with seeing my niece play soccer for the first time. She just had her first game this past weekend and they lost 30-1. Apparently her team stinks. And she just likes to run around beside the person with the ball as opposed to going and kicking it herself. Uncle Steve will teach her better when he gets there. Maybe I’ll just wait until after next week so I can include her soccer game in the column. Trust me, there will be plenty of TV talk in the column, but also plenty of non-TV talk. Like possibly having a MILF as our next Vice-President. Or God forbid, next President, if McCain kicks it early. Or how about the couple in front of me on the plane on the way back from Vegas that made out for the last 30 minutes of the flight. And hard. They were both in their 40’s and they were tickling each others intestines with their tongues like it was the 8th grade dance. Embarrassing. In addition, I have good Maddie news and not-so-good news.

Let’s just assume the interviews with Brad, Graham, and mystery guest aren’t going to happen so you won’t be disappointed. And if they do, then you’ll be surprised. But I’m done telling you if and when they’ll happen because I never know. Some people get busy, some people don’t return calls/emails, and some people are just flakes. It happens.

The update is…..there are no updates. Your guess is as good as mine as to what happened to the interviews I had lined up. People tell you things that they think you want to hear, I guess. And if you think that was a thinly veiled shot at about the last 5 or 6 women I’ve dated as well, you’d be absolutely correct. Brad said he was in, and now I can’t find him. Same for Graham. As for the mystery interview, she said in email she’d do it. Then the minute I got in touch with her management company, she was booked for the time being. I’m pretty confident all these will eventually come through. I’m just done putting a time frame on them. Which I hate doing because then you never know when to come back to the site. I promoted Jeremy knowing he was a stand up guy and wouldn’t flake, and wouldn’t you know, the traffic to the site on the day the interview was up was close to 20 times more than on a normal day. And the next day as well. So I’d like to promote when interviews are coming, but there’s always a chance people will flake. As the last three have done for the time being. We’ll see. I still hope they come through. In the meantime, keep writing your ridiculous comments. I seriously get a kick out of them.

As for me, nothing will happen in the next few days since I’m on a plane tomorrow morning to Vegas for a weekend of complete debauchery. I feel I deserve it at this point, and what better place to do it. It’s been an interesting summer to say the least, and I feel by ending it with a nice four day trip of golf, gambling, pools, and skanky women walking around, I’m giving myself the vacation I need to just get away from a lot of b.s. going on. So if you happen to be at Mandalay Bay this weekend, I’ll be the guy at the sportsbook during the day, and roaming the streets at night. If you find me, I’ll buy you a drink. Good luck with that.
