    Over 100 “Reader Emails”…

Not only did Tuesday set the record on my site for highest amount of page views in one day, but as evidenced by what you’re about to read, it also spawned the most emails I’ve ever posted in the “Reader Email” section. The weekly average is usually somewhere between 30-40 a week, and then a couple times we came close or surpassed 50. This week? We blew doors on that. We are over 100 and that’s with me not being able to print a couple just because it was one that had been asked over and over again. And I’d say over half the emails came in from the minute the episode ended on Monday up through last night.

Remember, these emails are basically all emails sent to me from last Wed night/Thurs morning, through this past Wednesday night. So, you’ll see as you read the tone and subject of the emails drastically changes going from beginning to end. Since I pretty much copy and paste them … Continue reading

Bachelorette Desiree Recap & My Thoughts on the Passing of a Radio Legend

Before we get to the ridiculousness/craziness that was last night’s episode, let me give my thoughts on something 1,000 times more important than this silly show, and something that affected me tremendously this weekend, which was the sudden passing of Dallas morning radio legend, Kidd Kraddick. To be celebrating my 20 yr high school reunion Saturday night (which was an absolute blast), yet be informed of Kidd’s sudden passing at the same time was about as difficult a night I can remember.

I am not a Dallas native. I’m not going to claim I’ve listened to Kidd my whole life and grew up driving to school with him on my radio because I didn’t. Before I moved here 7 … Continue reading

“Reader Emails,” My Thoughts on Antigua & the Juan Pablo Rumors

Another day, another set of rumors, innuendo, and speculation. Gotta love it. At this point, nothing I say is gonna convince anyone of anything since I have no details of what goes down in Antigua. It’s a whole jumbled mess with US Weekly’s cover story of “Rejected!” that hit newsstands today which I’m sure will lead to another influx of emails asking me what happened. If I knew, I’d tell you. All I know is the final result and I’ve said that for weeks on end. I guess maybe I should’ve gone back and changed the spoiler section of my site with updates, but since I’d been saying it every week since the first promo aired showing clips from the end of the season, I guess I felt I didn’t need to. But I guess that’s confusing some people. Oh well. I’ve stated time and time again in the last month I do not know any details of what goes down in Antigua. Never claimed to. I’ve just … Continue reading
