No real way to transition into this story. And we had a death in the bachelor nation family, Haley Mert, who was a contestant on Nick Vial season. She was eliminated in episode two. She’s been battling leukemia and yesterday she passed.

Obviously, is she somebody that a lot of you remember from this franchise? You know, she was on what, six years ago, seven years ago, and she lasted two episodes. No, but it doesn’t make it any less important because anytime somebody, if you’re a fan of this franchise, anybody, anytime somebody passes from this franchise it’s sad, especially in her battle.
You see some of her women from next season already leaving messages. I saw, I believe Vanessa Grimaldi left a message, Raven left a message, and I believe Kristen Whitney left a message as well. I mean, they, they went on her Instagram page and acknowledged it. And, you know, obviously I, you just never know.
You never know how, how, Much it’s going to reach or how quickly it reaches everybody just because every single woman on Nick season did not leave her a message Yet does not mean anything, but it was good to see some of the women reaching out You know, even for someone who lasted two episodes doesn’t make you any less Important because you only lasted two episodes in the grand scheme of the narrative of Nick season No, she just wasn’t a figure that’s going to pop into people’s heads.

Jax Taylor is in the news. He is seeking inpatient treatment for mental health struggles amid his separation from Brittany Cartwright. Season two of the Valley started filming, I believe two weeks ago. So, I’m sure this is going to be addressed on season two. We don’t know a ton of details, but there was a statement that was released saying Jax has always been candid about his mental health struggles, especially during the past few months on his podcast.
He has made the decision to seek inpatient treatment. This is a particularly sensitive time for him and his family. They asked for privacy and respect until he is ready to speak more on this matter. So obviously we know. Valley season two underway filming. He shares a son with Brittany three year old Cruz.
We don’t know exactly where they are other than they are still separated. I believe, I don’t think they are back together and we’ve seen Brittany having a hot girl summer. I mean, we’ve seen her out and about on trips with other women from reality shows. She seems to be living it up and enjoying her life as a, I mean, they haven’t gotten divorced yet.
They’re separated. So does that make you single if you’re still, I mean, she, I, if she had the ability to date because she’s no longer, well, she’s married to Jack’s technically. Yes. Cause they haven’t gotten divorced, but. She would be allowed to date. And haven’t we heard rumors that she is, has been dating?
I don’t even really know, be honest with you. We all know that Jax has struggled with his mental health as much as again, another guy that I just don’t like. I’ve seen enough of his behavior on television. That wasn’t Frank and bitten and wasn’t spliced together. There’s plenty of Jax, and I’m not even a guy that watched Vanderpump rules until season 10.
So I don’t even know his history with Vanderpump rules, other than what people have told me and clips that I have seen going back, but yeah, I’m not a fan of the guy, but anybody who is struggling with mental health, like he is clearly it’s a positive thing that he’s going to get help, but. But what I’m going to look for is, does the behavior change after he goes and seeks inpatient treatment?
Because if he just comes back in season two and treats women and Brittany the same way he did in season one, and the same way I’ve seen from old clips of Vanderpump rules, then it’s like, okay, well apparently you’re not either not listening or not caring or not paying attention to what I’m assuming the treatment is trying to help you with.
His treatment of his wife is just completely unacceptable. Nobody can get behind how he treats Brittany. And I’ve only seen the valley, like, trust me, I’m, I’m well aware of the other stuff he has said and done. I just never saw it in the moment when it did air and I probably haven’t caught all of it. But I’ve seen enough clips of this guy to know, like he’s got some serious anger issues, he’s got horrible communication skills, and he doesn’t know how to treat his wife.
It’s not a good combo, so I hope he gets the help that he needs. I’m not going to stand up and applaud until I see whatever he learns in inpatient treatment actually uses it to his advantage or comes out with a better attitude for season two of the valley and doesn’t repeat the same behaviors that he has for years.
And finally, you know, we talked about dance with the stars earlier with charity. I want to talk about dance with the stars. Now, because I brought this up a couple of weeks ago, like, Hey, we know when dance with the stars announces their cast, we’re going to get the same type of people. We’re going to get an athlete.
We’re going to get an actor or actress that’s in their sixties or seventies. We’re going to get somebody from Disney. We’re going to get a housewife. Probably. We’re going to get somebody, as I said, from Disney somewhere. The one thing I always brought. And the one thing that I did bring up a couple of weeks ago, I said, Hey, just remember, this is a Olympic summer.
So. We usually always have some Olympian on the show. And then for this summer, every time it’s a, the fall season of dance with the stars happens in an Olympic year, we’ll always get like the hot name from that Olympics. And obviously there’s so many us Olympians that compete, but I gotta believe right now the odds on favorite is the guy from the U S men’s gymnastics team.
The guy with the glasses, I don’t even know his name. He’s the talk of the Olympics. Everybody loves him. The men medaled for the first time, I believe, since either 2000 or 2004, getting the bronze. And this guy apparently just stole the show and he’s only good on the pommel horse. And his performance on the pommel horse helped them get that bronze medal.
I gotta believe he’s the front runner right now for the Olympian that gets dancing with the stars this year. And by the way. The question that I asked the other day in regards to Haley Welch, Hock to a girl, the majority of you said, no, they can’t give it to her. It’s a Disney. This is ABC and Disney.
There’s just no way they can give her dance with stars because her whole bit is way too sexual in nature. And that was the thing that I was like, look, everything about her. And look, you can say what you want about Haley Welch. I’ve watched her on. I mean, the amount of podcasts that she’s doing and the big name podcast that she’s doing.
She did Knicks. She did call her daddy. She did Whitney Cummings. Hell she did. Bill Maher, Bill Maher had on Hock to a girl now, probably because he’s trying to get with her, but regardless, just the fact that she went on a podcast like that just shows her popularity and I swear every time I have watched her, I don’t get the impression that this has gone to her head.
She doesn’t come across as some. Conceded like, oh, I’m the shit now. She’s 21 years old. She’s super young. She comes across as very, very likable. But with that said, I just don’t think Hock Tua is going to make it onto Disney programming. I can’t see it. I don’t know how they can hide that fact. If she had something else about her, they could just label her as social media star, but they have to bring that up.
And I just, they wouldn’t be able to avoid it. So I agree. She’s not going to make it on there. But, let’s just put our money down on the dude with the glasses from the men’s gymnastics team.
