As we head into the weekend, we get a good show for you. Although we start off on a negative note this Brian and Rachel. Divorce proceedings. It’s just getting uglier and uglier.
I don’t want to spend too much time on it But there was a new development yesterday. We got to talk about it. It’s all over the entertainment site So we’ll briefly discuss it somebody on gen season doesn’t like me or I’m assuming they don’t like me based on what they’ve done And it’s kind of funny.
Big brother last night. Don’t get me started. We’re going to talk about it, but I don’t understand what happened. Claim to fame on Wednesday night. We didn’t talk about it yesterday. We’ll talk about it today. And there are two women who are pushing for Taylor Swift to be the halftime show at the Superbowl this year.
And they make great points. We’ll discuss that as well. We’ll get to all that momentarily. So let’s start out with the Brian and Rachel news from yesterday. There was a court filing. Where Brian, I guess, is just complaining that Rachel is not handling this divorce proceeding in a respectful manner. He in court documents that he had submitted because the judge ruled she has to pay him 13, 257 a month in spousal support.
Well, she has to break that up into two payments. She has to pay bi weekly and she sent him, I guess, the first payment. And in the text that he showed in the court documents, he got a text on his phone saying, Rachel’s LLC sent you 6, 628. 50 for quote temp leech money. So Brian is very upset that she called him a leech.
I mean, is he 12? Like, come on, get over this. I, she paid you your money. Like what would you rather her do? Not pay you, not pay you her money and not call you names or pay you her money and call you a leech. I think you’d rather have the ladder. This seems like such a non. He’s also claiming that she was the one that called the paparazzi when he was taking trash bags out of their house.
I don’t know who called the paparazzi on who, I can’t prove anything, it’s all speculation at this point. I just know that these two are making it worse for both of them, not better. Because, why are they resorting to all this? I know that Rachel hasn’t given any sort of exclusive and given her side of everything.
She’s thrown shade doing certain things on podcasts here and there, but she hasn’t sat down and said, okay, look, here’s the deal with Brian and I over the last four years. Here’s exactly what happened. She hasn’t done that. Maybe she will give an exclusive at some point. Maybe she won’t. Maybe she’ll just keep throwing shade in ways like this, but this seems so minor to me.
She obviously isn’t happy that she has to pay the guy 13 grand a month for spousal support. So she, so she put in a text that he’s a leech. Get over it, Brian. Like, it’s not that big of a deal. Like, what is he trying to gain by this? Is he trying to tell the judge, Look, she’s being mean to me. I, I don’t know.
I mean, I, I’ve, I’m guessing divorce couples have called the other party much worse in divorces. In other cases, just literally three words in a text. I don’t, I don’t really understand it. Obviously he’s probably trying to get to the judge and appeal, appeal to the judge about like, Hey, look, she’s not handling this professionally, so maybe we should penalize her some more, or she should be ordered to do something else.
I don’t know. I don’t really understand what screenshotting this text message, it test message and putting it in court documents. I clearly there’s a part of it is like, he just wants to make her look bad because in touch got ahold of this. And I’m sure the reason in touch got ahold of this is because Brian told them, Hey, you might want to check out the new court documents.
Maybe he didn’t, maybe they just decided to check on their own.
He doesn’t have an outlet. podcast anymore. He’s got that weird thing with the divorce coach that he’s doing on That I, I would not do if I were him, but they ran part one. There’s supposed to be a part two and part three. I have no idea when those are running. If at all, if he was told to stop after the first one, I have no idea.
That’s a bad look for him. I just, I don’t really get it. What’s the goal here? You’re, you. You asked for 16 grand, she asked to give you 10 grand, and the judge settled at 13. Just accept what you can get. Take what you can get from her. The judge gave you, basically didn’t give you what you wanted, but didn’t give her what she wanted either.
Called it right down the middle and said, hey, she owes you 13 grand a month. Just take it and be happy. Tell me this guy’s that bothered by temp leech money written in a text. I just, I don’t get it. I don’t get it from either of them. Did Rachel have to write it? No, she didn’t. But Brian is acting like this is some major offense and I just don’t think it is.
He’s saying from day one, I’ve been committed to working cooperatively with Rachel and her professionals to amicably resolve this case. But Rachel continues to obstruct the process while spinning false narrative about her cooperation to the court. She continues to instigate confrontation just as she did prior to my filing for divorce.
Again, I don’t know enough about their relationship because all we’re seeing is stuff that’s in court documents. And clearly there seems to be two sides to every story. Rachel paid for everything. Brian is saying, well, I had to do all this stuff and move my changed my life for her. And I just, that’s what I say.
It’s at this point, there’s so much that we don’t know considering Rachel has a very popular podcast. I don’t think she’s going to hold back much longer. I got to believe at some point she is just going to absolutely unload on him. And then he’s going to have to go to Instagram or something to obviously give his side.
But I just assume that any tabloid that is reporting Brian’s side is getting directly, is getting it directly from him. I know how this stuff works. I think he’s going directly to them. It’s just my opinion because he doesn’t have an outlet where anyone will listen to him because he doesn’t have a podcast anymore.
I guess he could just sit on his Instagram story and record himself, but that’s almost too obvious. So if he does it this way, he can just deny, deny, deny, because the tabloids aren’t going to give up their sources. If Rachel says that’s Brian telling them exactly what to say. They can’t go to the tabloids and force them to give up their sources.
So Brian can do it this way, and just pretend it’s getting out there by people who might be in the know. When the person in the know is probably him, and he’s leaking it to the press. It’s my guess. And look, I’m not on anybody’s side on this. I’m not on Rachel’s side. I’m not on Brian’s side. I’m on the side of, can this story just kind of go away?
Handle this on your own, and I understand there’s interest in it by the tabloids, but it just doesn’t seem like this is getting any better and it’s getting worse for both parties. I don’t think anybody’s winning in the court of public opinion. Yeah. If you like Rachel and you hate Brian, you’re thinking that Rachel is absolutely destroying him.
If you like Brian and you hate Rachel, you’re thinking that Brian is being a standup guy. I get it. You’re not going to convince one side or the other that one person is winning this battle more than the other one is. It’s the same as kind of like in anything politics that’s going on right now. Just same thing.
Any side is that their side is, it doesn’t matter what facts are. It matters what their own self truth is and that’s what they believe. So you’re not going to do anything to make it convince them otherwise. So I get it. If you like Rachel, you love what she’s doing here. If you like Brian, you love what he’s doing.
So I’m not here to convince anybody of anything. I’m just saying, I don’t think it looks good for either. And I just wish this story would just kind of go away. They just need to handle it privately. And my opinion is Brian is the one anytime an entertainment site is writing a story about this or checking court documents online.
It’s because Brian is giving them a heads up. It’s just my opinion. I mentioned in the open that somebody from Jen season doesn’t like me apparently. And. The reason is because once everybody got back from filming, I started following this guy on Instagram. And then I noticed like, I wasn’t seeing anything.
It wasn’t showing up on my feed. It wasn’t showing up on my Instagram stories. And I know that he was posting. And yesterday I went to his Instagram account and. It says I wasn’t following him. I’m like, I know I followed him right after the filming ended. Cause I followed the final four guys. Like right when filming ended, I was like, all right, let me follow Marcus.
Let me follow Devin. Let me follow Jonathan. And let me follow Jeremy, but I hadn’t seen anything popping. I thought it was weird. So I wasn’t following this guy as of yesterday. So yesterday I was just like, okay, follow, went back to his Instagram two days ago, sorry, hit, follow, went back to his Instagram yesterday.
And it said, I can see the follow button on there. But he’s public So the guy in question is Devin. I just find it weird. I don’t it doesn’t matter that he’s unfollowing me I just don’t understand. What’s the point of this? What doesn’t he want me to see? He’s public if he was private it would make total sense.
Like I don’t want this guy to see my profile. That’s fine But I don’t get why you would I can publicly see I can see anything that Devin posts on his Instagram story or his Instagram Feed I just have to go to it because he doesn’t want me to follow him I don’t, maybe I’m completely missing something.
Maybe somebody can fill me in that this has happened to with somebody with a public account. Why would somebody who’s public say, I don’t want you to look at my stuff. When I can just go to his page and look at it. Does he just not want me to see his likes or something? Those are already out there, but I, I, I don’t really get it.
I am. I might be totally missing something, but don’t really understand it. You know, it’s not like I’ve been very critical of the guy. Hell, I said he had the best one on one date and he blew Sam’s one on one date out of the water from Monday’s episode. We all know how this thing ends. I just, I don’t really understand it.
I mean, there’s, I, did I say he was loud? Yeah, but he said he was loud. He said it in his intro video in the first episode. So I don’t know, just find it weird. Didn’t really understand it, but maybe I’m missing something as to, as to why who somebody is public on their Instagram account would tell somebody.
