We have all but five identified last names and Instagram accounts. They are on my Instagram story and also. On bachelor data’s Instagram feed posts. It’ll be up on my feed posts today when we five, they’ll find the last five women. But obviously the big story yesterday was what I reported on Devin on my YouTube channel.

I’m going to give a condensed version on this podcast because I read a lot of documents on that yesterday and I don’t want to just re repeat it. What I can tell you is. If you really want to know, and you want to see everything for yourself, you got to watch the video.
That’s why it just didn’t do it justice to say it on the podcast yesterday. You needed to see the proof and it’s all there on my YouTube channel. Go to my YouTube channel. The video says it’s under lives. It says exclusive Devin Straders past. Exposed or maybe it was Devin’s basket, but I don’t remember what I put as the title, but it’s all there.
And that was obviously a talking point and it’s going to be talked about for the next few days. So we will get to all that momentarily. So there are a few things that I want to discuss with it. Basically the gist of what I reported yesterday was back in college when Devin attended LSU, he was given a restraining order by an ex girlfriend.
Now I know what that restraining order was for, but because when I reached out to the ex girlfriend, once I found out this news this past weekend, she Never replied back. I asked for a comment from her. I asked to speak with her. She read my message on Instagram, but she never replied back, which is fine because I don’t want to say the story isn’t about her.
She obviously doesn’t want to make it about her. She doesn’t want her name out there. That’s why I redacted it from all the documents on the YouTube video. However, I felt the story would have been a little bit more complete to tell her side, but I wasn’t going to report something. Without speaking to the victim from back then his ex girlfriend and she didn’t want to speak.
That’s fine The story still had plenty of layers without her speaking now as I said in the video I will go back to May 4th 12 days before Jen’s final Rose ceremony in Hawaii on May 4th. I was tipped off to this I show the exchange I had with somebody on Instagram who contacted me on May 4th after I had posted that Devin Was somebody that had had a hometown a week earlier this person contacted me and I redacted some of our conversation things that people didn’t need to see but basically this person hit me up and said That Devin had a restraining order out against him in college and also that he had harassed her and he had broken the restraining order and he also lit the restraining order on fire in her driveway.
This was told to me on May 4th. Remember all season long, I was saying, I’ve been told negative stuff about Devin, but I don’t have any proof of it. And you know how I cover things now. I just cannot just throw out accusations that people send me. If I did that, I could have said it about probably 15 guys on Jen season from, you know, ranging from something fairly minor, like, Oh, he was a bully.
Which I don’t want to say it’s minor, but I’m saying, you know, compared to what Devin did, someone being bullied in high school or college and sorry, is, is minor. It’s not a criminal activity either. So I’ve been told negative things every season on the bachelorette, you know, I’m sure I’m going to start getting negative information about some of grants women, but until I see proof of stuff, I cannot just start accusing people and throwing stuff out there.
Well, this is what I heard. I, even though I believed it to be true, cause I didn’t think that someone would come to me. And say, this guy had a restraining order when he never did. But the problem is I never saw any proof. And honestly, I had forgotten about it. I had forgotten. I had gotten that until this past weekend where I was re informed and told, Hey, here are the documents that you can look at.
They are public record. And I was like, wait a second. You know, when I was sent this on Friday, I can’t remember if I got it on Friday or Saturday, but I, when I was sent it. I was like, man, I need to scroll back in my D DMS on Instagram. Cause I swear someone told me something similar to this. And there it was back on May 4th.
This person told me not only did he have a training order taken out against him in college from an ex girlfriend at LSU, but even mentioned and said he. Lit the restraining order on fire. And that was in the police report that I posted. So there’s that, then there’s also this hate speech that Devin said to a gay man on Instagram, right around when all this was happening, April of 2017.
And Devin DM a guy that was, I guess, involved in this situation. And, or you must’ve been, you know, in the sort of friend group and Devin reached out to him, who was this guy who he knew was gay and had some serious, serious hate speech towards him. I showed that DM as well. Devin’s name attached to it, April 22nd, 2017.
It’s all in the video. That’s, that’s why I’m not going to go over and read this stuff on this podcast and the audio version, just because I don’t really feel like there’s a need to, when you can watch it for yourself and you need to see the proof. So those were two major things. And then it just became, all right, when I was on the live last night, there was somebody and people in the chat room were saying, Devin is in the chat and he wants in.
And I kind of, I didn’t know what was going on at the time, but after the fact, people were sending me screenshots and there was a Devon Strader in the chat of my live last night saying, I will be on vile files this Thursday. And then Devon Strader saying, Jen going home tomorrow. I’m telling you right now, that was not Devin in my live, watching the live stream last night, also requesting me to send them a link to come on the live last night.
You know who I think it was doing that. I guarantee you remember a couple of years ago where we had that streaker. Who would show up in bachelor nation lives and pretend to be the best friend. And Caitlin got duped by him. I believe Kelly Flanagan got duped by him. And it was just this naked man who would whip his dick out once they brought him on because they thought they were bringing on one of their friends who wanted.
And so I guarantee it was him. Now, the thing is, I could have technically sent that person who said they were Devin the link, because all it does is put them in a holding room and I can see them on camera. So. That person thought they would have been able to get over on me, but I would have been able to see them in the holding room before I bring them up on screen to join me.
So I would have seen it was somebody that wasn’t Devin. So I’m a hundred percent sure, or 99. 9 percent sure it wasn’t Devin in my live stream last night. So no worries about that. And the fact that I think Nick would have been promoting this already. If Nick, if Devin was coming on the vial files, so I don’t believe that for a second, I guess we’ll know for sure.
If there’s a podcast out on Thursday, but I’m telling you, it’s not him. The other thing that I want to point out about Devin and the whole situation is, and then one of the reasons I reported this, this has nothing to do with any sort of vendetta against Devin. Yeah. I’ve not been a fan of how he handled things post show, but if this was any other guy in the franchise that had this against them and it was brought to my attention and proof was sent to me, I would have reported this story.
This isn’t me. Just, you know, double down, you Double downing on Devin and wanting to dunk on him or whatever. This is a serious matter. And if I’m able to get access to public records, Devin should. And then this is an indictment on the show. It’s one of the reasons why I did it. So yes, it would have been great to hear from the victim.
So she could actually explain to everyone why she took out a restraining order in the first place. I know why she did. And I’m telling you, it’s not because of some cyber harassment or Devin wouldn’t stop calling her. Let’s just leave it at that. But I know her name. I know her Instagram account. I reached out to her twice.
She read my message on Instagram. She chose not to respond when I asked for a comment or an interview. That’s fine. I’m totally fine with that. What I was able to share clearly shows that she had taken out a restraining order against him. He was served at the beginning of April of 2017. And then he violated that restraining order four different times.
You can watch it all in the video. You can see what she hand wrote all the times that he tried to violate the restraining order. He violated it by ransacking her apartment, breaking into her apartment when she wasn’t there, ransacking it and stealing a necklace. And then lighting the restraining order on fire one time.
He also got a DWI on April 22nd of 2017 or April 22nd or 25th. That’s in the video as well. I have a screenshot of that. He got a DWI. And he had the, and this, the victim put in her contempt of court writings that Devin had the cop take her to her place because he said, this is my girlfriend. I wanted her bail me out.
And she told the cops, we are no longer together. Please get them out of here. And the cop said, no problem. Sorry for wasting your time and waking you up. This is all like, I don’t need anybody coming to Devin’s defense anymore. I don’t need anybody telling me this was seven years ago. People change.
Look, for his sake, I hope he has changed because that’s about the least he could do at this point, because here’s the thing, we can put this on the show, and I’m, I’m one that will never defend the show and the way they treat their contestants, and the, the real sloppy vetting process they have had on certain contestants in the past, but I honestly think, and what I was told, the reason why I don’t have the original restraining order is because it was sealed.
Now. I have since been contacted by a couple lawyers in Louisiana who have told me since all this happened, even though he ended up pleading this burglary charge down to a misdemeanor and got probation, it should have come up in any normal background check. I don’t know if he could have even driven an Uber with his background.
The producers like you or me could have gotten the information pretty easily. So look, when I went live last night, I already know that there will be a couple media outlets that are running with this, not. Podcasters, not content creators. Yes, they will talk about it, but we need this to go to the mainstream media.
I know that some of the mainstream media will be reaching out to the show. I can already tell you without knowing what the show is going to say about this. I can already tell you what they’re going to say. Something along the lines of this is news to us. We never saw this during our vetting process. We are disheartened and discouraged to hear about this.
We’ll do better in the future. I mean, what are they going to say? How, how can they say that? Can I say like, Oh yeah, well, we knew about this. Damn it. You guys found it. They’re never going to admit that. And I don’t even know if that’s the case because the original returning order was sealed, but I’ve got lawyers in Louisiana telling me, Steve, if you were able to get it, that means that they just didn’t try hard enough.
