Maybe a little bit more of the podcast on this Brianna chicken fry, Zach Brian breakup, because it got juicier last night as her podcast, the first podcast that really she has talked about it in detail, the breakup with her.
She is a, one of the very popular podcasters over at barstool sports. She’s been dating Zach Brian for the last year. He broke up with her over text. And. She’s kind of kept quiet, said a few things here and there, but never really went into many details. And then yesterday, I believe they released a diss track on Zach Brian.
And then today they released a podcast and Brianna went into detail about things in the relationship that none of us had known up to this point. And it was pretty explosive. And I’m going to play three clips for you here. One of them’s two minutes and I think the other ones are a minute each, but first off, here is what she said, uh, about it.
And basically him being a celebrity, he wanted her to sign an NDA. Once the breakup happened, which happens a lot. In fact, it happens way more than you think in the celebrity slash athlete world, you date somebody, then they’re a celebrity or an athlete. They make you sign and they don’t make you sign.
They request, they want you to sign an NDA, usually accompanied by payments. Like you’re not allowed to talk about our relationship. I’m a celebrity. I want my private life, private, whatever happened between us stays between us to sweeten the pot. Here’s some money. And you’re not allowed to talk about it because you were going to sign a contract.
Well, here’s what she had to say as part of the podcast. It was a 90 minute podcast. I’m just playing some of the clips. I don’t have time to go over all of it, but this was the first clip that was released last night.
Episode of me not taking the money. Like it’s not just for me. It’s for anyone else that’s been emotionally abused.
It’s for people right now that are being emotionally abused. It’s for. People that don’t have a support system that I was luckily enough to have going through this and like the last year of my life has been the hardest year of my life like Dealing with the abuse from this dude Like I’m still scared right now because I’m like scared of him still my brain’s rewired Like I’m scared to make him mad and last week I didn’t want to talk about it because I was scared so I was like, yeah We can just talk about this stuff that’s public and I still said fuck your money But you made the women before me believe that they had no other choice than to take money from you Sign their, their experiences away, sign what they went through away.
You get to go skip off and sing your little fucking songs on stage like you’re a good, good dude. I don’t want, in two years, to buy a fucking house and think, Oh, this is the money from the dude that literally fucking destroyed me and broke me for a year? Fuck that. Fuck you. I don’t want your money and I I’m This isn’t me getting on the This isn’t like a drama thing for me.
This isn’t me not signing the NDA or not taking the money because I want to get on here and expose who he is and his secrets and all that shit. I didn’t take the money because I’m not signing away my experiences and what I went through to protect someone that hurt me. The end. I’m a lot stronger than a weak man, and I’m not, fuck you, fuck your money, fuck.
So that was her basically saying, I was offered money to, um, sign an NDA by my ex, Zach Bryan. And I’m not going to do it. And the reason why is, and she laid out the reasons there, like, why should I keep my experiences private now? I, I definitely think that Brianna’s chicken fry is very successful. I don’t know what her net value is, her net worth is, but it’s definitely in the seven figures.
Like she is a very popular podcaster. So, um, while. It was a lot of money that she was offered. It makes it a little more sense for her to turn down the money. And for her, it was just like, look, I’m not going to give up my experiences with you and have to keep my mouth shut forever and ever. I don’t really know how NDAs work.
Is it till the end of time? Is it till you die? If you sign an NDA and someone says, You can never talk about our relationship, is I don’t know how they work in terms of timelines or whatever. Maybe certain NDAs have a timeline in there. Or five years, ten years, or maybe it’s in perpetuity. I have no idea.
Um, so that was brought up. She says, Look, I didn’t sign it. He wanted me to sign it. I didn’t sign it. Because I want to be able to tell my story. She’s not going to, you know, Get on our podcast every single day and talk about it, but she wants to have the ability to To come out and maybe do an interview or say something and he might have gotten other women to sign NDAs, which he clearly did because she knows about it because those women have contacted her, but she didn’t want to sign it.
And then another clip is, well, how much did he offer her for in return her silence and to sign an NDA?
Brianna was offered basically a, a payout to sign an NDA to not talk about the breakup, things that happened. And it’s a shit ton, 12 million bucks is what it ended up being. And I was going back and forth with her a lot.
Me and Davey have been texting and it was like, it was like, we can’t tell Bri not to. Turning down 12 million bucks is, is crazy.
I sat on the back, on the back of, um, the Duxbury house that he bought for us to live in next to my family and like have a family in. Yeah. Yeah. Um, and I sat on that back porch with my aunt, and we looked out at the water, and we looked at this fuckin ten million dollar house, and I’m like, For what?
I’m going to get all these millions and just to have a backyard to sit in and thank Zach for fu Like, it was never about the money. I was with the dude because I loved the dude. Like, everything glamorous, rich, or fucking cool about him was the shit that I hated about him, or I hated being with him for.
Okay, so that’s that. And then we have the last clip that I’m going to play for you here. And this is basically just her turn. Why, you know, turn down the money and the houses to keep quiet because she didn’t want to sign her experiences away.
The text and everything. The second we broke up, the second he posted that text, I said, Fuck you.
I don’t want your money. Like, I don’t want a settlement. I don’t, like, I don’t know who you think I am, but that’s not me. And then it was a back and forth, a back and forth. His team would call me. They’d, they gave me all these options. They gave me, they started low. Then they went up to 10 million. Then they went up to 12 million.
Then they wanted to give me a house. Then they wanted to give me a New York apartment. Then they wanted to do all these things. That was his final shot at still controlling me and controlling my life with, with that money and with him being able to walk away. I like. I did a good thing. You know, I gave her all this money.
Who cares about everything I did. She’s, she’s gonna have cash in the bank. You don’t just get to dump and shit on people for a year, give them millions of dollars and walk away like, Ah, I’m the hero. She’s going to be taken care of for life. I’m going to be taken care of for life regardless because I’m me.
So it brings up so many Questions that I have, and I hope people aren’t coming down on Brianna. I can’t imagine why you would, she literally turned down 12 million. Yes, she is rich and she’s very well off, but anybody throws 12 million in your face, not very many people can turn that down. I don’t think her net worth is 12 million.
It’s she’s very well off, but my whole point is NDAs are very weird to me. I understand why celebs and athletes do this all the time. There’s probably so many people out there that have been with a celebrity or an athlete and signed an NDA and got money to basically not talk about it. I get why they want to keep their lives private because they are open targets.
They are very rich and people can try and extort them, all this stuff. So basically they’re just covering their own ass. Like. Uh, that’s what I say. I, I understand why they do it, however, because I guarantee there are relationships out there that probably went really well and then just two people didn’t work out and they’re like, Hey, it didn’t work out between us, but you need to sign this.
So, because I don’t want our private life and my private life exposed out there, you going on a podcast, you writing a book, whatever I’m talking about relationships that went well. And it just, for whatever reason, just didn’t work out the issue that I have. And this is. Gone on throughout the, the age of time is people signing NDAs in situations like this, like she basically just said she was emotionally abused for a year.
She hasn’t mentioned anything about physical abuse, but. It just seemed there’s something inherently wrong. I don’t think I’m breaking any news here, but there’s something inherently wrong with being in a relationship with someone, whether it was six months, a year, three years, five years, and you’re in a relationship with them and either you emotionally abuse them, you physically abuse them, you mentally abuse them.
And then at the end of it, you throw money in their face to tell them to shut up and never talk about it. So you don’t get in trouble. Now, there are plenty of relationships where the other party did take the money. And just basically said, I just, and I don’t know, I’ve never spoken to someone who has taken money to sign an NDA in a relationship that was either physically, mentally, or verbally abusive.
I’ve never spoken to anybody, but I do understand. I mean, I, if they told me they did take it, I would probably be understanding of why they did, and you could be like, Oh, they’re just money. You know, they were out for it from the beginning. They’re gold diggers, whatever you want to say. I think it’s a case by case basis.
You would literally have to talk to each person that went through that, what they experienced, and some are just like, look, I just, to get out of it and to be done with it, I’m fine with never talking about it. It was a horrible time in my life. I was abused, whichever way. Emotionally, physically, verbally, mentally, physically.
I just wanted to be done with it and they wanted to pay me off. Fine. I’ll take your money and never talk about it, but I just want to move on with my life. So that’s what I get. But I also totally respect Brianna here for just saying, fuck you and your 12 million. I don’t care. You’re not gonna, you’re not gonna make me forget about all the experiences so you can look like a good guy in the end, so I don’t talk about it, and you aren’t exposed.
You can be like, well why does she have to talk about their relationship publicly? Why did he have to treat her like a bag of dirt? I mean, why, why, why, anybody that’s coming after Brianna for saying why is she even talking about their relationship, it’s like, is she, why can’t she? She said, and look, I didn’t listen to the 90 minutes, but apparently she told a lot of stories about how he treated her.
She didn’t just say like, oh, he was emotionally abusive. She gave examples of what he did. So if you think that, I mean, it’s almost like you can’t come down on her because she had the opportunity to collect $12 million and never say any of that. But she would rather let people know about what happened to her and what she dealt with in a relationship than collect $12 million and.
Yeah, she does have money and she’s built a very good brand for herself. 12 million. So I respect her for coming out and doing that. And I respect her for just saying, screw you and your 12 million. You’re not going to rob me of my experiences that I would never be able to talk about ever. I just want to take a quick break here and we’ll get back to it and talk about prolon life because prolon life, a lot of people talk about the benefits of fasting, weight loss, physical performance, mental performance, gut health.
