I mentioned in the open, we might have something major coming tomorrow in the Clayton Eckerd, Laura Owens case. Why? Because her wacky lawyer tweeted this weekend after a busy week. I set my account back to public security issue. I have no idea what that means.
He was, he was private, but he said it back to public for a security issue. Whatever. Anyway, he said, Laura’s opening brief is done. We are over the 14, 000 word limit. Final edits will reduce that. So should be ready to file next week. Meaning it’s going to file the appeal for Laura this week. And then he said, tentatively doing a video with Laura Tuesday to discuss.
Have a nice weekend. I’ll just say right off the bat, that’s probably a 50, 50 proposition that Gingras and Laura actually do a video tomorrow. Just because this guy talks out of his ass all the time. And clearly I just, I can’t follow everything he says, and I can’t believe everything he says because he has said things in the past before.
It’s just like, okay. And it never, it never comes to fruition. Not to mention he’s just flat out lied about certain things. So we will wait in anticipation if he releases a video with Laura tomorrow or not, if he does, I mean, we will dissect it. Till the cows come home on Wednesday, because that’s what they want us to do.
And he knows that we’re all going to be doing it. The thing is. I don’t even need to, you know, I sit here and they say, we’re going to dissect it. I can’t imagine there’s anything to dissect. And there’s going to be anything new that he says in this video with Laura, where we’re going to be like, Oh, wow.
Great point. They’ve told us everything they’ve needed to tell us about what they thought about how the trial went, what Laura thinks of social media and the attacks that she gets. Like nothing. She says we’ll convince anyone. Anybody of anything yet. It’ll be fun to laugh at. So when I say we’ll dissect it, it’ll be to pick it apart and point out all the inconsistencies and how many times she’s contradicted herself by what she says, maybe in this podcast or video tomorrow versus what she has said in the past because She’s a liar.
She’s lied since May 20th of last year, the amount of lies I’ve lost track of. She’s not credible whatsoever, but all she does is blame other people for her faults. And everybody else is wrong and she’s the one in the right where she doesn’t seem to comprehend. When you have the track record that she does, you don’t get the benefit of the doubt.
You know, if someone comes forward with a sexual assault, someone comes forward with this happened to me, and we never heard of them before, they don’t have a past, you want to say, okay, immediately, they haven’t lost any credibility, but let’s dive into this more, Laura, your stories have been dissected over and over and over again since May of 2023, and the amount of lies and contradictions that you’ve had since May of 2023.
It doesn’t matter what you say tomorrow. I can’t even believe you’re doing this. You’re literally under criminal investigation by the state attorney in the state of Arizona, and you’re going to go and do a video with your lawyer thinking that that’s going to help you. I mean, you heard Rachel Juarez when she was on the podcast a couple weeks ago.
It’s like, you know, speaking about the lawyer, but it’s going to be the same. She would say the same thing about Laura. It can only hurt you at this point because the appeal process has nothing to do with the case. It’s not like he can say, Hey, we didn’t get to this in the trial, but here is this piece of evidence.
No, all you’re doing is appealing the judge’s decision, which as you heard Rachel Warris say, the judge made a 19 page judgment because she pretty much knew this was going to be appealed. And she wanted it all out there line by line to let the appeals court know. I did this thoroughly and I don’t believe any of her story for the most part.
So. Gingras and Laura can do whatever they want tomorrow and put on a dog and pony show and do a video and say all this stuff and the JFC crew is a cult and this and that. It’s going to be the same shit they’ve been running ever since Gingras took over her case, which I believe was in What, February or March of this year, nothing he has said, no point he has ever made.
I’ve been like, wow, we were really wrong on that. They’ve got this nailed. You know why? Because every single thing that he said has been shot down by a judge. For the most part, he’s won a couple of small battles here and there, but you basically got owned in the trial. You wasted 40 minutes to put Laura on the stand and you never even got to cross examine Clayton.
What a giant, giant mistake that was on Genghis’s part, but he’ll never admit it. Like, Gingras, the one guy that you needed to talk to in that trial and cross examine and use your lawyer skills to, you know, rip him apart was Clayton Eckerd. And you spent 40 minutes on your own client. In a bunch of leading questions that the judge already knew we pretty much nothing.
She said that day was anything new that hadn’t been already revealed in depositions. Just he’s getting owned in this case. This is going to be a negative for sure. Nothing positive is going to come out of this video for them. I can guarantee you that nothing they say is going to change anybody’s mind, but we’re going to have fun laughing at it.
I’m sure. So will Dave. So will the JFC crew. So will Lauren. I mean, it will be ripped to shreds for sure and as it should be, because these two are just, it’s a clown show what they’ve put on ever since Gingras took over the case. You know, us weekly does those dating timelines, you know, they’ll take a couple celebrity couple in Hollywood and look, they go back on their dating timeline and, and show like, It started in, you know, November of two, November of 2019.
And then, and you know, then they had a child in February of 2022. And then here was this, and then here was the wedding and all this stuff. Sometimes I read through it and I’ll just skim through it because I don’t really need to know somebody’s timeline. Just like, are they still together? Great. I’m just.
But I saw the headline yesterday of Dancing with the Stars, Riley Arnold and USC football player boyfriend Walker Lyons relationship timeline. I’m like, what? She literally just hard launched him like three weeks ago and they’re giving us a relationship timeline of two that haven’t been public for more than a month.
So I look at, I was like, I got to see this. They’re like, so. September 2024, they refer to a TikTok video where she said, I have a date in two hours or so. I’m low key nervous because I’m in LA, but should be fun. That was it. That was the update from September of 2024. Then October of 2024, they show on October 4th.
She had a Tik TOK where she said she had a fun date. He was easy to talk to. We have so many similarities and then the hard launch on October 27th. And then that was the October, 2024 update. And then November, 2024, they were at the wicked premiere and made their red carpet debut. Thank you us weekly. I know it was a, probably a slow weekend, but thank you for the three month timeline of Riley Arnold and her tight end boyfriend from USC Walker Lyons.
Appreciate it. And finally, did you see that? Hock to a girl has a big announcement coming tomorrow. She is going to reveal who Pookie is. So when Hawk to a girl became famous for that video, she did in Nashville. She was like one of those on the street videos where you see it all the time. Now it’s so funny because now on your Tik TOK feed, you see it all the time, guys out on the streets, trying to get girls out of bars to say something that’s going to go viral.
And they literally all say the same thing. And it’s way, way dirtier than what Hawk to a girl said anyway, on that video that made her famous. She talked about a guy named Pookie who she had dated or was dating. And then when she got famous and she had a podcast, she’s talked about him more and basically said she’s been on and off with him for three years, but now he’s her man.
Well, apparently we’re going to find out officially who he is tomorrow. Now. So I’ve heard people have already figured out who he is. They know who he is because he has appeared in videos or people have seen them together and seen them out. I don’t think he’s anybody famous. He’s someone from her hometown.
I just wanted to make it known in case you didn’t follow Hock to a girl that, yeah, we’re going to be finding out who Pookie is tomorrow, a riveting. Riveting reveal.
