Podcast #431 – Interview with Darva Conger from “Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire”

One of the top 5 guests I believe I’ve ever had on the podcast joins me today. If you were around in the year 2000, basically the advent of reality TV, you’ve heard the name Darva Conger. But do you know the whole story? I’m guessing no. And thanks to an interview she did with People Magazine last weekend celebrating the 25 year anniversary of the show, I was able to get a hold of Darva for a much longer form interview. And this explains basically everything that went down during that tumultuous time for her. A really unbelievable interview that I can’t wait for you to hear. Before that, today’s Daily Roundup is an hour talk with “Hot Bench’s” Rachel Juarez about the latest in the Blake Lively/Justin Baldoni case with her Amended Complaint dropping late Tuesday night. We go over the ramifications of that, a brief update in the Echard/Owens case, & then discuss our favorite courtroom movies. A lot to listen to today, over 2 hrs worth of interviews, but in my biased eyes, it’s totally worth it. Hope you’ll take the time to listen and to watch.

(SPOILERS) I begin by talking about the interview I did on the Daily Roundup with Rachel Juarez today about Blake Lively’s amended complaint against Justin Baldoni. Then Darva joins me (12:45) to discuss what a whirlwind her life became after being the “winner” on the show, what’d she get out of it, being public enemy #1 of the fans and media, how she dealt with it, what she’s been up to since and much, much more.
