Okay. One of the biggest things about last night’s episode. That we know caused a lot of drama is this, this bro group chat that’s going on between 20 or 25 guys, including every guy on the show outside of Luke.
So Danny tells Luke when Luke came over, hey, Jesse said in the bro group chat that Michelle is sleeping with a billionaire for $1,500 a night. Luke tells Kristen. Kristen tells Brittany. Brittany tells Michelle, of course, she tells her at Dave and Buster’s, where, according to Janet, nobody cries at Dave and Buster’s.
Which leads me to my next point. I honestly think, yes, this show is drama filled. There’s Abu, it’s nothing but a bunch of gossipers and a bunch of tea spilling. But honestly, to me, this show is a comedy. And I like, and I like this show for that particular reason. While it does have some serious tones to it, I think it’s funny because the second they, so they show Janet as everyone’s arriving at Dave and Buster’s and she says.
She’s not, not gonna have fun at Dave and Buster’s. Immediately you knew something was gonna go down at Dave and Buster’s and we had seen it from the previews, but the way they show it in the episode, if you didn’t pay attention to the previews, the second you hear Janet say she’s not not gonna have fun at Dave and Buster’s.
You knew there was somebody gonna be melting down and t was gonna be spilled and somebody was gonna be upset and crying at Dave and Buster’s. And that’s how they set it up. Which yeah, you probably shouldn’t be crying at Dave and Buster’s, but to me, yeah, this is a comedy hell, right after Janet said that, they literally show Kristen and Luke walking in and Kristen, Kristen is all excited about which game she’s gonna play, and she’s all pumped up about Dave and Busters.
And then you walk in and you see Michelle already kind of melting down over what Jesse said. Now that whole thing was hilarious. Not, obviously not funny what Jesse said about his ex-wife, or I guess she’s technically still his wife at that point, they hadn’t gotten divorced, but it’s still hilariously funny to me the way it went down because you knew Nee would wait until this party because this is a happy place and everybody’s supposed to have fun at Dave and Buster’s.
Yes, Brittany could have told Michelle at any other point, but this is a television show, and Brittany was probably told to tell her at this event because they wanted to have some drama at this event. So when Nia brings Danny over and Brittany says, so we heard that Jesse said in the group chat, and then Danny’s face is like, oh gosh.
Then they cut to him in his confessional long after this even happened. And yeah. He’s saying like, oh God, this is gonna point back to me now, Danny goes to Jesse and tells him why Michelle’s crying. And Jesse’s like, well, I just said that in the group chat. ’cause I think there’s a mole. I’m not a mole.
Jason’s not a mole, but you fucking said it, so maybe you’re the mole. And Danny’s like, I’m not the mole. And then they cut to him in the confessional. He is like, Hey man, I’m not the mole. But in this particular situation, I might’ve done a moly thing. So yeah, Danny got caught and he told Luke, but if you watched, watch What Crap Live after the show, Luke said he was asked point blank by Andy, do you regret saying that?
Do you re, do you regret telling Kristen knowing that she would? He’s like, no, because everything in that guy’s group chat. Eventually gets out. Anyway, people were gonna find out anyway. So, no, I don’t regret it at all. And talk about I, I’m, I would love to know what the name of that guy’s group chat is.
’cause my guess it is, has something to do with toxic masculinity that, that should be the name of that group chat. Because I can only imagine what those group of alphas are all saying to each other and what they’re saying about women in that group chat. Hell. Just one thing that we heard from that group chat last night was one man accusing his wife at the time of being a prostitute essentially.
So yeah, I can only imagine what those guys are saying in the group chat. I hope they have it labeled TC or tm toxic masculinity. ’cause there’s probably nothing but that going on in that group chat. But Jesse saying he’s gonna try, and the only reason he said that was to smoke out the mole in the group.
While I give Jesse some credit for doing his Sherlock Holmes impression earlier in the episode, trying to break down when Michelle got with Aaron, which Brittany again on Watch What Happens Live after the show said you’re gonna see in upcoming episodes. No, Michelle did not cheat on Jesse with Aaron, but you’ll see that coming up while I give him credit for trying to slu, you know, suss it out.
What’s interesting to me is. When he says that the mole thing I, I, I don’t know. I don’t particularly buy that, that he was really looking for the mole. He was looking to take Michelle down and probably knew that I was gonna get back to her. And kind of like what Michelle said in her confessional, because I was the one that left him, his ego can’t handle it, and now he’s out for revenge.
I totally believe her when she says that. I’m Team Michelle when she says that. However. This trip to Santa Barbara coming up that Jesse planned and got the house for that everybody’s invited to. Michelle going around and asking everybody, Hey, Jesse should stay at a hotel, and we get the house that. No, that I’m not team Michelle on that.
That doesn’t make any sense. If somebody else planned, if Brittany planned it, if Michelle planned it, if Janet and Jason planned it, if Nia and Danny planned it, then yes, it would make sense to be like, Hey Jesse, it is kind of awkward for us staying in the same house. Please, would you mind staying somewhere else?
You’re invited, but we just, I feel uncomfortable with you in the house. But if he books it himself and he’s the one that plans the trip, why would he go somewhere else? He’s the one getting the house. If you’re Michelle, either you get a different place or just don’t go. I can’t believe she’s asking everybody there.
Hey, can we take a vote of where Jesse gets to stay, even though he’s the one that planned this So bizarre. So, no, I’m not with Michelle on that, even though I’m with her on pretty much everything else when it comes to Jesse. But yeah, a lot of thoughts last night and pretty much the whole podcast has already been taken up by my thoughts on the Valley, but thoroughly enjoying it.
Such a good show. I really, really like the comedic aspect to it because it takes away from the serious nature at times. But hey, I’m all in after three episodes. I find it better than anything I watched on Vanner Pump Rules. But remember, I only started watching Vanderpump Rules at Scan Deval and then season 11, but this, this is, this is right up my alley.
I wanna wrap up with a few things here. I told you yesterday I was speaking to House of Blues in regards to my party. Anybody that’s listening to this, that is coming to my party and is on the list and has been on the email list, you know what I’ve already said about, there’s a Kendrick Lamar concert across the street at Allegiance Stadium.
That night when I talked to House of Blues yesterday, I was like, Hey, I know there’s a concert going on. I know it’s bad. You know, what should I plan for? And they didn’t mince words. They said It is going to be a disaster that night. Like. Here’s the thing, if you are listening, great, and you are coming to the party, you can listen to this here.
I will be sending out another email probably in the next week or so, going into further detail for people that aren’t listening to today’s podcast, that are going to the party. I, I. While I said, give yourself ample time. If you’re not within walking distance of Mandalay Bay that night, give yourself ample time to get to Mandalay Bay because it’s going to be an absolute tornado of cars heading to the Mandalay area right around the time that my party starts.
The thing is, I don’t even know what ample time means because it is going to be so crowded. And if you are like, okay, ’cause I’m telling people to be there at 6 45, I would like everybody there by 6 45. Even if you’re just standing right outside the House of Blues. I’d love to have everybody there at 6 45.
Then we start getting people in. But if you’re like, okay, I wanna plan to be there exactly at 6 45, and you are not within walking distance, Mandalay Bay, I could tell you right now, you’re never gonna get there at 6 45. Like I would rather you plan to get there at 5 45 or six o’clock and just hang around the casino.
And just walk around until the party opens around 6 45, 7 o’clock when the doors open. So that would be my suggestion to everybody because the other thing is, if you are taking a cab or an Uber service, whether you are at a hotel down the strip, or you’re a Las Vegas local, I’m sure Las Vegas locals, you’re not gonna, you’re either gonna drive or you’re gonna Uber there.
I, I feel sorry for you guys because number one, you’re gonna get price gouged. Number two, you’re never gonna find a place to park. And my, my suggestion to people that are coming, and I’m gonna try and get more input on this, is I would just have any sort of car service drop you off at New York, New York, or MGM Grand and just walk over the.
Walkways over the bridges that go over those hotels. If you drop you off in New York, New York, take the bridge over to Excalibur and then get on the free tram that goes from Excalibur to Luxor to Mandalay, and just goes back and forth all day long. That is your best bet as of right now that I can think of.
Because if you get in a cab and say, take me to Mandalay Bay, it could take you an hour being at a hotel that’s five minutes away. I just don’t know. So my best bet. Just get somewhere on that corner, go over the bridge, walk over the bridge from New York, New York to Excalibur, follow the signs. There’s a tram right there, and it just goes back and forth all day long.
Between Excalibur. It stops at the Luxor, and then the next hotel is Mandalay. And then at Mandalay, it just turns right back around and goes, luck Mandalay to Luxor Excalibur and the Excalibur. Luxor, Mandalay. It’s all it does, and it’s free. That’s your best bet because you tell a cab service or a rideshare Drop me off at Mandalay.
I, I, I can’t even tell you. It’s just never gonna happen. They probably won’t even take you there because they’re gonna be like, huh, I’m not waiting in this line. I got other rides to do so I can make some money tonight. And as for going home again, you’re, you’re, you’re. Your guess is as good as mine of how you’re gonna get a cab.
’cause my party ends at 11, I’m guessing that’s when a lot of people are gonna be coming back from the concert. So I don’t know how to help you there, but I would like everybody there by 6 45. Final thing I wanna talk about, and I’m gonna save the Netflix thing until tomorrow. Hannah Brown, we know is going to go to Bachelor in Paradise this year, and she is going to be in the champagne lounge.
So she was asked. About the Champagne lounge yesterday, and she said, I think of myself as paradise relations. I’m there to make sure that whatever people need, whatever the experience they’re supposed to have, I’m going to be there. People need help setting up a magical moment with the person they’re falling in love with.
I’m your girl. If you need some advice on how to express your interest in someone, come to me. Okay. Like I said, this isn’t some major thing. They’re just putting Hannah Brown on because isn’t she the most followed contestant, female contestant in Bachelor Nation history? No one’s got more followers than her.
That’s a, it’s a woman, right? So. It’s just the name that she’s gonna be there. It’s not like she’s gonna have a major role. Everything that she’s gonna be told to do is gonna be set up by production anyway. Do you really think someone’s gonna come to her and be like, I wanna set a date up with this guy.
What should I do? It’s already gonna be pre-planned by production anyway, so that’s Hannah Brown’s role. I can say this. Everyone is arriving today. If they’re doing the original cast, and I don’t even know if they’re doing the staggered thing or they’re gonna bring people in. We don’t know the format of this season, but I can tell you that.
Pretty much the whole cast is arriving in Costa Rica today and filming will start in a couple days. Tomorrow will probably be their photo shoots and all that, which means we’re probably gonna get the cast early and that’s what they usually do for Bachelor in Paradise. They don’t wait until filming is done before they tell you who was on the season.
We’re probably gonna get the original cast somewhat soon, so be on the lookout for that. They probably take their pictures tomorrow and then filming will start this weekend maybe. Either this weekend or early next week, they’ll release who are the people you will see at least the original cast on Bachelor Paradise I, I’m guessing that’s coming early next week, so just wanted to throw that out there for your BIP news for the day.
