Daily Roundup 5/7 – Major News in the Echard/Owens Case – Laura Owens Indicted!, I Read My Last Email To Laura Over a Year Ago (Nailed It), & The Valley Episode #4

Alright, let’s talk about Last Night’s Valley episode four. Last, last night’s, the Valley episode, last night’s Valley. Just seems kind of weird to say, but. Another good episode, of course, drama involved. I’ve got some thoughts. Let’s first off, go back to last week’s episode, the whole Dave and Busters incident, and the guy group chat, where in the guy group chat, Jesse said he believed Michelle was sleeping with a billionaire for $1,500 a night.

Well, since that episode aired on the after show and interviews, Jesse admitted. Saying he shouldn’t have said that, and he doesn’t even know if it’s true. I mean, look, this is the mother of his child. I understand they don’t like each other right now, and either one doesn’t trust the other one. But no matter how upset you are at your ex, especially the mother of your children, your child, you don’t throw that out there because when Isabella is old enough, she’s going to read this stuff that, oh my God, once, back when I was three years old.

My dad accused my mom of sleeping with a billionaire for $1,500 a night. What the hell was that all about? And now he admits he doesn’t even know if it’s true. Great, Jesse, then why do you say it? So he’s very petty. He’s obviously out for revenge, which is what Michelle has said from the beginning. Like he just wants to ruin her, and that’s a really shitty thing to do.

So they have the Santa Barbara trip in last night’s episode, and we had seen previews of it, and they were all dressed in racing gear. And maybe they showed it in the previous for in past episodes, but I actually thought they were gonna get in like dune buggies or something like that, or some sort of indie cart.

Really? They dressed up in racing gear so they could race remote control cars. I mean, come on. It’s just, I, I get it. They gotta think of something every episode to do for these people, but that was kind of silly. I will say. All this Laura Owen stuff was coming down as I was watching the Valley, so it was on my phone a lot.

I did watch the episode, but I, I, I, I, I can say I wasn’t as intently listening as I probably have in past episodes, but if I’m not mistaken, for the first time in four episodes, nobody mentioned the word vagina. Am I correct in that? Nobody talked about the vagina, nobody talked about their sex life.

Although I believe Brittany and Michelle, or maybe it was Brittany and Janet were talking about one of Jack’s women that they called a stripper or a prostitute, whatever, posting about eating ass on her Instagram. I I, they did mention that. So the other side of the body and not the vagina. Okay, but. I might have missed something, but I think we have our first episode this season where nobody talked about their lady parts.

The healing ceremony once again, when they put this stuff together, they’re doing a show and it wasn’t Jesse’s idea to be like, Hey. I wanna take everybody to Santa Barbara. They just map out the season of what we’re gonna do. Like, hey, one episode, we’re gonna go here. I mean, I think later on in the season, they go to Hawaii, right?

Don’t they end the season in Hawaii this year? And you know, this is all planned by the show. What? This isn’t organic where these contestants, contestants, these people just decide to come up with stuff to do for the episode. No, the show does it. So a healing ceremony. I know somebody said, oh, I thought, I think it was Kristen, right?

I know this healing person. We’re gonna do a healing ceremony. It’s like, okay, silly as it is, did it really heal anybody? Probably not. But once again, the continuity stuck out to me because. When they were passing around the gratitude ball, this was after a healing ceremony. Kristen and Luke had a gratitude ball, and they passed it around.

Everybody that held onto the ball had to say something that they were grateful for. And it was funny because in one of the confessionals, in Luke’s confessional, he was saying. Because in the episode they showed that Kristen’s ovulation was off and she miscalculated, and so she was upset and crying, and her and Luke were upset because she had miscalculated her ovulation chart.

But then they cut to a confessional of Luke saying, you know, we will have a baby. This is God’s plan. And in that confessional, he has a full beard. When you go back to where they were at the time in Santa Barbara, he didn’t have his full beard at that point. So. I think when Luke filmed that with his full beard, he had already known that they had gotten pregnant and he said that.

So that’s what I mean when they kind of craft the story in the confessionals around stuff that they know has already happened. We got the Jacks in Rehab video, and you’ve heard all the rumors. We already know that Jack’s. The rehab that we’re watching him in in episode four, we know he didn’t last more than two or three days.

And you’ve heard a lot of the people say, Hey, I think Brittany’s even said it like the reason he left that first rehab was because he knew he was missing out on the show. All these people were talking about him. This show that he absolutely loves and wants to be on was filming without him. And that’s the reason that he left, not because he was really that uncomfortable with people there.

I mean, maybe he was, but. It makes a lot of sense. It’s not hard to say. Well, of course Jack left rehab early ’cause he wanted to get back to filming. He wanted to be on the show. Everybody else was on the show and he needs to be a part of it. ’cause his ego needs to be stroked. So I can buy that for sure.

And then we start seeing on the screen some of the texts that Jack’s is sending Brittany from rehab and you’re just like, yeah, this didn’t really seem to be working out for Jax, did it? First off, I don’t know enough about rehab. I’ve never been in rehab. I don’t want to go to rehab. I don’t really feel I need to go to rehab for anything.

But what kind of rehab facility? Just I, I think I’ve heard just through. Reality TV people and reading articles and stuff like that, that they do give you like an hour of your phone. So maybe that’s when Jax just gets his phone and for that hour he is just spouting off texts left and right and slamming Brittany and calling her names and stuff like that.

I don’t know. But the behavior and the texts that we saw shown on the screen, the text that he was sending her from rehab just seemed totally inappropriate and. Granted, he was only two or three days into rehab at that point, so he wasn’t gonna be completely healed. But we’ve also heard what Brittany has said in real time, like in April and May of 2025, that Jack’s behavior while she thinks and hopes that he is sober, she says his behavior hasn’t changed.

So it’s hard for me to say 100% for sure, because his behavior in the past seemed to be sparked from drugs and alcohol. Well, now I’m getting the same behavior, but him saying I’m sober. So. I understand where she’s probably confused. And then the biggest other storyline from last night happened on Watch Crack Happen Live, which was with Zach and Michelle in the after show.

Zach’s hair is real. Like, I can’t believe that guy’s hair is real. I understand. He is very young and obviously when you’re young you can, some people have great heads of hair, Zach’s hair, Andy Cohen went up to it and started pulling at it. I mean, I guess it could be great glue if it, if it is fake or a, a great piece.

But Andy pulled on it like four or five times and it looked like he was tugging pretty hard and Zach’s like, yeah, it’s real. I know everybody talks about it that it seems fake, but I’m telling you, my hair is real. So that’s what I got out of the valley last night. Zach has real hair. There you go. Anyway thank you all for listening.

I really appreciate it. Follow me on Apple Podcasts. Also rate and review, but you gotta hit place. The only way it counts is to download daily Roundup or Sports Daily coming up in an hour from now. And remember, stay on my socials today. I’m gonna go live on my YouTube channel with Rachel Juarez. I will post when that is happening and.

Expect it to be sometime between one and two o’clock Eastern time today. It’ll just be probably 30 minutes, maybe 40 at the most, depending how much time she has for lunch and whatnot. And we’re gonna go over this indictment of Laura Owens, which it, it’s still, it’s, it’s still kind of unbelievable. To think that it actually happened, even though this is what we wanted to happen and we thought should happen, but for it to actually be a real thing now, it’s kind of surreal.

Anyway, thank you all for listening again. I appreciate it and I will talk to you tomorrow.

See.
