We’re gonna talk a little bit about what Courtney said on the podcast yesterday. Also gonna talk about Bachelor in Paradise. This Reunion Unplugged show some more details for you, the upcoming bachelor season.
I have some news for you regarding that. Then we’re gonna spend the rest of the time talking about Big Brother Eviction. Last night, Catherine and Riley. Back to back weeks. They are not part of the jury. She’s clearly into him. Looks like she will have media today unless they cancel hers and say scheduling conflicts.
But Riley did end up having media yesterday, but only through email, and I can guarantee you he didn’t answer half the questions that were asked of him, a PR person did. So let’s get started. First up, I wanna talk about Courtney yesterday and what she said on the podcast at the very end. She’s returning to television.
I know she leaves in a couple weeks for filming. Do I know the show that she’s going to do? Yes, I do, but I’m not here to share that. Obviously I’m friends with Courtney. I. I’m not going to share that. If she would’ve been able to share it, she would’ve, but she can’t. I’m not going to spoil it or out her or anything like that.
You, you heard her say on the podcast yesterday, she was contacted for House of Villains, but House of Villains filmed end of May, beginning of June. That’s why when I was interviewing Courtney around that time, I had told her, I said, look. If you have an opportunity to go on House of Villains, and it happens to overlap with my party.
Yeah, of course. I want you to go to the party. We’ve been talking about it for a year, but I wouldn’t expect you to come to the party. I would absolutely expect you to take this opportunity and go on House of Villains. Well, there was a chance because all they were saying to her when they were talking about her as a possible contestant for House of Villains was.
Filming’s gonna start end of May, beginning of June. So I told her, I said, look, if they do offer it to you and you do end up doing it. Obviously you just need to see when first day of filling is. Maybe they would’ve said it’s gonna be June 2nd or June 3rd, and you still could have come to my party and then done House of Villains.
But she was never, they decided to go in a different direction. They basically were talking to her about House of Villains, but she never got cast, so she ended up coming to the party. It’s obviously not House of Villains. It’s obviously not Special forces. It’s not traitors, so. I guess that’s all you need to know.
I, I, I’m not going to share anything. She will when she can, but she did say on the podcast yesterday, which I did not know until she said it, she’s going to be allowed to have daily calls with her children and have her phone at night, I believe. So there’s that. So I just wanted to throw that out there. I know some people had messaged me yesterday.
And asked me, is she doing Special Forces? Is she doing? And I’m like, no, it’s not any of those. Bachelor in Paradise. Finale is on Tuesday, as we know. And then the reunion show called The Reunion Unplugged, is going to film Wednesday afternoon in la. Okay. And then we get part one of that at 11:00 PM Pacific time that night.
So you gotta figure they’re gonna turn it around in three or four hours. You gotta film, you got, you gotta believe filming is happening during the day. Maybe they end up, you know, they’re done by like, I don’t know, four or five o’clock, six o’clock, something like that. And it’s gonna, part one is gonna be released on Wednesday night, 11:00 PM Pacific, which is, as we know.
The next morning on the fourth for three of the four time zones, mountain Central and Eastern. Part two is coming out on Thursday, but they haven’t said what time on Thursday? I’m guessing it’s probably gonna be the same thing. 11:00 PM Pacific and then three time zones. Mountain Central and Eastern.
It’ll be technically Friday morning when it comes out. But they haven’t said what time it’s coming out on Thursday yet. So with that said, as we know, it’s coming out on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast. So yeah, I was able to confirm what I harped on yesterday. While I think they’re doing something different, how they’re releasing it is a horrible idea.
It’s going to be audio only. For part one and part two. So you just have to download the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast. And now, even though probably 95% of this show’s audience cannot distinguish 16 different people’s voices, part one and part two are gonna release audio only on the Bachelor Happy hour podcast.
Good luck with that. And then on Saturday you’ll get to watch it, but if you’ve already heard it. Do you really need to watch it? This is just, this is an asinine decision by this show. They changed things up this year. They did some good things. I think it was an improvement, but this is a disaster, a reunion show.
Why not just skip the whole audio portion and skip the whole bachelor happy hour of this? Joe and Serena aren’t even gonna be a part of the reunion. It’s just their podcast. That people have to tune into to listen to the reunion show Parts one and Parts two, and then on Saturday it’s gonna come out on YouTube where you can watch the video of it.
This is just an asinine decision by the show. This is an absolute fumble. I don’t know who thought this was a good idea, especially when Bachelor Happy Hour has a video aspect to it. You can see Dale on Bachelor Happy Hour this week. You could see other contestants who have been on Bachelor happy hour all season long.
It’s in video form. I understand it probably takes a little bit longer to turn around video, but are we gonna get an audio version of part one and part two that’s different than what we get on video? Because if you can turn the audio part one and part two around. Part one’s gonna have to be turned around in five or six hours.
Part two obviously isn’t coming out till probably another 24 hours later, but is the audio going to be different than the video? Because if it’s not, then why wouldn’t you release the video on Wednesday night at 11:00 PM piece Pacific Time? There are so many questions I have about this that are probably never gonna get answered by this show, but I’m telling you right now, this is a horrible decision by them.
I would’ve just ditched the audio portion, film it on Wednesday and say, Hey, you can watch it on YouTube on Friday or Saturday, whatever day you wanna release it. Go ahead. It doesn’t matter what day, but the first thing everyone should see is the actual video of this reunion show. Not two parts broken up into just audio only.
And then, oh yeah, if you wanna watch again what you just listened to for two parts, we’re gonna release the video on Saturday. I don’t know who’s in charge of that decision, but that is a horrible, horrible decision by them. For me in the mornings, got a lot of work to get to, making sure the podcasts are posted, getting them out on my socials, checking the news, responding to emails.
