I’m gonna run over the rest of the week’s schedule because something came through yesterday, so there’s been a change to the schedule.
We gotta talk about that. Bachelor in Paradise finale, the big announcement on Bachelor Nation’s Instagram account. Oh my gosh. I told you it wasn’t gonna be the Bachelor announcement. This is something that I had heard about. I texted some people the other day, but I have, I said, I don’t know if this is it, but I’m hearing this is a thing.
It ended up being that we’ll talk about the filming today of the reunion show, bachelor in Paradise Unplugged. That’s not gonna get to your Bachelor Happy Hour podcast until 11:00 PM Pacific. Just an absolute mess. And then we’re gonna talk a little bit about Big Brother, but a lot of bachelor related talk today.
So let’s get started. All right. First off, the schedule for the rest of the week. Well, there’s only two days left in the rest of the week, but we have a regular daily roundup tomorrow and yesterday I recorded with Rachel Juarez because I wanted to take a legal look at what is going on between Scott Wolf and Kelly Wolf.
Great talk with Rachel. And that was gonna be episode number 4 59 tomorrow, but then. And if I jinx this, I jinx this because it doesn’t matter. I do have the Rachel interview ready to go for episode 4 59 tomorrow. If this other one f, you know, falls through for some reason, but it shouldn’t because she got back to me yesterday.
Deanna Pappas is coming on the podcast. I haven’t had Deanna on in years probably I think. 20 19, 20 20. Last time I had her on, obviously she’s been through a lot in her life in the last two years and it has made headlines and not all of it has been good. We’re gonna talk about what we can, obviously there’s some legal stuff that she probably can’t get into, but we’re gonna talk about everything that’s been happening in the last year or two for her with her divorce with the alcohol allegations against her, all that stuff.
She’ll answer what she can in regards to it. I’m not gonna sit here and grill her about her custody issues with her children, but more or less what it has done to her family and the children. Seeing her name in the headlines and stuff like that, I’m really interested. To see how she is. And she’s done a couple interviews already.
You’ve probably seen them out there. They’ve been covered by some of the entertainment sites that, yeah, she said she turned to alcohol and I really wanna see where she’s at now. I know that she is a few months sober, so that’s great to hear. But I kind of wanna go back to before that and just kind of get a, a feel for what was going on with everything with her.
So we’re obviously gonna discuss that. And then she has a new podcast out with iHeart Media. iHeartRadio, we’re gonna dis discuss that as well and fill everybody in on exactly what that is. ’cause even I was a little bit confused when it was launched, so I’m supposed to record it with Deanna today.
Everything is set to go if for something, for some reason, something comes up. Then Rachel Juarez will run as episode number 4 59 tomorrow if I record with Ziana today, that’s going up tomorrow. And I’m just gonna make Rachel the audio interview on Friday since I go outta town tomorrow morning. And I just don’t wanna record, have to record anything until Sunday night when I’m out of town.
So just keep that in mind. So episode 4 59 tomorrow will be Rachel Juarez, unless I record with Deanna today, which I should. In that case it’ll be Deanna and Rachel will just be your daily roundup on Friday. How about them apples? Alright, so yesterday the big announcement. Bachelor Nation Instagram account ran account down starting this past weekend that ended basically at 8:00 PM Eastern last night at the start of the show, and this is something that I had heard about, texted a couple people about it who asked me, Hey, are you hearing what this announcement is?
And I said, I’ve heard things going on in Bachelor Nation, but I don’t know what this announcement is. I have heard about some sort of cruise with couples. Maybe that’s the announcement. Maybe it’s something else. Maybe it’s this you know, bachelor announcement. I said, I don’t really think it’s the bachelor announcement.
I can’t imagine. They would just do that online. I know they did it for Grant. But anyway, the most dramatic cruise ever. Bachelor Nation vacation at Sea. The Master of Ceremonies is gonna be Jesse Palmer, hosted by Wells and Hannah Brown, and it’s gonna feature a bunch of alumni. Kelsey Anderson, Eric Bigger, Joey.
Gday, Tyler Cameron Chalk, and Joan Jill Chin, Spencer Conley and Jess. Grant, Justin Charity and Dutton, Sean and Catherine. Rodney Matthews, Sandra Mason, Blake Moines, Susan Knowles, Katie and Zach Trista and Ryan, Kathy, and I said, Joan and Chalk, and they said, there’s gonna be more names to be announced.
The only thing that interested me about this, ’cause clearly, lemme just say, here’s my opinion on it. I really hope all these people are getting paid well to go on a cruise and hang out with fans. I, I really do. I hope you guys get paid handsomely. Now, granted, it’s not gonna be the same pay for everybody, like someone like Sean and Catherine, I’m assuming are getting paid more than Joan and Chalk, just because Sean and Catherine are more well known in the franchise.
Joey and Kelsey, more well known than Joan and Chalk, but. I just, I gotta believe all these people are getting paid to do this. But the only thing that interested me about this whole announcement was, well, what are the dates of this thing? And we see that the dates are November 16th to 20th. Oh shit.
Nove. This is 2026. Oh, I thought this was coming up in three months. Miami to Port a Plata, Dominican Republic. All right. Well, that, that completely eliminates the take that I had. I mean, I guess I could use the same take next year, which is if Jesse Palmer is going to be on this cruise, and we know that bachelor filming happens from September through November, right before Thanksgiving.
Well, we know now that next year’s bachelor season, assuming there is one, has to end before November 16th because Jesse Palmer has to be a part of this cruise. I, for some reason I was just seeing November 16th and 20th, but not until I pulled it up right now. Did I see? Oh shit. 2026. This isn’t for another year and three months.
So there goes that. ’cause I was thinking, oh, okay. This officially tells us that the bachelor season has to be shorter this year because we know it’s starting at the beginning of October for reasons that I can’t get into. And then it’s gotta be over by November 16th. ’cause Jesse has to be on this cruise.
Well. We can push that back a year. ’cause this cruise isn’t until November 16th and 20th of 2026. But you can go to bachelor nation.com, I think, or go to the Bachelor Nation Instagram page.
