It became official yesterday.
This HGTV show that’s going to start airing in early 2026. I don’t, we don’t have an exact start date for it is a renovation show of the Bachelor Mansion, which I believe is going to tie into, taylor, Frankie Paul’s season. We’re gonna see the new renovations made when they filmed the first few episodes of TFP season at the Mansion.
So what it is is 12 former contestants basically redoing parts of the mansion. The winner gets a hundred thousand dollars. Six men, six women. Jesse Palmer is the host. CIA and Tyler Cameron are the judges, and they announced the 12 contestants yesterday. Who will be a part of it? Dean, Jill, Noah. Alicia, Tammy ly.
You remember her from Peter season? Sandra, Sam McKinney, Brendan Moray, Courtney Robertson Ybe. Jeremy Simon, Chris Stallworth, who was on Joan season and Joan herself. Those are the 12 contestants competing on the show. It’s a renovation show. It’s not part of a, B, C. It’s on HGTV. I’m sure it’s gonna run concurrent with TFPs season, but we don’t have a start date for either show yet, so we’ll just have to wait for that.
But it was officially announced yesterday. Yes. When I had Courtney on, it was literally a week before she was leaving to do the show. You remember when I had her on basically end of August and she’s like gonna be back on reality TV and all this stuff. So yeah, she went, filmed it. She’s back. You can follow her on her.
Instagram where she’ll talk about it, but I’m not gonna talk too much about this show, and it’s just, I’m too close to it. So there’s no reason for me to, to discuss it very much. But regardless, the official cast list is now out and those are the 12 people that are on it. Something that happened yesterday on Instagram was really interesting to me.
I don’t know if you saw it, if you followed Deanna Pappas. Basically, she went online yesterday on her Instagram story and kind of pleaded to Instagram and to her followers because there was an Instagram account called at Maggie Addison and. It was an account that was literally created two months ago in August, and they were basically impersonating Deanna taking pictures from her Instagram and putting pictures of her kids on this Instagram account.
And Deanna has a blue check mark on Instagram. So she clearly contacted Instagram and said, this is a fake account. They’re impersonating me. Please take it down. And she said she got an email back or she got a message back saying. I don’t know, not enough information. This doesn’t violate our policy. So Deanna took to Instagram story and asked for help of saying, can you please report this account?
So I did it. It was very easy to do. I went to that account, clicked report. It asked me like two questions. It, who is this, who are they impersonating? And I put Deanna’s name and then I got a, a notification from Instagram that said, we reviewed your report and removed Maggie Addison for going against our community standards.
So I’m sure Instagram did it because people that saw Deanna’s Post and Instagram story probably took it just like I did and said, oh, let’s see what we can do to help. Because I can’t imagine it was just my message and my report to Instagram that did it. I’m sure many people did. But here’s my question.
Why did it take numerous other people to come to Deanna’s Defense and report that account? But Deanna herself, the person who clearly has a blue check mark and clearly wouldn’t create that account two months ago, why was her contacting. Instagram and them telling her, oh no, this doesn’t violate anything.
But then couple hours later they say, oh yeah, this violates our community guidelines. We’re ta we, we’ve, we’ve removed the Instagram account. That doesn’t make any sense to me whatsoever. And I texted Deon after that. I’m like, Hey, it worked. And she’s like, oh my God, thank you. I was like, but I don’t understand why they didn’t listen to you.
You are the one being impersonated. You were the one contacting Instagram saying, this isn’t me. Clearly my account is the one she contacted them from. I didn’t start an account two months ago. And she’s like, yeah, I don’t understand it. So, but that was cool. I’m glad. Anybody else that did it, I don’t know, but I’m sure the reason Instagram took that account down after telling Deanna we’re not gonna take it down was probably because they got numerous reports on it, and maybe that’s the way to go.
Maybe that’s how you gotta do it. In this day and age, it’s not even about the one person that reports and says, this isn’t me. You gotta have numerous people chime in. That’s the only thing I can think of. But I’m glad that Deanna got that removed. I don’t understand where they got the, at Maggie Addison Instagram handle, I mean, her daughter’s name is Madison, but her son’s name is Austin, so I don’t know where Maggie Addison came from.
Whatever. I just, I just thought that was weird. And they were, you know, they were just taking, they were just stealing shit off Deanna’s page and creating their own, like I, I had. I have no idea who did it. I could probably put two and two together and figure out what person would think to do this. And I’m not saying this is Steven or ex-husband, I’m just saying something along these lines.
For someone to come after Deanna like that, it seems like it would come from people who are anti Deanna. So somebody on that side of the divorce. Not saying it’s, I can’t imagine Steven would do that. Why would he do that to his children? But to say it, if we were able to somehow trace it and there was a little more transparency from Instagram and they were like, oh yeah, we can trace it back to this person.
Would I be stunned if whoever they traced it back to, look, we’re never gonna get the answer, let’s be honest. But would I be stunned if we find out the person they did trace it back to is from somebody on the other side of the divorce? No, I wouldn’t. We found out from Dux Moy, and then it was reported by a couple of the other entertainment sites yesterday that Kat Stickler, the ex-girlfriend of Jason Tarik, is now dating John Mayer.
So the headline says, John Mayer and Influencer Kat Stickler are dating, but their relationship isn’t serious. Says source. The source told us weekly. John sought her out and pursued her. Kat just broke up with someone she had been dating for a few months and thought it would be fun to date again and was interested in John.
He has been actively pursuing her, inviting her places and texting her. Often. She is interested and seeing where it goes. While stickler, quote doesn’t think this will be a serious relationship, the insider added. She is just having fun. Yeah. I mean, I, I, I can’t fal her. If she wants to hook up with John Mayer, by all means, she has actually referenced John Mayer in an old TikTok, in a recent TikTok actually before any of this came out.
But John Mayer is 47. Kat is 30. It’s whatever age isn’t that big of a thing. Kat has a child, but. Before the quote unquote sources told us weekly, Hey, she’s just having fun. She doesn’t take this relationship seriously. Yeah, I’m guessing she doesn’t. John Mayer, have you seen his roster that he’s ran through in Hollywood?
Holy crap. It’s one of the best rosters I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t think 47-year-old John Mayer is interested in moving to Tampa and becoming a stepdad. So yes, this is just her. Probably someone she had a crush on growing up. He’s interested in her. He hit her up. They’ve been seen out in New York.
Yeah, these two people just having fun and hitting it. That’s what this is, because John Mayer, like, she’s gotta know, right? Like, she’s not oblivious. This is clearly a holy crap. John Mayer is interested in me, right? Like she can’t, and, and look, the source has told us weekly, which means this source is coming from inside Kat’s camp.
The source told us weekly. Yeah. She doesn’t think this is anything serious. She’s just having fun. So to me that sounds like she was somebody that would probably loved his music growing up, thought he was hot, and now he’s interested in her and she’s gonna have fun. Totally. Nothing wrong with that, but clearly if you’re thinking like, oh, maybe, maybe they’re gonna be no, John May.
Has never struck me as somebody that’s looking to settle down in Tampa and be a stepdad, because if this were relationship, were to work. We know Kat’s not leaving Tampa and John Mayer, as far as I know, pretty much lives in LA and doesn’t wanna be a stepdad. He just wants to run through as many women as possible in Hollywood.
But hey, sure they’re having fun. I’m gonna save the Olive Garden story for tomorrow because it goes it, it goes into something else that I want to talk about in terms of something I am thinking about doing in terms of the podcast.
