The other thing that was announced yesterday, something I had talked about early in the week and I said to look out for was the fact that we know there’s always dates early in the season when they start in Los Angeles that. People in the Los Angeles area will be able to attend. It’s usually a group date and the Bachelor Nation website.
Put it out there that you can be a part of two group dates, one on Monday, November 3rd and Wednesday, November 5th, Monday, November 3rd is in downtown la Wednesday, November 5th is in the Fairfax district. You can email info@bacheloraudience.com. First and last name, your contact email, which dates you’re requesting tickets for your age, and how many people are gonna be coming with you.
So info@bachelornationaudience.com. If you’re interested in going to group dates for Taylor, Frankie Paul on Monday, November 3rd and Wednesday, November 5th. Now going by the schedule. That would be episode three of dates because we know Sunday is limo entrances and that will be. Episode one, and then the following week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday will be, so that would be what?
The 28th, 29th, 30th, that will be episode two. Halloween night will be rose ceremony number two. Then we get into dates after that. However, there is something that I did hear about that’s gonna be different in terms of filming. That’s gonna be a little bit different, and I’ll share that with you a little bit later.
But it doesn’t really have, it’s not a major change in filming, but they are doing one thing that people that keep track of the schedule of this season, you’re not gonna have the exact schedule until I tell you exactly what they’re doing with the schedule this season. Alright, let’s talk about special forces.
Last night, in the beginning of the episode, and I’m sure this has happened in one of the previous four Seasons or three seasons, but they come out, they stand there. I can’t remember the what it’s called, but the DS and the staff essentially ask them, are you sure you wanna be here? Anybody that doesn’t wanna be here, just turn in your armband right now.
And Nick Young and Ravi Patel just quit. They just turned it in. We never really got an interview with them afterwards, but then again, they don’t do ITMs on this show. Every, every confessional or cutaway that you see of somebody talking was all filmed beforehand. That’s why you’ll never hear them talk about something that happened on the show, like, I don’t know.
Just take Brianna Chicken Fry and Sean Johnson East’s fight against each other where Breonna broke her nose. We got nothing after the fact of them talking about it. That would obviously be something if this were show, the show were filmed and they pulled them aside after things, you would absolutely hear what she’s saying and she would actually get her opinion on what happened.
But they don’t do that on the show. They do all their confessionals before the show. Ask ’em generic questions about what are your fears in life? What are your motive? What, what motivates you? All that stuff. And then they just show us what they filmed for the 10 days that they were in bootcamp, and they’ll cut away to stuff if it’s relevant to something that happened during filming.
But all the stuff that you see them in their regular clothes that was all filmed before the show starts. I don’t know why they don’t do ITMs on this show. Maybe ’cause they’re always basically on call. At any point the DS can call them out and say, we’re going here, or you need to do a workout right now.
So they can’t be having people pull aside for ITMs ’cause they always have to be on call. I guess maybe that’s the reason I just thought of that off the top of my head. But Nick Young and Robbie Patel just quit. Vwd, voluntarily withdrew, and then no one else was eliminated. Again, I said it last week. I’ll say it again.
It seems like we’ve got way more people left this season than we would normally have at this point in, I think they’re about halfway through. I think they’re on day like five. They’ve been there maybe four or five, and I think only six people have been cut or left or vwd survivor on Wednesday. I am not gonna say this season is boring ’cause I’ll always love survivor’s episode.
I’m just saying there’s been zero suspense this season, it seems like at every tribal council. Remember that one season? I can’t even remember what it was. I watch every episode of every season, but I couldn’t tell you which season was which. Remember that one season where it seemed like literally from the very first tribal council, every single elimination and every single tribal council was a blindside.
Even in the beginning of the game where you barely know these people and you barely, and it seemed like everything was a blindside. Nothing’s been a blindside this season. You know, to the point where the viewers are like, oh my gosh, they really swindled that person. No, not really. Jason leaving was not a surprise at all.
They have to make you think that he possibly couldn’t leave, and the tribe was thinking of going in a different direction, and then you see the votes and you’re like, oh, okay. Five to one. No wonder he went, but I survivor, I hope, will ramp up. I’m sure it will. It usually always gets better as we dwindle down the contestants.
But right now, these first episodes where I think what five or six people have been eliminated, I, I, I just gotten to tribal and I just, we haven’t had much drama at Tribal at all. A couple weeks ago I told you that. I saw a story that Beverly Hills 9 0 2 1 oh was going to be released on in 4K on a streaming service.
They didn’t say what streaming service it was, and yesterday I was having car issues, so I had to go into the dealership and I had two and a half hours of sitting there doing nothing. Well, I did get a loaner car and go to lunch and then come back to the dealer, but I had a lot of downtime yesterday at the dealership, and it popped into my head about 9 0 2 1 oh.
So I’m like, wait a second. Wasn’t that supposed to happen in October and I Googled it and yes, it was released all 10 seasons of 9 0 2 1 oh was released in 4K or UHD ultra high definition on October 20th. So that was what Monday and I, so immediately when I got home from the dealership. I bought all 10 seasons in UHD.
The first five seasons are 1799 each, and season six through 10 are 2299. So what it ended up being was about $205. And remember when I brought this up a couple weeks ago, I said, man, my buddy, my friend said he thought it was gonna be one 50 total for all 10 seasons. I was like, man, that seems cheap for a show that had almost 300 episodes.
150 bucks total for 10 seasons. I was like, I would think 2 49 or 2 99, and basically it was right down the middle. It’s 2 0 5 now the, for whatever reason, season two, you have to buy. You can’t purchase the season because I just went to every season and I said, purchase season in UHD for the first five seasons, it was 1799.
If you just got it in hd, it was 1399. For whatever reason, season two, you have to buy episode by episode, which are 2 99 each. Well, they’re probably more, I don’t know what they are in UHD, probably three nine or 4 9 9, but I didn’t buy season two yet, but I bought season one and then seasons two through 10 in UHD, and I skipped around.
I didn’t sit there and start binging last night, but I skipped around and pulled up a couple of my favorite episodes. I will say the music. The reason why, if you go see and you go try and watch Beverly Hills 9 0 2 1 oh on Paramount Plus, there’s so many episodes missing, it’s because the music was not released and it was copyrighted at the time, and they haven’t gotten the permission to release it.
It’s basically the same episodes that are on the DVD. Most of the music is taken out. Music scenes in the Peach Pit are all removed, but. This is the only way you can watch Beverly Hills 9 0 2 1 oh every episode of all 10 seasons on a streaming service. ’cause you go to Paramount. Plus there’s a shit ton of episodes missing in episode in season seven.
There’s 14 episodes missing, or 13 and season eight, there’s like 14 episodes missing. And in season six, I wanna say there’s like six or eight episodes missing. There’s just like, you wouldn’t be able to binge it. Now you can binge on a streaming service. The only other way you can binge and see every episode is with the DVD set, unless you had recorded it off Pop Sugar when they used to run episodes of the whole show.
But I’m excited. I watched a few of the episodes from the college years. Yes, I did. And. UHD. It looks great. I, the one thing that I did was I wanted to see at least the first five minutes of episode one, because episode one looks of season one looks so outdated and, but in UHD, I mean the characters and their hair and their clothing and their wardrobe looks very outdated.
But even when you watch the first episode, if you were to watch it on Paramount plus, it just looks different. It looks better now in UHD. And finally gonna end with a reader email heading into the weekend. This person sent this email yesterday. It’s got five questions in it, so I wanted to, uh, go over this and just answer some of these questions.
Little fun time as we head into the weekend. Question number one, do you know why you aren’t getting spoilers this season? Do you think it’s going to be a problem in future seasons? I have an update. Mel, season of the Bachelorette, or on, what am I talking, Mel? Season of the Bachelor. Mel Season of the Golden Bachelor.
You’ll be getting that shortly. Do I think it’s gonna be a problem on future seasons? No. Question number two, when the Bachelor franchise gets canceled, would you tell how you got your spoilers without giving names? For example, it has been family members, production, random strangers of the actual contestants, et cetera.
No, that’s probably not gonna happen. It’s just not something that I care to do because even if it was three years ago, or six years ago, or 10 years ago, the people that told me this information told me in confidentiality. And even though it wouldn’t even be relevant, uh, and nobody can get in trouble years later, I just, I feel icky doing that.
I just do, and that’s just, that’s a me thing. Some of you would do it. That’s why I said I’ve never, I would never really write a book because if I wrote a, if reality Steve wrote a book, you would want to know, Hey, how did this guy get his spoilers? And I’m just not gonna do that. It’s just, it’s not ingrained in me to do that.
Question number three, I know Love is Blind is not your expertise, but do you know how the show keeps spoilers from getting out? A year and a half is a long time, especially if couples have gotten married and are hanging out in public. Yeah, I’ve never dug into this. I know there are spoilers out there for Love Is Blind.
The Reality Receipts podcast with Ashley and Ricky, they post spoilers. They don’t post ’em months in advance. Like when this Denver season filmed in, it was either March or May of 2024. I wanna say it was 18 months ago. Either way, it’s not like they posted it in July of 2024. So, but I, there’s gotta be other stuff out there.
I just haven’t gone to look. Very hard, so I’m sure it’s out there. Now, the Megan stuff is interesting because I’m stunned that the Megan pregnancy never got out. Like that’s kind of hard to keep, not to mention, people in her inner circle all know. I’m just surprised that they were able to, I mean, congratulations to them.
I’m just surprised that not one person leaked that anywhere, because I’m shocked it didn’t get out until. The day of the finale airing two days ago on Wednesday when the sun got pictures and clearly the sun had pictures. They didn’t get them the day before. This is something that they held onto, and believe it or not, it looked like the sun had some integrity and then just did not want to spoil the fact that Meghan had a baby with somebody not named Jordan, until we all saw the finale released, and we knew that she wasn’t with Jordan.
Question number four, if you were still dating Kat, would you have gone on Amazing Race with her? Absolutely. 1000%. No. I have no interest in being on reality tv. And you know what? If Kat and I were together and she got invited to be on Amazing Race, and I was with her at the time and I said, no, I’m guaranteeing we wouldn’t have been together much longer.
That’s no shade at Kat. Kat’s always wanted to be on tv. It’s just not my thing. So I don’t think we would’ve been together much longer after that. If I said, no, I don’t wanna do it. I think she would’ve found somebody who did, honestly. But again, no shade at her. She’s always wanted to be on tv. She’s been on Big Brother, she’s been on on the beach.
She’s been on an amazing race. I know she wants to be on traders. I, I think she would do Survivor. That’s what she wants to do, so it just isn’t for me. And finally, last question. Have you thought about a co-host for the new podcast you are adding next year? I would love to see that. I’m not saying that I won’t have somebody that’s on the podcast with me at certain times, especially if I’m adding another one five days a week.
But a permanent cohost, no, because that’s time. And for me, I record at different times during the day. I don’t wanna have to five days a week match my schedule up with somebody and say, Hey, can you record? And that’s asking a lot of somebody else like me. I have no family obligations. I’m not married. I have no kids.
I live by myself. I can sit here and crack open my mic and record whenever the hell I want to. Getting on schedule five days a week with somebody else who, unless they’re in my same boat and can basically get in front of a microphone whenever. And even that, there’s no way that we are going to be able to do that five days a week.
So you’ll get to the occasional guest and stuff like that, but. Will the third podcast I add next year be a co-hosting job? No, it won’t, but you’ll hear different people on the episodes with me whenever I decide to do it. And like I said, it’ll be next year, but I do think the Patreon thing is gonna start.
