We’re gonna talk a little bit about Bachelorette filming, which I believe began last night. We are also going to discuss back to the future, of course, but then I’m gonna spend some time on Laura Owens because guess what, Laura Owens lied again.
Big time. We’re gonna go over all of that starting right now. So. I believe Bat Bachelorette filming began last night. I do know that there is a one-on-one date on Wednesday, so it certainly has to start fairly soon. Uh, it did not start on Saturday because Jesse Palmer, uh, was doing college football. He did the South Carolina, Alabama game on Saturday.
If you watch that game, you know that he was in the booth for that one. So clearly it couldn’t have started on Saturday. That means it must have started last night. Today is move in day. There will be a group date tomorrow, and then a one-on-one on Wednesday. It’s next week. That one-on-ones can be attended.
Group dates are, uh, they’re putting it out on the Bachelor Nation page where you can attend a group date for Taylor, Frankie Paul season. That’s is next week, but I do know there’s a one-on-one date on Wednesday. Hopefully I’ll get some information on that. If and when or when it happens, and who she’s with and all that stuff.
That’s what I’m gonna try to do. Now, in terms of the men, they released 26 Men on the Bachelorette Facebook page. I’ve given you 20 of them. However, one of them, you know, because when I gave them out on my Instagram story, I tag all of their Instagram handles. Well, one of them. Has seen my tagging of their Instagram handle.
Now that could mean that someone is controlling their account and saw it, or they are one of the people that got cut and did not make it. So obviously I’ll keep that in my notes as to who saw it. And if it’s somebody that makes it tonight one, then clearly they are somebody, uh, that has someone else controlling their account while they’re away.
The only six that I don’t have right now are Dave. The, let me get my, uh, trustee notepad out here. Dave, the 44-year-old lawyer from Thornton, Colorado. Oh yeah, I did find out. He’s a lawyer, but I don’t know his last name. Doug, 28 years old. San Diego, California, Marcus, 28 years old from Jamaica, New York, Mike 36 from La Valette, New Jersey, although.
There is some tea going around about Mike that is not good and it is of the, are we dating the same guy? Variety, those Facebook pages. So maybe Mike’s gonna get cut. Rod 35 from Austin and Ron, 28 from San Francisco. Those are the six that I don’t have. So any information I get on them, obviously I will pass along.
Actually, I do believe, I know. This Mike Guy from La Valette, New Jersey. I think I have his last name, but I haven’t been able to find any information on him outside of that, so I just, that’s why I’m trying to figure out if that is him or not. So Dave, the 44-year-old from Thornton, uh, Colorado, I believe he is a lawyer.
And Mike from la, New Jersey, he’s got a lot of women commenting on, are we dating the same guy Facebook pages and absolutely crucifying him apparently. Numerous women he was seeing at the same time having sex with numerous women at the same time, lied to them saying he was going to China for two months.
So something along those lines. Yeah. So if Mike makes it on the show. Again, look, I, I don’t, I’m not taking this season very seriously at all. Obviously, all I care about is getting you the spoilers, but in terms of, oh, I hope Taylor really finds the man that she’s gonna fall in love with and will be the baby daddy, two or three kids with two other men, like, no, I don’t care about any of that stuff.
All I care about this season is getting you the spoilers. Now, if there’s men on this season that have a very problematic past, that is more severe than, oh, he’s a cheater, and oh. He’s a bad guy and he was a bully to me in high school. Uh, then you’ll get some information on that. Obviously if there’s criminal activity, I’ll be the first, uh, to let you know if I get, I haven’t heard anything along those lines yet, but again, if we’re just talking about, oh, he’s just going on the show for clout, or, oh, he had a girlfriend before the show.
Again, number one, we just have to wait to see how long they last. If he’s relevant to the season, then yes, it becomes more interesting. But if he’s a guy that goes home in a row, ceremony one or two, I’m just sorry, it’s, it’s not interesting. It’s not relevant and nobody needs to freak out about it. Plus, we’re also in an age where.
Most of the people that go on the show are doing it for clout and doing it for followers. So there’s no reason to ever get too excited over something like that. We talk about things and I will expose contestants as long as somebody else is willing to tie their name to it. Then, uh, willing to expose contestants, um, that have some major, major problematic issues, uh, with them.
That they’re relevant to the season. That’s another big thing. So I just want to, uh, put that out there. I believe filming began last night as of this recording. Nothing’s been out there in terms of. Anybody from the show or anybody posting stuff from the mansion. Uh, but again, that might come, it might not.
We just never know. But there’s a one-on-one date Wednesday, so it’s not like you can start the season with a one-on-one date. You have to have an opening night with limo entrances, and you have to have a move-in day. So, and Jesse Palmer was in South Carolina on Saturday, so clearly filming did not start on Saturday night.
Means it started yesterday, which makes this all the sense in the world because the Bachelorette released the men on Thursday, and that’s usually been their MO is when they release the men. Three days later is when filming begins. If you go to the Bachelorette Facebook page, they’ve already taken the men off the Bachelorette Facebook page, so they’re already gone, which is exactly what they do every season.
I told you on Thursday, the fact that they released them on Thursday means they’re filming on Sunday, and they would be off the page by Sunday. And if you go to the page right now, you can see they’re not on there. There’s also an interview from Entertainment Tonight last night of Taylor, Frankie Paul at the Mansion being interviewed by an entertainment tonight.
So filming. Without having any official word, filming began last night at the Mansion. Move in is today, group date tomorrow, one-on-one Wednesday, group date Thursday Rose ceremony number two on Friday now. This was a very, very big weekend in my world, in my back to the future world for two reasons. Number one.
Well, this weekend, this past weekend was a very big weekend, and then this upcoming weekend is a very big weekend. So this past weekend was Saturday, was October 25th. Yesterday was October 26th, if you know. You know, but those are very big days in back to the future history. Why is that? Well, here’s why. On Saturday.
October 25th, when you watch the original Back to the Future, when Marty gets the call from Doc, actually it’s in the morning when the movie starts. Doc calls him and tells him, I need you to meet me at Twin Pines Mall. Excuse me, lone Pine Mall
at one in the morning and.
Yeah, that would be the morning of October 26th. But the movie, when it starts out, the day of school and when him and Jennifer are planning on going to the lake, and when he gets the flyer for the clock tower, that all happens on the day of October 25th, but October 26th every year. Is kind of an anniversary and it’s basically back to the future day because it’s the first time, it’s the first major date where something happens, which is, that is the date that Marty gets in the DeLorean and travels back to 1955.
It’s on the morning of October 26th. That one in the morning when he’s at the Lone Pine. Well, when he arrives, he’s at the Twin Pines Mall, but then it becomes the Lone Pine Mall after Marty changes history when he goes back to 1955. I’m sure you know that story by now. It’s a very small detail, but a very important detail to the movie.
But October 26th, every year on October 26th at that mall in that parking lot, which is the Plenty Hills Mall in City of Industry, California. There is a meet and greet where fans, I would, assuming most fans in Southern California, but I’m guessing there are people that fly in every year, just meet up, hang out.
They usually get some of the actors from the movie there. They sign autographs. There’s replica DeLoreans there. There’s memorabilia you can purchase, and there’s just a get together at one in the morning on October 26th every year. But this past Sunday morning, yesterday morning was a bigger deal because it’s the 40th anniversary and no, I was not there.
No, I’ve never attended, but I think I probably need to make it my life’s mission at some point to make it to one of those. Then the other big thing coming up this weekend is the re-release of the movie in imax, which I will be attending on this upcoming Sunday because I’ve ne now, 10 years ago, I went to the re-release at the 30 year anniversary, but I just saw it in the theaters for the first time since the eighties, and I just watched it in regular standard definition.
I’ve never seen it in imax. Hell, I’m trying to think of what movie I have seen in imax. I think I’ve only seen one movie in my life in imax, and that was the original avatar, which I thought was bizarre. I was not overwhelmed by it, but seeing it in IMAX I thought was pretty cool. But other than that, it was whatever to me.
Yeah, I think that’s the only movie I’ve ever seen in IMAX and now. I will be seeing back to the future in imax, and I cannot wait this Sunday.
