We’re gonna talk a little bit about this Taylor Swift wedding next June, and the reports that seem to be contradicting each other.
Golden Globe nominations came out yesterday and for the 10th year in a row. I barely know any of these people or any of these movies, any of these actors, actresses, songs. No idea. We have a creeper. In the world of Jeopardy. And another show that I promoted earlier this year has announced when their season two is coming out.

I have uploaded the new picture. And the new artwork for my podcast. For a while there, I think it, I can’t remember how long I had that cartoon.
I wanna say it was, geez, if you were to tell me I’ve had that cartoon as my podcast art for six months, I’d be like, okay, that sounds right. If you were to tell me I’ve had it for a year and a half, I’d be like, okay, that sounds right. Like I have no idea how long I’ve had that. I really don’t, but it’s now gone.
I just wanted to freshen things up. Got some new artwork. Like I said, come the new year. You’re gonna be seeing more of me online. It’s time for me to do a little more work here, and I wanna do it because I think I have a lot of good things to say and I’m really only doing it in audio form right now. And yeah, I see a bunch of con creators putting out good content.
I’m like, I can do that. So I’m gonna do it in terms of what’s gonna be on Patreon, what’s gonna be on for free on my Instagram and my TikTok. I’m still figuring all that stuff out, but that’s basically what I am looking to do. The Patreon exclusives will always be. The live rewatch. You’re just gonna be getting a lot more of those, and I’m just deciding, do I record video wise, my podcast, and just take clips from that? Steve Live rewatch is Thursday and Friday night this week. So I wanted to talk about this Taylor Swift wedding and the story behind it because there’s a report out. That Taylor and Travis’s wedding is taking place June 13th next year at Ocean House in Westerly, Rhode Island. Apparently that’s very close to one of her residencies, but that date was already reserved for another couple and TMZ reported, I think it was two days ago, that the people that have already booked the Ocean House in Westerly, Rhode Island.
We’re approached by Taylor Swift or her team to buy out the couple for that date because she wants to get married on the 13th, which is our lucky number. We all know that. However, the report says Stephanie Levitt, area Director of Sales and marketing for the Ocean House stated that the venue would never allow one couple to purchase another couple’s wedding date.
Well then yesterday I saw a completely different story. That said, Taylor Swift has purchased that date and she gave whoever had that already booked a nice payout to get June 13th of next year. I don’t even know what’s true, but I’ve got some questions here. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey’s wedding is going to be literally like the royal wedding for us.
For American people next year, like that’s how big this thing is going to be. When we heard on the New Heights podcast and we found out, well, we didn’t hear, they got engaged on the New Heights podcast when she went on the pod, but we found out two weeks later they had gotten engaged after they recorded that thing.
Okay. We were talking about about then, and what we were saying was, this is gonna be so big, it’s gonna be so secretive, yet there’ll be a bidding war. For any venue to have it, but whoever gets it is not gonna be publicizing. Hey everyone, Taylor Swift and Travis are getting married at our place on this date because paparazzi would storm that place.
So the fact that here we are roughly six months out from this supposedly happening, and we know the date and the location, like something tells me that this is off. I’m not buying that. This is, I. The location. I don’t, I’ve never heard of this place. Apparently. It’s super nice. Obviously it’s in Rhode Island.
It’s where she has one of her residencies. It’s very close to that. The Ocean House. I’m sure it costs a gazillion dollars. Money isn’t an issue to both of these people, but I’m just shocked that six months out, the date and the location of Taylor and Travis’s wedding is out there. Could this just be a red herring to make people think that’s it?
So they show up that day and nothing’s happening. Because this is going to be so huge. I just can’t imagine six months out. It’s just out there, oh, here’s the date and the location, and within two days you have conflicting reports saying, no, no, no, no. Someone’s already booked that venue and we don’t allow other people to buy it out.
And then the other story says, yes, somebody did have it booked, and Taylor already paid them a nice hefty sum. First off, if you have a venue booked for your wedding, and Taylor and Travis come to you and say, please let us have that date and venue, of course you’re going to accept money for it. Their payment to you is going to probably pay for your wedding.
Why wouldn’t you accept that? Now they’re saying in this story. That the venue doesn’t allow others to be bought out. Bullshit. If Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey want to have their wedding at your venue, of course you would allow that to happen because not only are they gonna chip off the couple that is giving up the date to Taylor and Travis, I’m sure Taylor and Travis is also chipping some off to the venue for allowing them to buy it out.
Plus the venue would get so much publicity for allowing their wedding to take place there. So I don’t know if it’s happened. Hell, maybe the Ocean House isn’t even where they’re getting married and maybe June 13th is not the date where they’re getting married. But there’s just too many weird things about this story.
I’m gonna say right now, my guess is the date and the wedding location have not been solidified. And if they have, it’s been solidified behind the scenes. And this place is not it. Like this is going to be an intimate, intimate ceremony. It’s not just going to say, here’s my wedding date and here’s my location.
