There’s another Love is Blind Story that I said kind of bothered me yesterday and I wanna talk about it real quick. Probably some in the next five minutes on it or so, and that is Madison Manenberg from Last Season of Love is Blind. The Denver season, remember she was the one that had the issues with her eyes, said she might go blind possibly in the future.
She got engaged to Joe and they ended up breaking up. Well, she. Has obviously become a content creator since the show ended. If you follow her on Instagram and on New Year’s Day, she hard launched a new boyfriend on Instagram. She wrote 2026, a new year, and a new Love hard launch, and she also said in that video.
I think that I just on a TikTok video, I think I just started dating my husband. I’m so excited to announce I have a boyfriend. He has such a heart of gold. He so fiercely pursues me. He’s so sure of me, and he’s such a kind, good person. He has the most beautiful heart that I have ever seen. I’m gonna be shocked if I don’t end up marrying this man.
Mark my words also said she believes he’s the man of her dreams. She said, this is my person. I’m seriously in awe of the man that he is. He brings out this part of me that feels most like myself. There’s nothing about him that I would want to change, and he makes me feel so accepted for who I am in its entirety.
He’s just incredible. Over the weekend, five weeks after this post, Madison posted on her Instagram story and just like that, I’m single again. I will not be hard launching again until after I have a man’s second child. Thank you. Which, okay, fine. I expect people who hard launch a boyfriend or a girlfriend if they break up, tell everybody, Hey, no longer dating.
Here’s the thing I have kind of an issue with, and that is she then did a two-part TikTok on her breakup. I didn’t time it out, but I wanna say both parts were about five minutes long, and then she put those on her Instagram, so they’re also on her Instagram. Now you might say, Steve, you had no problem with Kat going on podcasts talking about a breakup with Dale.
Yes, but I think this is different because Kat and Dale were a public couple that got together on a very popular reality show. When Madison hard launched this guy at the beginning of the year, he was nowhere to be. He’s not someone from the reality TV world. I don’t even think she tagged him in that. I haven’t seen his name anywhere.
I don’t even know who this guy is. I mean, she pushed posted pictures of him. It’s not like she blurred out his face or put a black box over his face, but there’s still that picture there, a carousel of pictures on her Instagram and he’s not tagged in it. But that’s neither here nor there. My thing is.
Madison spent 10 minutes on two tiktoks, and also she put those same tiktoks on her Instagram feed now telling us why they broke up. I understand Madison has a fan base like most people do that go on reality TV shows, but I think in a situation like this where she started dating a guy that nobody knows and I don’t see anything else on her feed since January 1st of this guy.
She put stuff in her stories over the last month here and there, but I feel like as an audience, the audience really didn’t even know who this guy was. And then you give us a 10 minute explanation as to why you broke up with him. I’m sure he’s not cool with it. If I had to guess because in that 10 minute explanation it was all about, see, it wasn’t me.
Like she made it seem like nothing she did in the relationship was wrong. And look, I don’t know anything about the relationship. It’s very possible she did absolutely nothing wrong in their relationship. It’s all on him. And good riddance to him. Glad she didn’t continue on with him, but I just bring you back to that January 1st post and how gushing she was about it.
And a month later you’re doing a 10 minute breakup video. My point is, in this situation, obviously all relationships, reality, TV related, one person’s reality tv, one person isn’t. Madison can do whatever she wants with her life. What I’m saying is, my opinion is she had no reason to do that. She had no reason to spend 10 minutes telling us.
Honestly, I’m being honest here. I don’t hate Madison. I don’t even know this one. I’ve never spoken to her in my life. Never spoken to this ex in my life either, but my personal opinion is it was a very uninteresting and boring story for 10 minutes about why they ended up breaking up. It’s like there are some things I think that are just better left unsaid.
I think Madison could have easily just been like, Hey guys, I know you’re following my journey. You knew I had heart launched my boyfriend. It didn’t work out between us. No hard feelings. We’re both moving on. Sometimes relationships don’t work out. Something along those lines. I don’t need a 10 minute explanation as to everything that he did wrong in the relationship and why you’re not together.
Because clearly if you listened to it and I wanted to listen to all 10 minutes so I could come here and say, look, this is what I had an issue with. She’s clearly saying it’s all his fault, and it’s like. Yeah, based on what she posted on January 1st, it’s almost like Madison is trying too hard to get a boyfriend.
Madison seems to not want to be alone. That’s the way I took this, because there was no reason for her to come on and spend 10 minutes talking about a guy that her audience rarely knew anything about. If this was all about somebody in love is blind, or even in the reality TV world. If she started dating, then yes, I understand people going on podcasts, going on their socials, leaving joint statements.
That makes more sense to me because an audience watched you two, develop your relationship. You don’t owe them anything, but if you do, it’s understandable In this day and age, this relationship where we didn’t even know about this guy until a month ago, and then you spend 10 minutes basically trashing him.
On a get ready with me. She’s sitting there putting on her mascara and her eyeliner telling us that this guy flaked out on a, on New York trip three days earlier. It’s like, okay. I just didn’t feel like that was necessary. I dunno why this one bothered me so much. It just did. And I don’t know, maybe I’m in the minority here.
Maybe all of you are huge Madison fans and think absolutely she should have done that. I just don’t see it. I don’t see what it accomplishes. And I don’t even know who this guy is, but I guarantee this guy is like, what the fuck was that? Why did she do that? Because I’m sure I, I’m sure I, I don’t know anything about this guy.
I doubt he’s gonna come out and say something, but if he did, I guessing he has his version of maybe why he did the things that he did. Maybe he didn’t like her anymore. I don’t know. But man, I just thought that was so over excessive about a guy that none of us really knew and frankly cared about. And look, if her story involved emotional abuse, psychological abuse, physical abuse, verbal abuse, I could understand her coming out and saying, you know what?
This is what I went through in my last relationship. We’ve seen a lot of women do that. Online. This was a guy who just seemed like he lost interest in her and kind of was flaky. Why does that need to be shared with America? It’s like she needed the validation of strangers to tell her, you go girl, you stand up for yourself.
When she could have easily just gotten out of this and just been like, guys, I’m no longer together with so and so things happen, relationship didn’t work. But when you go back to January 1st and you read that and you see her video that she put out. Just gushing over this guy said, I think I met my husband and you couldn’t last four weeks after that with him.
I, I, something points more towards Madison in this situation than him. I’m not saying he didn’t do anything wrong. I don’t know about the relationship, but I thought a 10 minute, two part video where it wasn’t anything major, it just seemed like two people that clashed with lifestyles and didn’t get along ended up breaking up.
Great. You ended a three month or whatever, three, four month relationship,
and you had to do a 10 minute video on it. I don’t get it. So the traders last night, episode eight. You know I’m gonna re be recapping it on my YouTube channel. Live today at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Gonna be joined by Tess Higgins, content creator. She has a lot of good stuff. She’s been following the traders all season long.
Now we know the next season of traders, they’re filming two. This summer there’s gonna be a civilian one that’s gonna air on NBC, and then I think the regular one on peacock. There are rumors that season six is going to be an all-star season. It says, according to the sun, which obviously anything the sun puts out, we take with a grain of salt.
They’re allegedly putting together an all-star season for season six, bringing back talent like sre. Ari Fedra, Peter Weber, poverty, Boston, Rob, Bob, the drag Queen, Dylan, Rin, Gabby, Lisa, Rena, Rob Rouch. Again, I, that seems rather early for them to be saying like those names, we might get an all star season. I can maybe understand that, but to already say these are the names I, I, I highly doubt that.
And when they say season six. This civilian season that’s coming on NBC this or next year, we’re gonna film this summer. Is that considered season five because it’s airing on NBC or. Is the one on Peacock coming out next January? Gonna be technically season five and there’s just gonna be a season one of traders that airs on NBC.
I don’t. I don’t know. So maybe this is two years down the road and they want five seasons on Peacock under their belt, and then season six is gonna be an all-star season. We don’t know. Again, this is the sun. It’s very sketchy at times. They got a lot of stuff wrong in the past. Not saying there won’t be an All Star season, but knowing that these are the names already that they’re recruiting six months out seems to be a little bit early.
As you know, Whitney Levitt, who was on Dancing With the Stars this past season, secret Lives of Mormon wives, got the role of Roxy Hart on Broadway to play Chicago. She had her first performance a couple days ago, and if you go to her social media channels, she is shown. You can actually see some of the performance on tiktoks.
You can see her after the show coming out and getting the crowd standing out in front of the theater. Brought her to tears days before her first performance. She’s in Times Square with her children. Looking up on the Giant Times Square board, showing Whitney Levitt as Roxy Hart. And the only thing I could think of was, oh my gosh.
Wait a second. You’re telling me that Whitney Levitt can be a mother and be Roxy Hart on Broadway? I didn’t know that was possible. You know why? ’cause Natalie, Natalie Vial, Natalie Joy told me she couldn’t be, and she was questioning how Whitney Levitt could even do this. I guarantee you there’s a part of Whitney Levitt that specifically posted that TikTok of her in Times Square with her kids looking up on the giant board.
Of herself saying Whitney Levitt as Roxy Hart. I guarantee there’s a part of her that put that out there just as a little F you to Natalie for making that comment that how is she going to be on Broadway with three kids? I don’t know, bringing them there. Like just an awful, awful take. But then again, the ALS are loaded with awful takes.
Recently and finally yesterday I talked about the Muppet Show that came back. On Disney Plus, and as of right now, I do not know if it’s gotten picked up for more episodes, whatever the case may be. But I guess because I talked about it, I started seeing more stuff show up on my for You page on Twitter, and every single response that I saw was like, this is exactly what we want from the Muppets.
It’s the closest thing to the original Muppet Show and Jim Henson that we’ve ever seen. Loved the episode. Bring it back. I mean, I didn’t even talk about it yesterday. You had Rizzo the rat singing blinding lights by the weekend, a classic performance Sabrina Carpenter, singing man child with the chickens behind her 30 minute show goes real quick, Muppet humor.
But everything I saw online yesterday was very, very positive and people loved it. And it was really refreshing to see that because I was like. As I told you yesterday in the podcast, I’m like, guys, I liked this. I can’t be the only one that did. Now I understand if you were born in the nineties or early two thousands, or you have three to seven year olds right now, you’re probably not showing them the Muppets.
I get it. But I would be hard pressed to find somebody who grew up in the eighties and who grew up liking the Muppets, who watched that and said. Yeah, I didn’t care for it. I even saw some old clips from that office style mockumentary. They did a few years back on A, B, C, and remembering how funny that was.
And that only got like a six or eight episode run. I’m just saying. Muppet Mania is back, and I really hope they bring us more episodes and do it exactly like that one. You bring in a pretty big star like Sabrina Carpenter and you do the Muppet Show, and that person is the host and they’ll perform 30 minute episodes.
We’re in and out. They could easily do eight to 10 episodes of that. I so glad to see the positive response online yesterday. Anyway, thank you all for listening. I really appreciate it. Follow me in Apple Podcasts. Also rate and review, but you gotta hit play. It’s the only way it counts as a download.
Sports Daily. Coming up in an hour from now. Remember, by the time you listen to this, I don’t know if the new Instagram post will be up, but just know if you’ve seen Devo with Bri BRY on the Instagram post. That’s wrong. It’s Divo with Brittany w her la, her last name is Wicker, Brittany Wicker, and. Devo is with her and got engaged to her, so.
Just know that going forward, I already, I’m gonna change it on my TikTok as well. The one thing I can’t do is go in back into my YouTube video. I’m not gonna take down the YouTube video and record something new. I’ll just have to put something in the comments of my YouTube video and the, and the episode description as well.
Anyway, thank you all for listening. I really appreciate it. Have a great weekend, everybody Super Bowl weekend, and I’ll talk to you on Monday. See you.
