Gonna go over what I did yesterday on my YouTube live. And we’ve just got more stuff to talk about in regards to Taylor, Frankie Paul, and this whole situation.
I want to dive more into the men and their complaints, and I’m gonna read you the contract that they signed to go on this show, which basically puts any thought of suing A, B, C on the back burner. Now anybody can sue anybody for anything. I mean, they can certainly try and sue, but if they think they have.
Any case whatsoever, they are sorely mistaken. And it’s going to be, the reason is it’s ’cause it’s right there in their contract. And I’m gonna read it to you. So we’ve got that. And I also wanna talk about people coming to the forefront now covering this story. And we will get to all that right now. So let’s start out with yesterday’s YouTube live with the custody queens.
They are Sam McBride and. Kristen Holstrom, and they are family law attorneys in California. They were pitched to me, went on their Instagram, saw that they were following the case, saw that they had put out some stuff about all this Taylor, Frankie Paul information, and I was like, yeah, I have ’em on.

You know, maybe at least 24 hours.
But I also wanna start driving some more traffic to my YouTube channel ’cause I’m doing more videos now. And, it helps, but I also know it helps as well to release the podcast in audio form. ’cause I understand not everybody can get to YouTube and and watch a YouTube video. So anyway, go check that out.
I thought it was a really, really good conversation. We talked about everything going on with Taylor, Frankie Paul from more of a legal perspective and a custody perspective because basically what I’ve been covering so much on this. And we got into some other things. We got into the social media aspect of it and the criminal side, but they’re not criminal attorneys.
They gave their opinion based on what they know, but. We haven’t really talked about it from a custody angle. What does it mean on April 7th? What does Taylor have to do if she postpones it because she’s not ready? Does that mean that she still doesn’t have ever, how big of a deal is it for her to get ever taken away from her until April 7th?

Saturday night, June 13th in Las Vegas, inside the Mandalay Bay Hotel at the House of Blues. It’s gonna be a lot of fun. It’s fun every year, but when we moved it to House of Blues last year, as you know, if you attended one of, I mean, easily, the best party probably, ’cause it had the most people, because anybody that knows for the first eight years I did this party, it was in my room and we could only get a certain amount of people in the room.
And it got way too hot and way too cramped and crowded. And then that was the first seven years. Then year eight, we moved it to the Grand Lux Cafe in the back of the restaurant at the Venetian. Which was, I thought, some of the best food I’ve ever had for that party. And, but it was, it was still a lot of fun.
Plenty of room wasn’t nearly as hot because it was a bigger space. And then last year, obviously it happened to fall on my 50th birthday. This party is not my 50th birthday. It’s not, it’s not near my birthday. It’s two weeks after. So it’s not a birthday party, it’s back to being a fan appreciation party.
I want to throw it for. You listeners who have supported the podcast for all these years, just a one time a year thing that I love to throw, and I’m glad that a lot of you. You know, have come in past years we’ve had people that have been there 6, 7, 8 times. We’ve had people that have been once. We’ve had people that have been three or four times.
So it’s a lot of fun. Dave Neil is gonna be there with his wife and his child. Courtney Robertson and her husband are gonna be there. Rachel Warez is gonna be there, I think based on an in and based on an email I got this past weekend. I think there’s gonna be some golden bachelorettes there as well.
Reached out to me. I don’t want to confirm it until I speak to them, but it looks like they’re coming. They said they were. I’ll tell you which ones as well. So just gimme a lot of fun. DJ playing nineties music. I’m working on that in terms of who the DJ is going to be. Like I said, people have, since I announced it yesterday, people have reached out.
So I’m just going through it. I can’t have multiple DJs, I just need one. So, I’ve had five people reach out yesterday, so I’m just determining exactly what route I’m gonna go. Again, I’ll be promoting it for the next three months. I mean, we are basically a little less than three months away, but obviously this is a big deal.
This could be the last year I throw the party. I thought 10 was a nice round number. I never thought I’d do more than two or three. And here we are in year 10. On my YouTube channel and I, I, I definitely wanna make this clear because maybe the person who had this take about what I’ve been saying just hasn’t been fully engaged or isn’t fully paying attention, but quite a few times, I was probably one of the first people out there if you saw the TMZ clip when I was on with Harvey and his partner when I was on TMZ.
I said that this is very similar to the Ray Rice case and. What I meant by it. Has nothing to do with what is on the videos. ’cause obviously in Ray Rice’s situation, it was a man punching a woman. This is the opposite, but what I was saying, when I’m comparing the Ray Rice situation to this situation, it has absolutely nothing to do with the attack involved.
The DV itself involved the actions of dv. It has nothing to do with that. My comparison is. When the NFL first heard that Ray Rice had committed a, there was a domestic violence charge against him, they suspended him for two games. Okay? Then the video gets out and it’s one of the most awful videos you’ll ever see in your life of him in a hotel elevator, and literally cold cocking his girlfriend.
I mean, it was one of the most vicious punches you’ll ever see. It was awful. And that video got out and all of a sudden it turned into, oh my gosh. We gotta suspend him for the rest of the season, which they did. That was the comparison I’m making. The comparison is A, B, C basically did nothing to Taylor.
Frankie Paul. They’re very well aware that she had a DV charge three years ago. They had seen the police report. I don’t know, maybe this decided they had Hulu do all their background check for them. They’re like, well, Hulu’s had her on the show for four years and has centered a whole show around her.
Maybe we won’t even vet her that much after that because clearly if Hulu thinks she can be on their show, she can certainly be our bachelorette. But then the second the video got out, what happened two hours later? Oh, we gotta pull her season. We gotta take the whole season off the air. That’s the comparison I’m making.
The comparison had nothing to do with what’s actually on the videos and has more to do with the reactions from the NFL and A BC. It took the video getting out for them to decide, oh wait, we gotta go with a harsher punishment. That’s the comparison I’m trying to make. Not what Ray did to his girlfriend was equivalent to what Taylor did to Dakota.
