Who watched the penultimate episode of Bachelor Mansion Takeover last night? I did, and we had Tammy, Chris, and Courtney returning to the mansion, and they each had to decorate a bar on the terrace and the winner would go to the finals against Sam, Dean and Noah. And again, I’m not a designer by any means whatsoever, so for me, all I can do is comment on the final look.
Like when Tammy and Courtney and Chris were all going over with their construction person with them, this is what I’m looking at. This is the color shade I’m looking for. This is the vibe I’m going for. I think I want this here and this here. Like to me, that’s. It just goes over all of my head because I’m not a designer.
All I can do is look at the finished product and say, Hey, kinda like this. Kind of don’t what I will say about the three bars that were created. First with Chris’s. I agreed with Courtney. She made a joke, but it was accurate when you looked at his bar, nicknamed Dark and Stormy or the, the name of it was Dark and Stormy.
Yeah. The way the cursive looked on the sign, it looked like it said Dark and Stormy. That a was not distinguishable in cursive. It was way too much. Oh, looking so it did look like Dork and Stormy. Courtney’s was the one, only one of the three that didn’t have a cover to it. And it makes sense why the other two put a cover on it.
And when Taisha was judging it, she said, you know, sitting here at the bar, the sun is shining right in my face. It’s not gonna last. My makeup’s gonna run. Maybe you put a cover on it. You know, I asked Courtney last night, do you regret it? And she’s like, eh. You know, I see where they, I see where they were coming from, but I just didn’t wanna put a cover on mine ’cause, and I’m like, okay, I’m fine with it.
And then Tammy’s was good as well. Like when I looked at all three outside of the Do and Stormy, when I looked at all three, I mean, to me they were all fine. Like they all looked good to me. How am I supposed, like I, I guess that’s why I’m never gonna be called on as a judge on HGTV because I wouldn’t even know what the hell that I’m judging.
I just would look at it and be like, would this be a bar? I would be cool walking up to, and I would enjoy the vibe. All three of them I would’ve, ’cause I didn’t look at any of those bars and been like, oh my gosh, this only has two stools in front of it instead of four. Oh my gosh, look at the tabletop on this bar.
Not for me. I’m not gonna go to that tabletop. It’s marble. I don’t fucking know, so I’m just like, whatever. You know? Look, the only thing I knew going into that, even though I pretty much knew who had won before the episode started, if you didn’t know who won, you had to assume Chris wasn’t winning for the sole reason.
They weren’t gonna put four guys in the finals, like it was going to be between Tammy and Courtney. And they, all the judges had talked Courtney up all season long. Tammy I noticed in her ITMs last night was talking about how important it would be to her, and Courtney did too, and I think Chris did too.
But it seemed like they focused more on Tammy saying how important it would be for her to get to the finals and. Just knowing how that show worked, like you could say there are judges and Sean Lowe who came back for this episode, and Taisha and Tyler were the ones judging. But let’s be honest, the production team is picking who wins these challenges and who is going home.
They are the ones behind it. ’cause they have a story to sell to the audience. I’m not saying Tammy’s wasn’t the best, I’m just saying they were all good to me. I just knew that. Okay, we’ve already got three guys in the finals. The show would just look bad if they threw a fourth guy in the finals and no women considering the women won most of the challenges all season long.
So pretty much knew it was gonna be Courtney or Tammy, and I knew it was Tammy. But you know, it just, I felt bad for Chris. I don’t know if Chris saw the writing on the wall. If he knew like, Hey, well at least I got another episode in. I don’t really care if I don’t win. I don’t know. Maybe he didn’t care, but it was almost like, Chris, you have no chance you’re not putting four guys in the finals, because that just would’ve looked bad.
But all four looked, I mean, all three looked good to me. Like I wouldn’t turn down any of those bars to walk up there and just be so, just elitist because of the color scheme in your bar, like, no, I’m sorry. Like, unless it literally looked like a shack and you didn’t paint anything, like they were very, very well done.
All three, whether it was liquid courage or dork and stormy or what, what was Tammy’s something in Rose? God, I’m already forgetting. My, my brain just sucks. I, I really am, I, I, my short-term memory is not great anymore. I can remember certain things short term, but sometimes I just forget the most basic stuff and literally just saw the episode.
I’m recording this maybe 90 minutes after I saw the episode and I remembered liquid courage and I remembered dork and stormy, but I can’t remember what Tammy’s was, something in rows and it’s gonna eat at me. And then like at three 13 in the morning, I’m gonna pop my head off the pillow and be like, oh yeah, it was that in rows, whatever.
It’s the way my brain works now. Old age, I guess.
Now I’m going to talk about the Paradise finale that aired on Hulu yesterday. Well, it came out late Sunday night. I got to watch it 11:00 PM right when it got released. Like I’m one of those guys that knowing it gets released at 11:00 PM Central time on Sunday night.
I was on my Hulu at. 10 58 and just hitting refresh and going back and forth and it said Season Two Paradise seven episodes. And I went back out and went back in season two Paradise seven episodes. And I went back and went back in 11 o’clock, season two Paradise seven episodes, and then like 10 seconds later, eight episodes.
I’m like, boom. So nobody watched it earlier than I did, and apparently the media didn’t even get an advanced copy. They got no advanced screenings of this, so we all watched it together at the same time. I knew it was going to lead to more questions, although we did get some answers. It does lead into questions for season three that, wait a second.
There was a whole other bunker this whole time that we’re just finding out about. Clearly they knew about it, but was Cal Bradford the president behind it? Was he behind it with Sinatra? Why have we not heard about this? I understand. Alex, the AI machine, whatever you wanna call her or it, it was being housed there under the Denver International Airport, and so it was.
I think she said a hundred miles away from the bunker. Either way, I think it’s very interesting. I did read interviews with the creator, Dan Fogelman, who also created This Is Us, and he said, Alex is going to play a huge role in season three. He basically confirmed their, I don’t know if you want to call it time travel.
But there’s time bending going on in this show. Multiple timelines, alternate timelines that you’re gonna see that’ll be fleshed out a little bit more in season three. And yes, while Sinatra seemingly went down with the ship, went down with the bunker because there is time bending, she absolutely is going to be in season three.
And we will see what her role is and how she is where she is and when she is, we’ll see all that, but I just think it’s a really innovative show. It’s really interesting. This was a really, really good episode. I thought it was a great finale, and it leads us to basically, does Xavier want to take the role of bringing all those people into that bunker that’s underneath the Denver airport?
That is apparently what Season three is about. He’s been presented with this information now and he’s like, do I wanna do this? Why is this something I really wanna do? I just got my family back. So again, I, I almost think I kind of have to, only because there’s no life, not life. There’s no power. There’s no electricity outside of the bunker, which has now been imploded.
So what do you do at that point? You can’t live outside the bunker the way things are going. Yes, people have managed to live over the last three years since the bunker was created, but look at ’em. They’re all dirty and their clothes are all dirty, and they’re not living the most peak lives to say the least.
So that’s gonna be the struggle of season three apparently is, is Xavier knowing now he’s been given this role? Does he want to take it on? And if he does take it on, what exactly does it all mean? But I just love shows like this now first season, and the second season basically came out at the same time, February and, and March, February of 2025 was season one.
F March of 2026 was season two. Maybe it was the end of February when the first batch of episodes came out. The creator did say filming begins, I think next week. They said April of 2026 is when filming of season three begins. They’re all going back to work soon, but he wants to turn it around a little bit quicker.
We might not have to wait till February of 2027 to see season three. It’s very possible we get it at the end of this calendar year, but stay tuned for that. They haven’t even filmed it yet, but they head back to work. I think within the next two weeks is what I read. And finally, I haven’t watched any of Alex Cooper’s love overboard yet.
I’ll get around to it at some point maybe when I’m on the plane. This weekend. I’m not sure when I head to California this weekend. Maybe I’ll just knock out some episodes of Love Overboard. Well, it was announced yesterday that Alex Cooper’s Unwell Network has another show coming out on Monday, next Monday, six days from now.
It’s called the Unwell Winner Games, and it’s gonna premiere next week on the unwell YouTube channel. It’s a four episode series, and it’s gonna be four days in a row, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. And if you looked at, ’cause I was confused by the press release, I was like, is this already filmed?
Is this gonna be live like a love island kind of deal? 16 polarizing reality TV stars in a luxury chalet in Park City, Utah to compete in a series of mental and physical challenges over four days. Well, if you went on Alex Cooper’s. Instagram stories. Yesterday she was reposting some of the people and it looks like they were filming today because all of them were in Park City and they were in ski outfits.
For a lot of these contestants and two people from Bachelor Nation are gonna be on it. Joe and Serena, we’ve got Dakota. Mortenson is gonna be on it, which I think is a bad idea because it’s almost like you’re taking sides by putting him on tv. If Taylor gets Hirsch TV show canceled. You’re giving this guy camera time.
Not saying that he doesn’t deserve camera time, but maybe wait until something is decided. So I think this is a bad idea. He shouldn’t be getting any camera time right now, and he shouldn’t be joining any new shows right now. When there’s open investigations going on between him and the mother of his child, I think she think it’s a bad idea.
Anyway, Demi from. The show is also on it. Anna Delvy from Dancing With the Stars and Scam Queen, kin Sue, who was on what Traitors Gleb from Dancing With the Stars is on it. Huda or Huda from Love Island and her guy Louis or Louis, Juliette Porter from Siesta Key, Sariah. Who in my world, WWE world is known as Paige.
She’s on it. So those are just a few of the 16, and it looks like they started filming today. So they’re literally gonna turn this around in a week, and it’s only four days. So this’ll be something that maybe I’ll get into before I even, I. Can really dive into love Overboard is I’ll watch a four day show just to see what this is.
And you know, just competing in challenges and alliances see is, is there a money prize? What the deal is here, but I’ll check it out. But just know that that’s coming next Monday and it’s over four days and it’s gonna air four days in a row and that’s it. So it’s called Unwell Winter Games. And they’re filming it right now.
