You’ll find out what it is today. Taylor Frankie Paul’s hearing for a custody battle of her son ever with boyfriend and baby daddy or ex-boyfriend and baby daddy Dakota Johnson is today. We also have a moment have a notice from Taylor who informed us. About something big in her life yesterday on Instagram, which I, I didn’t even know was true.
I’ll tell you what I’m talking about. I watched episode one of unwell winner games. I’ve got a couple thoughts, as you would suspect I would. I did not watch the Bachelor Mansion takeover finale last night. I am aware of who won, but I’ll watch it today and we’ll talk about it tomorrow. Temptation Island, season two on Netflix.
Drops on Friday. My gosh. Another show we gotta get into. And what are the rumors surrounding the Taylor Swift wedding date this summer? Because some accounts said they know when it is. Somebody involved in something going on on that date said, no, it’s not. So let’s get started. Yesterday on the podcast, I started out by telling you I did a thing and I did not want to jinx anything.
I wanted to make sure it went through and it did. So today on my social media channels. Instagram and TikTok. It’ll be on my Instagram feed. It’ll also be part of my Instagram story, and it’ll be on my TikTok as well of what it is that I’m talking about. I think it’s better done visually and that’s why I’m not saying it on this podcast.
I’ll go into more depth on the podcast tomorrow ’cause I wanna make the video maybe 90 seconds, two minutes. And then I’ll be able to talk about it more on the podcast tomorrow, but it’s more of a visual that I want to announce it visually and then I’ll talk about it tomorrow and go in a little more detail on the podcast.
So I’m excited. I hope you all are will be. Enjoy it as well. Maybe. I think you will. I think it’s cool, but we’ll see. Today’s a big day in Taylor, Frankie Paul’s life because today is the April 7th hearing for a judge to oversee. How is the custody battle between her and Dakota Morrison going and the restraining order?
Remember, she lost custody. Of her son two and a half weeks ago because Dakota put out a restraining order and a temporary sole custody of ever it was granted. So now today, Taylor gets to present her case to a judge. Dakota will present his case, and then the judge either, there’s no saying exactly what it is.
In terms of will it be done today? Will we get an answer today? What is going to be the custody situation going forward? I don’t know. I asked Rachel Juarez and she said, there’s no guarantee it’s coming today, but it could come today. It’s up to the judge. I’m like, okay, so we shall see what happens with that.
I don’t necessarily know exactly what happens. Legally with her, like this is just a custody case, so I don’t even know. Well, obviously this has nothing to do with the two open investigations for what happened in February of last month or February of this year, and then the 2024 incident that is now an open investigation that the Draper Police Department in Utah has apparently seen videos of.
So that has nothing to do. I don’t think it has anything to do with today and this hearing. But I guess if you’re Dakota’s team, wouldn’t you say, wouldn’t your defense be, we don’t think that she should be allowed to have 50 50 custody because she’s got two open investigations against her. Like I, I’m clearly speaking about this.
As a novice, as someone who doesn’t have kids who’s never been involved in any sort of custody battle, but just looking at it from the outside, there’s a part of me that’s just how in the world is a judge going to say today? Okay, go back to your normal routine, Taylor you get ever for most of the time, or whatever their routine was before.
I don’t even know what their custody situation was before. I know that Dakota got ever. I don’t know if it was every weekend and one day during the week or every other weekend. I don’t know what their situation was, but whatever it was before she lost temporary sole custody of ever two and a half weeks ago.
I highly doubt it’s going back to that. I just can’t imagine it would. You know, Taylor has taken Instagram the last couple days, put a lot of Bible quotes in there. Said this has been the hardest 40 days of her life, so I’m assuming that means she’s going back to the two days at the end of February, the 23rd and 24th when the last incident happened.
So I’m sure it has been for her, and I’m sure it has been very, very difficult. The one thing we also found out from Taylor, based on our Instagram stories yesterday. She is leaving the Mormon church. I, I thought she put that in an Instagram story yesterday, but when I go to her Instagram story right now, that thing, that post is gone.
So either it was the day before or it’s been 24 hours since she posted it and just disappeared that way, or she’s purposely taken it out. So I had to go searching for it by Googling, and this is what she had wrote.
Born and Raised Mormon, and I’ll always have love and respect towards it. I’ll even con born and raised Mormon, LDS, and I’ll always have love and respect towards it. I’ll even continue to go with my family at times. With that being said, it’s time to detach myself from it. I strongly believe in Christ, God, the Bible, the divine.
I believe we are loved. Whether we are praying in a church building or from a bathroom floor at home. I’ve also experienced grace and love from amazing people that aren’t sure what they believe, if at all, and that’s okay too. Point being, there’s more out there to learn. And I’m writing this out as a release now, I don’t know how involved she was in the Mormon church because it seems like she doesn’t follow the preachings of the Mormon church.
At least not all of them. So what exactly was her stance in the Mormon church and is this a situation where she’s basically like, yeah, I’ve decided I’m gonna leave the Mormon church. And they’re basically like, what? We don’t even claim you. We don’t even want you in the Mormon church, and this is her way of saving face.
Is it one of these deals? ’cause I can’t imagine the Mormon Church has been happy with her behavior since 2023, or ever since Secret Lives came on the air. Right. So for her to say, now I’m basically leaving the church, I, I, I don’t even really know what that means because I don’t really know how serious she was about staying true to the Mormon faith and.
If you break the rules of the Mormon church, are you even allowed to be in it? Like she says, I’ll still go and show up at times, so that means when she goes to church, she’s still gonna go to a Mormon church, but she’s not gonna be practicing. I don’t know. I don’t really understand it, and to me, it.
Because I don’t watch Secret Lives. I didn’t. I never knew what her involvement was. I didn’t really know how serious she was, how serious she took the Mormon faith just based on some of the things that she does. I didn’t know that was even a thing with her. And before this Instagram post yesterday, I just assumed in my head, and this was just me, I just assumed in my head, this woman wasn’t practicing the Mormon faith anymore.
So for her to say it yesterday, it could just be one of these deals where the Mormon church isn’t claiming her, but she wants to get out in front of it first to make it seem like she left them when really they had already dumped her.
