Podcast #337 – Interview with Jessica Clark, Host of “Coming Out For Love”

    3.3K

Another great podcast guest this week as I welcome the host of the upcoming “Coming Out For Love” reality show, Jessica Clark, that re-releases tomorrow on their website. Jessica is an activist, a worldwide model, who has graced the covers of the some of the worlds best magazines. She’s walked the runways in Paris and now she’s the host of the first US lesbian dating competition show. A great talk with her today as we discuss how she got involved in this project, did she have any hesitations having never done reality TV before, how did she see her role as host, and much, much more. Not to mention, Jessica speaks about how empowering the show feels for the LGBTQ community and how proud she … Continue reading

Podcast #336 – Interview with Suzana Somers, Creator of @BachelorData & @PopCultureData on IG

    2.7K

Once again joined by one of my favorite guests, Suzana Somers, who is the creator of @BachelorData on IG. She’s also started to build the @PopCultureData account on IG as well, focusing on other shows like Love is Blind, Selling Sunset, etc. A good talk with her regarding the popularity of Love is Blind and how Netflix knows how to push their shows on social media, much moreso than the Bachelor franchise does. How their contestants are gaining many more followers than anyone in Bachelor Nation and at a rapid pace, where the Bachelor shows are going wrong, and how Netflix really isn’t competing against the Bachelor anymore. It’s biggest competition is TikTok now. So many great topics to go over with Suzana, including a … Continue reading

Podcast #335 – Interview with Amanda Stanton

    3.3K

Once again, joined today by Amanda Stanton on the podcast, which I believe is the 3rd or 4th time she’s joined me. And you know what? Very little Bachelor talk and PLENTY of Taylor Swift talk. Although towards the end, Amanda shares a story about her time on Ben’s season during hometown dates that she’s never shared before. Which now has me wanting to text others in the franchise and see if they did the same thing. Pretty funny story and you wonder if it’s happened more often. Also, as I mentioned on Monday’s “Daily Roundup,” the lyrics to that shows theme song “Rave Up (Shut Up)” are not anywhere on the internet. You can’t Google them, nor can you can get them by pressing … Continue reading
