I know there might be more pressing issues going on in the country right now, but, this isn’t a political website. I don’t cover polls, elections, senate races and what not. I cover Bachelor Nation or, as I now refer to it, Toxic Bachelor Nation. It’s what I’ve done for the past 17 years and will continue to do until the show goes off the air. This season has been a little trickier due to the fact filming took place in one location, no date pictures ever got out, and they were on much more of a lockdown than any previous season in history. Currently the same situation is happening with Matt’s season filming in Pennsylvania as well. There are things I’ve heard for weeks in regards to Tayshia’s season that I just haven’t posted because I didn’t get the confirmation I needed. Until now. I don’t have every detail of how the ending to Tayshia’s season plays out, but, I have mostly what you’re looking for. It’s why I kinda dropped a hint in last weeks recap and why I’ve been kinda hinting at things for the last month in regards to what happens to her at the end of the season. So I will give you everything I have up to this point today, and as stuff develops and I hear more, I will fill you in once I find out.
On Sept 30th these were the spoilers I posted for Clare’s season. Mostly accurate. Had seven guys getting eliminated the first rose ceremony, there was eight. Had Clare having three rose ceremonies, she had two. I had Clare eliminating seven guys total after the first night over those other two rose ceremonies. Ended up being six guys total, and just one more rose ceremony. So I guess if someone wants to hang me upside down by my balls for that, I’ll live. You know why? Because no one else has reported anything in these last 2-3 months. Same ol’, same ol’ every season. And oh yeah, speculating is not spoiling. You’ve known who the final four of Tayshia’s season since I reported it: Ivan, Zac C., Brendan, and Ben Smith. And I’ve had different people tell me they’ve heard or think all four guys have won. Here’s where we go from here:
-Brendan Morais leaves the show on his own. His family was the only one that didn’t show up for hometown dates. As I reported a few weeks ago, Brendan’s divorce was finalized just over a year ago, and apparently that played a big role in why he left. Guess he just wasn’t ready to jump into another relationship.
-The one thing I don’t know is if Brendan leaving happened at final 4 or final 3. Seemingly you’d think that if his family didn’t show up for hometowns (all other 3 had family and/or friends show up at La Quinta to meet Tayshia), then she would’ve eliminated him at that point, leaving Ivan, Zac C., and Ben as your final 3. But I don’t know exactly when Brendan eliminated himself.
-The issue only becomes who was #3 and who was #4 between Brendan and Ivan because I know that Ben and Zac C. are Tayshia’s final 2.
–Tayshia’s final rose went to Zac C. They did not get engaged.
-I referenced last week about enjoying Clare and Dale’s love story since that’s the only one you’re gonna get this season. This is what I’m hearing: By all accounts, Brendan is who Tayshia wanted. And when he left, she was pretty distraught but still ended up picking somebody. I was told Zac C. was the one who opened up to her the most and professed his love, whereas it was much tougher for Ben, so ultimately she picked Zac.
-As for where they stand now, that’s anybody’s guess. Some people have told me they aren’t together, some have told me they still are but it’s not that solid, and some have said it’s never gonna last. She’s a SoCal girl who wants to be an influencer. He runs a sober living facility in NY. So that’s where we stand at this point. I know people will scour their IG pages for any clue they can find, but I wouldn’t count on anything being spoiled there. But when filming wrapped at the end of August, Tayshia had chosen Zac C. over Ben.
-Here’s the thing that has me really confused right now that doesn’t really have much to do with the ending. A couple weeks ago I heard the Men Tell All was taping in the first week of November. Which I scratch my head at for two reasons:
1) We’d only be one episode into Tayshia’s season at that point and BARELY into her season at that.
2) All the crew is in PA filming Matt’s season. They use the same crew to film all production of this show, so a split crew didn’t make sense. Nor did stopping Matt’s filming (since they’d have to fly and quarantine) before flying back.
Maybe they’re filming the Men Tell All at Nemacolin so the only people that need to quarantine are the guys, since crew is already there and being tested constantly. That makes the most sense. But the guys definitely left this week to film the MTA. You can see it on some of their IG stories.
So the crew and where they film isn’t as much the issue as, “Why the hell are they filming the MTA over a month before the finale airs?” Every MTA is filmed about 10 days before it airs, and they show the guys and the audience in attendance (which I doubt there will be this season) the episode or highlights of it beforehand. How are these guys supposed to film an MTA and talk about a season that they haven’t seen air yet? Unless they give them the remaining 6-7 episodes to watch, I don’t see how that happens. So that’s where the confusion comes in for me. Hopefully in the coming days I’ll get more intel on exactly how that’s gonna work, but that’s really bizarre to me they’d film the MTA this far in advance.
And if you’re thinking, “Well they’re just filming a ‘Clare MTA’ now, and they’ll do Tayshia’s later,” no, that’s not happening. There’s one MTA this season and it’s being filmed soon. I just don’t know where, why, or how. So I’ll keep you updated as soon as I find out more.
