So Vanderpump rules show runner, Alex Baskin talked to the Hollywood reporter about the Vanderpump rules season.
And there were a lot of questions in there. I’m not going to read the whole thing, obviously, but you can go to the Hollywood reporter by Jackie Strauss and ask them a bunch of questions in regards to season 11 and the three part reunion show. And he basically said, if you read what he had to say.
Essentially, he does say that no, he doesn’t think this is the end of Vanderpump rules. He said, we still have some, obviously some stuff to tell. Um, he said, what you saw, we weren’t surprised by the audience’s reaction to this season, but what they saw play out was completely real. You see that we are really documenting the relationships of a group of people.
And as much as, as might want everyone to move on and move forward to the timeline of watching a show, you have to respect where everyone is coming from. The group went into the season with really challenged damage relationships and you saw what happened when they got together. So he did say that then was asked, there wasn’t an official renewal on season 12 and because the finale was such an emotional look back, people are wondering, could it be the end of the show?
What was the intent? He said, no, no. Obviously there’s been a lot of speculation. People have written the show’s final chapter many times and the show has continued. So just because it’s a reflective moment that clearly marks the End of one chapter does not necessarily mean that is the end of the show.
You see, there is still a lot of fertile ground and developments in their lives. So I think it would be very premature to just because we really closed the book on Scandal ball in a lot of ways, because it was this moment that sort of blew up everything and extended into next season does not necessarily mean the show is over.

Alex, I’ve already forgot his name. I would say Baskin is cause Josh Baskin from big, right? That was his name. And yeah, it is Alex Baskin.
Interesting. But yeah, Alex Baskin and he does the interview with the Hollywood reporter, Jackie Strauss, uh, is the author. So check that out. Lot of good answers in there. Well, Trader season three starts filming, I believe next week, or maybe they leave this weekend and there are rumors that, uh, Johnny bananas is on it, which I guess shouldn’t be too surprising since he was the first one out on last season, never really got a chance to play.
And he’s obviously TV producers, wet dream, and they love him and he’s great sound bites. So it’s not surprising he would be on it. If you heard Courtney and I’s podcast, Courtney and I’s podcast, when we called her Courtney, Courtney and I’s podcast, she has heard five names of people that are on it. Lamar Odom supposedly going to be on it.
Terrell Owens going to be on it. Monica from, I think Monica Garcia is her name from housewives of, um, Salt Lake bananas and there was somebody else that, uh, she had named as well and forgot, uh, forgot the name, but then, uh, another rumor cast members are two people from survivor and Tony Vlachos and Carolyn.
We all remember Carolyn, but, um, there’s also a rumored cast list out for special forces. Trista isn’t on this rumored cast list, although they’re missing two names, but the two names they’re missing are men. So I’m not sure they do have Allie on this rumored cast list. Denise Richards, who if you, I believe looked at her Instagram story was flying back from Europe.
So make sense that she would be on that cast list, but, uh, professional surfer, uh, Marion Jones, the track star Jordan, Olympic gymnast, a Brody Jenner, Cam Newton. Carrie off truck road, off road track truck racer. So that is that Audrina’s ex husband, uh, golden Tate NFL wide receiver, Landon Donovan, men’s soccer player, Nathan Olympic swimmer.
That’s the rumored cast of special forces. And it’s not all of them. There’s a couple of, I didn’t name, cause I don’t know their last names, but those are the ones that jump out to me as people that I actually know. So we’ll obviously be hearing more in the upcoming weeks, but I just wanted to throw a, what the rumors are out there that are being spread by.
Certain sites and obviously, uh, Courtney threw out those names yesterday in the podcast case. You didn’t hear it. Lamar Odom, Terrell Owens, Johnny bananas, Monica Garcia, and gosh, there was somebody else and I’m totally blanking, but that would be for traders, which films this weekend starts filming this weekend or they leave this weekend, whatever, and that’s it.
