So big week this week in TV got dancing with the stars. Premiering tomorrow night, Jen and Joey, obviously we’ll both be on it. Their songs and dances are already out there. If you follow their Instagram accounts, I already forgot what they said.
I think one of them is doing the cha cha. Maybe both are doing the cha cha. I can’t remember. And the song they’re doing it too is out there. Remember the first night is only, I believe, 60 seconds. First dance of the season is always only 60 seconds. Maybe it’s 90. I don’t know. But it’s always shorter. So just keep that in mind.
And I expect Jen and Joey to last past the first week. I don’t care how bad they dance. It’s all about popularity and all about, you know, it’s essentially a popularity contest, but it’s not about your dance skills. And. Jen has the sympathy vote going for her. Joey has the cute boy look going for him.
They’re not getting eliminated in week one. I don’t know who is yet, but it’s not going to be them. I expect both of them to make it through at least four weeks each. It will not depend on how good they’re dancing either. And then we got survivor premiering on Wednesday night. We’ve got big brother on Wednesday night.
We’ve got the challenge on Wednesday night and we’ve got golden bachelorette premiering on Wednesday night, 90 minutes. So. I’m telling you right now, I will watch golden bachelor on Wednesday nights and big brother on Wednesday nights and survivor. I’m not going to get to the challenge on Wednesday nights.
I just don’t see how I can. And I honestly might not even watch big brother because that’s the one I already know spoilers to. I know no spoilers to survivor. I have to watch that. And I obviously don’t know the episode by episode spoilers to Jones season. So I definitely will watch that. Big brother, just so I can speed it up and make it through it.
So I’m not starting my podcasts, recording my podcasts on Wednesday nights at 1130 at night, and they got to watch a 90 minute golden bachelorette, a 90 minute survivor and a one hour big brother. So those started. Seven o’clock central time. My time, they start at seven o’clock. It’s usually about 60 minutes without commercials.
So I’ll be able to fast forward. So that’s two hours. It puts me at nine o’clock. If I watched all three shows and fast forwarded through commercials, I would basically finish at 10. So I guess I could pull that off. So that’s the plan. Watch golden bachelorette, watch survivor, watch big brother, start recording right after that, just so you know my schedule also.
Let’s talk about Big Brother. Last night, it was the new twist in the game. Janky. You know me. I’m all for the laughs and hijinks that this show provides every season.
Are we four years old? Janky. And carnival games. And dancing. And the janky song. Look, I know this is what the show does. I get it. Doesn’t mean I have to like it. So silly. Now the twist of them having to live in the backyard for a whole week. I mean, I wouldn’t want to do that. Seems like misery, especially when you can only eat pizza and ice cream.
Now I love me some pizza and I love me some ice cream, but I don’t love me some pizza and ice cream as my only meals. So that’s got to suck. The sleeping arrangements. Those suck. They don’t even really have beds out there. But the whole janky thing is it’s silly. It’s childish. It’s for, like I said, four year olds, but the whole janky song, like this whole thing with the song, like, Hey, you got to sing, there were plenty of times where janky told them, sing the janky song and cam never even moved his lips.
So is there some sort of penalty if you don’t sing? Is there a penalty if you don’t dance, especially when they ask you at three in the morning to get up and go to a dance party, like it’s just, if there was some sort of penalty or some sort of, Hey, if you don’t do this, you can’t compete in the veto or you cannot get any sort of immunity.
I don’t know, but just to ask them to do stuff that’s so silly and pointless with no repercussions whatsoever. If you don’t do it, what’s the point. That’s the issue I have with it. It just didn’t seem like it was done for anything other than, Hey, let’s make the Mac goofy on television, which kind of what the show does.
But to me, it was just stupid. Now Leah ended up winning head of household in a 10 hour competition. Which is similar to something on survivor, but survivor had, would have worse, way worse conditions. You could be dealing with extreme heat or you could be dealing with rain. They just had to stand in the backyard of a studio lot and hold a pole up to a marshmallow against some sort of base.
Whoever could last the longest is going to end up winning. Obviously I had read on Saturday that Leah had won. Now, if you don’t want to know the spoilers for power of veto and the other twist, you can fast forward or mute coming in three, two, one. So power of veto happens. Oh, by the way, Leah put up as you know, Rubina and chemo, which was smart.
They are the three headed monster that they’re calling them. You got to break them up. And. Angela ends up winning Power of Veto. Now, will Angela use it? I don’t know. Because, the new twist is, there was a janky Power of Veto. I don’t know what the game was. I just know that Leah won it. And the power of that particular Power of Veto, the janky Power of Veto is, Leah can’t use the Power of Veto unless Angela uses hers.
So my guess is, if Angela uses hers, Leah will just negate it and change it back. Because I’m assuming she wants to keep the same Noms up there. She wants Rubina or chemo going home. And then if Angela doesn’t use hers, then Leah can’t use hers. So I don’t know, again, I haven’t really looked at the last 24 hours online, but I don’t get the impression that anything’s changing chemo or Rubina are going home this week because if Angela uses it to take off one of those two, Leah is not going to put up, she can’t put up Angela.
I don’t think, I think Angela is immune. She won’t power of veto. She’s not going to put up Mackenzie. She’s not going to put up Chelsea and she’s not going to put up camp. Those are the people that she’s seemingly aligned with. So if Angela uses it, my guess is Leah is just going to go, well, I’m using this and I’m putting, I I’m using the power veto to put so and so back up.
If Angela takes down chemo or Robina. Unless I don’t know something about the power that has been established, unless she can’t just change it back. But it says she can’t use the power of veto unless Angela uses hers. So my guess is she would just negate whatever Angela did. So it looks like we got chemo or Rubina going home this week.
And the three headed monster is now going to be a two headed monster after this week. And I mean, if you look at it. This is a Chelsea, Leah, Mackenzie cam game, because it’s going to be those four against the other three, the people, the person that is left out of the chemo and Rubina eviction T Core. And Angela,
I look, these people would be smart, but these people are also changing alliances as much as they change their underwear. It’s like every day, it seems like a new alliance is forming, but Leah seems to be. She’s absolutely said, I’m not getting rid of Chelsea. I’m not getting rid of cam and seemingly she’s with McKenzie as well.
So I don’t think anything’s changing this week and we are getting a chemo or Rubina eviction. I don’t know where the house is leaning, but we know Leah can’t vote. So it’s going to be whoever, basically whoever cam Chelsea and McKenzie want to go home, assuming chemo and Rubina are the two that stay on the block, whoever those three decided to go home is going home because the only other two people voting are T CORE and Angela.
That’s the way I see it. I don’t know what people have been saying online. I have read some things here and there, but I already forgot them. I, yesterday was a very long football day for me. So I forgot a lot of things that I read and I didn’t comprehend. Sorry about that. But anyway thank you all for listening.
