So this next story really irked me and I needed to tweet about it yesterday. So I did. The sun gives this headline. Yesterday, Pete Davidson checks into rehab in quote bad shape after secret romance and breakup with the bachelor villain, Maria Georges. This is the first any of us have ever heard anything in regards to Maria and Pete Davidson.
Maria has kept her personal life pretty private on social media. There have been, I think, pictures that have been sent to me of her with a guy, I didn’t know who the guy was. Didn’t look like it was anybody famous. It was just a guy that she was with. So I’ve never spoken about her personal life. There’s no reason to, but of course the son will remember the son is the same rag magazine or rag online site, whatever you want to call them, trash, garbage site that gave Laura Owens a voice.
So. Maybe we should stop taking what they say at face value because it wasn’t, I don’t know, half hour, an hour after that story broke that Maria took to her Instagram story and put out two stories. First one said, never dated Pete, false rumor. I’m friends with his sister case closed. Then about 10 minutes, 15 minutes later, 12 minutes to be exact.
Just spoke to his sister. He’s not in rehab and has been sober for months. Can’t believe this shit. It’s very insulting to his recovery and my mental health. He’s literally home. So if we are to believe Maria now, she could have gotten fancy with words here. Never dated Pete false rumor. Okay. Maybe they didn’t date.
Did they hang out? Did they hook up? Was there a hookup? And then she ghosted him and that’s what led him to rehab because she says he’s literally home. Well, we don’t know. Sun didn’t specify saying Pete Davidson checks into rehab in bad shape. So I didn’t read the article. Sorry I read the headline But unless this is a clickbait which I guess it very well possibly could be and there’s no details once you actually click on the story But this headline is very misleading, especially if Maria says he’s literally home Well, that means he didn’t check himself into rehab unless this is something that happened two weeks ago And he’s out of rehab and she’s just saying You He’s home.
That’s what I mean. It’s just such a garbage story and Without even reading the story. I already know there were no quotes from Maria. They didn’t go to her directly and say hey We have this information What is your quote about this? What do you want to add to our story? So they didn’t do anything Maria sees the story post on her Instagram story and says garbage never dated him He’s literally home.
He has, he’s been sober for months. So if we are to believe Maria, then the son is using clickbait stories again, which they did for Laura Owens par for the course for them. Let’s stop giving them clicks and let’s stop giving them attention. Unless we are going to call them out for their garbage that they post, like I did with this story.
And finally, like I said, it’s going to be a little bit shorter show today. Finally, I will say David Gingras. His appeal, his appellate brief is online. Now you can go find it at the justice for Clayton official Instagram page. Any of the Twitter accounts, you know, Clayton’s justice, or maybe it’s justice for Clayton.
I don’t, there’s so many of them out there now I’ve, I’ve lost track, but if you do a enough search, you can find it, but if you’re not a lawyer, you’re not going to understand this stuff. I don’t. Because I don’t know from page 16 on what David Gingras is talking about, these cases that he is setting. What I do know is, because I’m not going to pretend like I know, I’m going to bring on somebody who is a family lawyer, who has read the 75 page appellate brief, and is going to give their opinion of what they think.
And if they think there’s good arguments made here, if they think there’s a Major, I don’t know, hole in everything that David Gingras is doing here. Rachel Juarez read it last night and she’s going to, we’re going to record today and it’ll be the daily roundup tomorrow and she’ll go through it and give her thoughts on what she thinks of the 75 page appellate brief, because having me look at it and talk about it, what’s that going to add?
I’m not going to pretend like I know, Oh, this was really good point that he made, or this guy’s an idiot. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I have no idea. I’m not a lawyer. And as much as I dislike the guy, the guy does have a law degree and he can practice law in California and Arizona. I can practice law in zero of the 50 states, and I’m not going to pretend like I know anything about it.
So. I’m going to bring on a pro who has obviously come on numerous times in the last month to talk about this case. And I think when you hear Rachel, I think you know, she is very credible. She is a family law attorney herself, and she does an excellent job at explaining things that maybe the lay person doesn’t understand like myself.
