the R and B group date. So I pointed it out on social media because this brings me back to one of my favorite group dates of all time. My favorite group date of all time.
I’ve said this numerous times. It will never be topped was on Desiree season where they got the rap with soldier boy. Probably my second favorite group date of all time was on Juan Pablo’s season when they traveled to South Korea. And they sang with the k k-pop group. Two N one two N one, anyway. Two NE one in a mall.
And everyone there probably had no clue the Bachelor was filming, but they’re all sitting there screaming. ’cause they were there to watch the K-pop group two N one and Juan Pablo and I think six or seven of his women performed on the stage at the mall in South Korea on last night’s group date. Mario gets up there.
It says, this is the first time we’ve ever had a bat on The Bachelor, having a girl group perform on stage.
Ehh!
Wrong, Mario. Someone needs to update you on your Bachelor history. We had a group of women perform just as well, if not better, a whole dance routine taught to them by a K pop group. And then they had to perform at a packed mall where people were literally hanging from the rafters.
To see the K pop group, go check it out. It was Juan Pablo’s, I believe episode number four. It was the first place they went when they started doing travel on Juan Pablo season. I think they did. Yeah, I think they did three in LA and then they did four overseas locations. So yeah, I linked to it. In my tweet.
So go check it out in case you missed it. Those women had to get out there, perform and sing. None of them were very good, but Carolina obviously took the lead, kissed him during her performance and then afterwards. When she was announced the winner, she ended up straddling him and making out with him in front of the other women that pissed the other women off.
The only thing to take from the after party of that particular date was the fact that during his conversation with Rose, I wrote down exactly what Grant said to him, said him, excuse me, said to her. Now, I think that there’s obviously more that he could have said, and we’ll find out next week. I thought it was maybe this episode where it happened, but it’s obviously next episode where it happened, where Rose tells.
Carolina, what Grant said to her on last night’s after party, he said, you are somebody that I do think about. I was thinking about you. So next week, Rose runs that back to Carolina. Carolina runs that back to Grant and Grant says, I never said that. Well, we have to see exactly how Rose translated that to Carolina.
That was my biggest thing. I said it in yesterday’s podcast. Now we got our answer, but we have the exact quote. Granted, there was probably more that Grant said. So maybe there was something else that, but like I said yesterday, and there’s no way he’s stupid enough to say when all the other women were performing Rose, I was looking at you the whole time.
And it’s seemingly, that’s what she’s going to relay to Carolina that Grant was thinking about her the whole time. When all he told Rose yesterday was you’re somebody that I do think about, I was thinking about you. Now, does she take that and run to Carolina in a game of telephone and say, Yeah, Grant told me he was thinking about me when you were on stage, or when he was making out with you.
If she does that, then obviously Rose is in the wrong here. But whatever Rose tells Carolina, Carolina tells Grant, and then they have that issue, which is going to cause Rose to leave the show in episode four. Because she just self eliminates because from that moment on, she just doesn’t feel like anything’s going on there with grant.
The other thing that I wanted to point out probably should have pointed this out when I was talking about alex’s Boring mall date is for whatever reason they showed the dates this week out of order Because the first date of the season was the basketball date on friday, september 20th the very next day on the 21st saturday
Was the R& B group date. Alex’s one on one was Sunday the 22nd. So usually they show Hometowns out of order I don’t remember many times where they’ve actually shown the dates that happened during the week out of and I don’t really know the point of Showing Alex’s out of order other than her one on one date.
The first one on one of the season got nine minutes of airtime So maybe that’s why they put it in the middle. Cause they’re just like, look, nothing really happened on it. It wasn’t very good. It wasn’t a very, I mean, it was good for her. It didn’t go badly. She got a rose. They made out to the viewer, one of the more boring dates we’ve ever seen.
And you had drama happen on the basketball date with Zoe and you had drama happen on the R and B date with Carolina. The other women were just kind of put off by her straddling him and making out with him in front of them. So I guess they just wanted to focus more attention on those. As I said yesterday, the one thing I wanted to find out about this particular episode was I was waiting until the end, the previews for next week, because episode three was the stuff I had the least amount of info on.
And now we saw clips of all three dates next week. We know that the, the one thing that I had was I knew that, and I had been told all seasons, Oh, he does not get a one on one this season and she doesn’t get a one on one next week. She doesn’t get one in Madrid. She doesn’t get one in Scotland. So I don’t think that.
I think it’s accurate. What are the info I was given that Zoe doesn’t have a one on one before hometowns. I will say this. We do know now the dates next week. It looks like one of them is like a trivia game. And one of the judges or the hosts of that trivia game is the guy that’s on shark tank. He’s a guest shark every once in a while.
Forget his name, Daniel, Daniel Labitsky or something like that. Who’s the founder of kind, those protein bars that you eat. Candy bars the kind bars. He is I saw him in the preview the one on one as I mentioned earlier is Carolina getting a Private jet with grant to Vegas for the day. Sorry Alex You literally got screwed over by that one on one date considering what the second one on one of the season was and then as I mentioned last week And I mentioned in the spoilers, I knew that one of the group dates this year was a shorter group date with three or four women.
And it is at a dog shelter. We saw that Lisa Vanderpump is part of this. And Latia does get the group date rose on that. We do see him getting private time with Latia on this date as well. And then, gosh, that was really it. I mean, that was pretty much last night’s episode. Like I said, a lot of drama, a lot of cattiness, Carolina and Zoe being positioned as the woman, women that the other women just kind of side eye cause they don’t like their behavior.
Wasn’t terrible behavior, but. In the context of this show, probably not something you can do. And if you do do it, you can expect the other women to have the reaction that they did. I don’t think the other women are immature that they did that. But the other women also have to understand, these are choices being made by production.
So, you kind of have to react. And Ally Jo reacted, and then all the other women reacted when it came to what Carolina did. It’s to each their own, really. And finally, I just want to end with this note. I’ll get to the Stupid Reddit story that was on people. com yesterday. Tomorrow I’ll push that to tomorrow.
So Facebook has this thing now and maybe it’s just mine. I don’t really, I don’t really know. I’m sure a lot of other people are seeing this, right? These puzzles that are appearing on my Facebook feed that. I can’t not look at them, you know, it’ll have like 10 rows of the number 40 and it’s like find the mistakes and it’s just 10 rows and there’s usually about eight number 40s written in the rows and you just, it’s like.
It’s obviously a, it’s a puzzle and I’m a brain teaser. It also makes your eyes hurt because you’re just looking for the mistake. But I swear I’m getting these every time I sign on to Facebook now, it’s not just that, it’s just, there’s always some sort of puzzle that makes me literally stop down and be like, wait, Oh, I got to get this.
And then sometimes you, you look at that puzzle and you’re going over it for five minutes and you realize this is just a scam. You get, there’s not even a mistake in there. They’re just getting you to stop and look. I guess the bottom line is I’m the gullible stupid one that plays these puzzles every single time in my head when I come across them on Facebook and I can’t help myself.
I want to solve it. And I don’t even write, if I do solve it, I don’t even write in the comments and give it away like a lot of the other people do. I just want to know for my own wellbeing. And yet here I am complaining about it. It’s like very easy to get out of it. Steve, how about not stopping playing the puzzle?
