We’ve gotta talk a little bit about Bachelor in Paradise, as I believe the cast is going to be officially announced this week.
They gave a little teaser on their Instagram account over the weekend. We’ve got an update in the David Ingris, Laura Owens Clayton Eckard case. Well, it’s the Laura Owens Clayton Eckard case. David Ingris has been chiming in for months. Well, apparently not anymore. We’ll get to that. I have a thought about survivor filming.
As season 50 is currently filming, we obviously have no idea what is happening, but I’ve got some thoughts on it. Jax Taylor vows to stay off social media says that on Friday. And a story about Jason Biggs, the actor from American Pie, talking about the lowest point of his drug addiction. And I wanted to go over that real quick and we’ll get to all that momentarily over the weekend.
The Bachelor in Paradise Instagram account did a teaser of the cast that is going to be announced, and they said it’s going to be announced soon, so I’m assuming we can expect it this week. And in this teaser, they had 16 cast pictures, six women and 10 men, and well, that pretty much means that. The women are giving away roses first, ’cause that’s how it works on this show.
But what they did was zoom in on all 16 people so you cannot, and it wasn’t their face, it was a part of their body that they zoomed in on. Whether it was a necklace, whether it was an earring. Whatever the case may be, they put that on their Instagram account and basically the tease that the cast is coming this week, and these are the 16 people that we will see released with the cast.
If you wanted to dissect the pictures, you could pretty much figure out who a lot of them are just by one, you know, a lot of the names that were there. And number two, if you just went to their particular Instagram pages and found possible matching outfits or possible, a possible matching jewelry, whether it was on their hands or a necklace or an earring, you could easily do it.
Didn’t matter to me ’cause we’re gonna get ’em this week anyway. I’m starting to hear more rumblings. Again, it isn’t a ton, but nothing that I feel comfortable running with just yet. So. As we get closer, obviously we’re still about a month away, little less than a month away from the first episode on July 7th.
I will let you know, but if you want to go and try and match up some of the guys’ pictures with some of their who it is, same with the women, I guess you could go do that, but I’m telling you, we’re probably getting it this week. They said soon. I don’t think soon. Means next week. When they put it out over the weekend.
So I would expect we will know the original 16 cast members that went down to Bachelor in Paradise sometime this week, so be prepared for that. Had a pretty interesting development in the Clayton Eckard, Laura Owens case over the weekend and that is David Ingris, who came on my podcast back in April to debate Rachel Juarez and got absolutely smeared by her.
Of course if you ask him, he thought he won. He thought Rachel had no idea what she was talking about. Even though every point that Rachel made ended up being true, everything she said about what was gonna happen going forward has ended up being true and everything David Jinger said about what he thought was gonna happen with the case has ended up being wrong just like it has been since he took over the case in March, late March, early April of 2024.
So his words really don’t mean anything. It’s just funny. The more he speaks, the more he gets proven wrong. However, it looks like going forward we’re not gonna hear him speak anymore. Why? Because this weekend, David Ingris scrubbed all of his social media. He does not have a Twitter account anymore. And he scrubbed all of his YouTube videos, you know, the YouTube videos where he would either be on by himself or on with Laura and telling everybody, we’re gonna win this case.
Clayton has no chance. He has scrubbed everything. The other thing that happened was Laura scrubbed all of the articles she’s written for Medium ever since this case started. You know those articles where she claimed that she was being done wrong and the justice system was against her and all this garbage that she spewed, including numerous times where she contradicted stuff in her medium blog that she actually gave in depositions.
So that was pretty idiotic of her. What David and Laura, I guess failed to realize, or maybe they just hope it’s not out there. The internet lives on forever. Everything that David Ingris has ever posted is still on the way back machine. Everything that Laura ever posted is on the way back machine, and even if it isn’t, the JFC crew has a website dedicated to everything these two have posted, so it’s still out there.
They can claim they deleted it, but it’s really not gonna do anything because while they claim to have deleted it, it’s still out there. And. I don’t think anything is gonna change, but what I think what this does signify is the fact that Laura’s new defense attorney is probably 1 billion times smarter than David Ingris, and he stepped in, I.
Because David Dingus, trust me with the ego on that guy, there is no way that David Ingris on his own just decided, you know what? All this stuff that I’ve been spewing ever since I became Laura’s lawyer and everything that I’ve put out on video since I decided to copy Dave Neil and be a Walmart version.
Dave Neil on YouTube. Everything that I decided to do, I’m just gonna delete it. I just feel like deleting it. No, he deleted it for a reason, and it’s probably because Laura’s defense attorney, her new one for this criminal case against her is probably like, dude, shut up and get this off the internet.
You’re doing nothing but hurting Laura by saying the things that you do. Not to mention that everything that you have said on your videos has ended up proving to be wrong. So you’re clueless. You haven’t won a damn thing in this case. Just go away. And it looks like that’s what is happening. Looks like we’re not gonna hear from Jre anymore on social media, which is prob I wanna say it’s a good thing.
I guess it’s a good thing for Laura that her former lawyer, or I guess still lawyer somehow, even though she doesn’t pay him, is no longer being able to speak. But as much as David Ingris was just. Blowing hot air out of his mouth every time he opened it, and none of it really meant anything, and his opinions all sucked.
It was funny to hear him talk because he would spin himself into a circle or he would contradict himself, or he would say something where he did not realize, oh shit. That’s contradictory to literally things that were said either at trial or in depositions. The latest one was last week where someone called him out on his YouTube video and said David, ’cause David said Laura never had, basically someone questioned, well, why isn’t Laura paying Clayton?
She said she had $400,000 in in a checking account, and David said, no, you have no idea what you’re talking about. Laura never said that. She said that was investors’ money that Clayton screwed up. And so the investors took the money away, and that person shot right back with no, David, you’re wrong.
Look at this deposition from April of, I think 2024. Laura specifically says, I have over $400,000 in a checking account, and there’s a screenshot that Laura provided in that deposition that showed the money was in her checking account, not some investors’ money that was waiting to be used if this investment property actually happened where she approached Clayton with it.
So of course does David Jers respond to that person who responded back to his condescending remark to them? Of course he didn’t because he got caught with his pants down yet again. He’s actually been professional at that. He’s really good at getting caught with his pants down. Let scroll back about 20 years.
Anyway, I think him disappearing. While it’s probably good for Laura’s side, kind of sucks for us that enjoyed David Ingris putting his foot in his mouth and just totally contradicting himself and saying things that he didn’t even know. Were accurate and he’d say something and then the JF crew C crew would be like David, if you actually paid attention to anything in this case before you took over, you would realize what you just said was factually incorrect, or you literally just said that something that was completely opposite of what happened before you took over the case.
So, I don’t know, this could be one of these things. ’cause Jers is always a guy that’s been on YouTube like, oh, this is one of my last videos that I’ll ever do, or I’m not talking about this anymore. And then he would continue to talk about it. So it is very possible, very possible that maybe this is a temporary thing and maybe he will come back.
Put it this way, if the Arizona Supreme Court actually hears this case and rules in his favor, do you honestly think this guy’s gonna go away? No. Now we all know that’s not gonna happen. But we can’t say never. So there’s a 0.0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0 0 0 1% a chance that the Arizona Supreme Court agrees with him.
But if they do, yeah, we’ll hear from him again. But when they don’t, I, I wouldn’t be, I, I’d be fine with him falling off the face of the Earth and never appearing again. And we never have to hear from him because why? Nothing he says is worth anything. He’s lost all credibility, at least when it comes to this case ’cause he hasn’t won anything.
But there is a little part of me that would kind of miss him because I love when he would tweet something or say something in one of his blogs or say something on one of his YouTube videos, and the JFC crew would absolutely dunk on him with evidence saying, oh David, when you said this in your video, you’re actually 100 bur and 80 degrees and.
Flat out wrong about what you just said, and here’s why. Because this is a lawyer that took over in April of 2024 with a trial two months later and didn’t bother to go back and read anything that happened in the case before he took it over. So good luck to David on whatever he chooses to do from here on out.
Maybe this is something to where he has got all these complaints against him and he decided yeah, I should probably take all this stuff down. I don’t know. He’s not speaking. He has no social media presence anymore. So until, if he comes back to social media, I guess we just have to say Our reir, David Ingris, goodbye so long, farewell rv, whatever that song is, but.
