To me last night was about two storylines. Justin and Susie and the Brian Parisa Joey thing. Let’s first start with Brian and Parisa, ’cause that got some interesting reaction in the social media world last night and I, I think when you see what happened last night, I don’t think Zoe got a great edit last night at all.
It seemed like she was hung up on Brian too much, but I also think Brian didn’t look great either. Like
Zoe has a right to say, can you at least say hi to me when you come down for breakfast? Brian made it seem like, oh my God, she’s nagging me so much. I gotta say hi to really, Brian, you set your bar that low that you can’t say hi to the woman that you’ve been hooking up with up to that point. She wasn’t asking you, go make me a coffee.
Bring me breakfast in bed. She literally said, could you say hi to me when you come down? Can you acknowledge me when you come downstairs in the morning? So for anyone that was saying that Zoe was in the wrong, I don’t know. I didn’t see it. I did. I think Zoe acted perfectly in every situation last night.
No, I don’t. I think there was a hint of desperation to her last night, but. And I’m sure she’s watching this back now two months later and just being like, oh my God, why even thought for two seconds to spend any time on this guy when he clearly didn’t care about me? I’m sure she’s over it now. That’s why I’m not gonna give her a bunch of beef.
But in the moment when they were filming this in May, and she was saying this to the camera, sure it probably takes a lot of it back. But the thing that took to social media last night was. Devin was very supportive of Brian’s behavior. He wrote under one of the posts real, and then Sam McKinney chimed in under Devin’s Post, shut Your Mouth Bitch, and then in the very next post, took a screenshot.
Of the restraining order Devin had taken out against him. That was first reported here by reality. Steve, on my site on YouTube back in 2016 or 19 96, 20 16, 19 96, at LSU. We all remember that, right? The restraining order that Devin had taken out against him by his ex-girlfriend in college that the show did not even bother to acknowledge even after it came out.
Never. They still to this day have not acknowledged the fact that they let a contestant on the show who had a restraining order out against him in college, not even acknowledging the fact that we missed it, and we’ll do better in the future. Just haven’t even acknowledged it to this point. So Sam throwing shade at him and then including the caption at demonstrator.
Ha ha. Talk to me. Now, my guy never really thought I’d agree with Sam McKinney on anything but. I appreciate him throwing shade at Devin last night. ’cause let’s not forget, you’re like, why is Devin supporting Brian? Well, they’re boys. Let’s not forget. Remember when Devin was at that club? This was like, I don’t know, a couple weeks, maybe a month after the gen breakup.
He was at that club and the servers with the sparklers brought in their sign that said, Jen, ain’t it? The reason we know that that occurred was it was because it was on Brian’s Instagram story. Brian was there that night with Devin when they were all partying it up and these servers were bringing in a sign that said, Jen, ain’t it?
So yeah, basically you can lump Brian in with Devin. He wants to roll with that guy. That’s a guy that Brian thinks is a cool dude. So there’s your answer, but great shade thrown by sh thrown by Sam last night on social media. You know what was interesting, I, and I don’t know if anybody else picked this up in the edit, so Brian Parisa comes in, she asked Brian on a date.
Brian immediately, you could tell, was way more into Parisa than he was into Zoe. And it took him a while to get around to telling Zoe, but he finally did. And. They’re all at the bar one night and Parisa and Brian end up going in the pool together to just make out and kind of touch on each other in the pool.
And unless I missed it, they kept showing Zoe still at the bar talking to people, but they never did a wide shot that showed Zoey at the bar with Brian and Parisa in the pool. I could be totally wrong on this,
but I don’t remember even Zoe saying, oh my gosh, they’re in the pool right now. Basically f that guy. Something tells me that might’ve been shot at, that might’ve been shot on a different night. Like Brian and Parisa clearly were in the pool, but why wouldn’t you show Zoe literally looking at them in the pool?
Every time they showed Zoe, it was just a shot of her talking, I think, I believe, to Jonathan. Now, I, I could be wrong ’cause sometimes I’m watching the show as I’m scrolling Twitter and reading about the Big Brother Live feed updates. So it’s very possible she did say I, you know, or acknowledged the fact that Brian jumped in the pool with Parisa, but I don’t think she did because the next day.
She never even brought it up that she, when she did pull Brian aside and they had a, a disagreement and an argument, I don’t think that she even brought it up. And I would think she would’ve said, look, you clearly don’t want me. You were in the pool with her last night when I was standing right there. So, personally, I just think, and this is just my opinion, I think that.
While Brian and Parisa was in the pool, it wasn’t the same night and it wasn’t from the same shot. Where Zoe is sitting there talking to Jonathan because I thought she would’ve at least acknowledged it and said all, all they were saying was, well, where’s Brian? Well, that could have been any night. You know, that’s just my opinion.
I have no idea. Jill and Susie obviously entered the show. Jill is a former guest on my podcast, and what’s funny is I said it to her on the podcast and I’ll say it again. Yeah, Jill is a doppelganger for actress Maggie Q. Like they look like they could be sisters. I think Jill is absolutely hilarious.
Like she, I mean you talk about, you talk about personality and looks Jill’s. Got it. And what’s interesting is I know people like to fawn over Dale. I. Have you watched the first six hours of this show, the last two Monday nights? Look, everybody’s got their own thing, and maybe Dale kind of clams up in front of the camera, but there is absolutely nothing dynamic about Dale’s personality that he’s on screen and he just immediately has eyeballs glued on him.
It, it just, maybe he’s just. Maybe that’s his personality. Maybe he’s just calm, cool, collected, but there’s nothing about Dale that is like, wow, he’s must see tv.
Jill’s got more personality in the first two minutes she arrived than I’ve seen in six hours of Dale. I, Dale’s just, he’s just there. I I, there’s just, there’s nothing about him. Like he doesn’t. Look, he may be the greatest guy in the world. I don’t know. I’ve never met the guy in my life. I’m just saying I’ve seen six hours of this guy on TV and I, I don’t know anything about him.
You know, I get nothing from him. His personality is just a flat line out there, and then you see Jill appear on screen and she’s, she’s just entertaining. So it’s just my opinion. Something that I saw over the weekend, and this came from Jeremy’s social media.
Jeremy wants to be a wrestler. He wants to be a WWE e wrestler. Now, I don’t know how serious he is about it, but he put it on his Instagram story this weekend and tag WWE in it, and I was like, does Jeremy watch wrestling? Because Jeremy is obviously very soft spoken. He’s not the most excitable guy in the world.
I don’t know if you watch WWE e Jeremy, but it’s way more about if you can cut a promo and if you can get the crowd to react to you more so than just your wrestling skills. Clearly, Jeremy’s got the body for it. If he trained, he could become a wrestler. But to get over wrestling term, to get over with the wrestling audience, you gotta connect with them.
I watched six hours of this show, the last two Monday nights, and there’s nothing about Jeremy that jumps out to my, to me about his personality. That’s like, wow, I see it with this guy like, Jeremy, you wanna be a WWE wrestler? You really have to have some serious, serious mic skills, and I’m just not seeing it with him.
And the last thing I wanna say about last night’s episode is this. We have the Bachelor coming up in January of 2026, even though they haven’t officially announced it, we know it’s probably gonna shoot in September to November and start airing January 26th, because that is the first week, the first Monday in January that doesn’t have a NFL or college football game on it.
And then after that, since they ran the ad last night during the commercial break, they said Apply to be on the Bachelor or Bachelorette. Well, we know the Bachelor is happening. They wouldn’t say Bachelorette if they don’t think it’s coming. So it looks like we’re getting a bachelorette next season. And we don’t know.
You heard me talk about this on past podcasts with Game of Roses. They have a whole new production team and we won’t know until we know. Exactly what they’re doing, but considering they’ve revamped all of Bachelor in Paradise and how it looked, we don’t know for the next bachelor, are they going to go with somebody that’s not from the franchise?
Are they going, if they do, is it gonna be somebody just random, like the CEO of a company or something? Or are they gonna go for a reality star that a lot of people know that’s gonna come onto the show with a million followers? Which is what Game of Roses, what Chad thinks they should do. I’m hit or miss, but I will say this, this is my hot take for the evening and it’s not incredibly hot because it’s not far fetched at all.
I think the Bachelorette should be Susie, like she fits their mold. If the Bachelorette is going to go within the franchise, I really think Susie is an excellent, excellent candidate and. It’s not a hot take because I think it was down to Susie and Jen last season. Maria will have you think otherwise, but I think, well, I, in fact, I know Susie was a finalist to be the Bachelorette, and they ended up going with Jen.
So it’s not farfetched to think that Susie could be in line. Now, I don’t, I I, I, I say, I don’t know if Susie would wanna do it, but I mean. She did last year. She wouldn’t have interviewed and been a finalist if she didn’t wanna do it. I’m just saying I think Susie would be an excellent candidate. Whether or not they choose her, I have no idea.
I have no say in any of this, just my 2 cents. But you could say, well, she’s not over Justin. To me, it seems like she is. She didn’t accept a rose from ’em. Like they can be friends. They’re clearly civil with each other. They had a amicable breakup. Justin said it on the show last night. Susie acted it out clearly.
They don’t hate each other. They’re not throwing daggers at each other. But she could have easily taken his rose just to stay on the show. She chose not to. Like, I’m outta here. She’s even telling him, why are you doing this? So yeah, I think Susie is an excellent candidate. I’d absolutely watch a season with her.
If they are going that route again, we don’t know. They might choose a woman on the, from the next bachelor’s season. We you know, anybody can say, oh, I’m hearing this and I’m hearing this. That’s all speculation. We do not know if the next Bachelor is not from the franchise, then yeah, maybe the Bachelorette is gonna be the same route and they’re gonna choose somebody outside the franchise.
But if we get a bachelor, that’s from the franchise. Then it’s probably a safe bet that the Bachelorette is gonna come from that bachelor season, or they’re gonna pull from a contestant from the past. I just think Susie has all the qualifications that they look for for somebody in that bachelorette role.
Beautiful, smart, has a fan base. People wanna see her succeed, at least I think they do. Do people dislike Susie? Like, I don’t know. I mean, granted, you know, nobody is universally liked in this world. We talk about this all the time. I get it. There are probably people out there that don’t like Susie, and there are probably people that might message me today saying, oh God, I would never wanna watch Susie.
And that’s fine, but I would, so I’m throwing it out there. It’s not like the show had never thought about it before. ’cause she was a finalist. So that’s my 2 cents. I’m gonna throw that out there. I wouldn’t mind seeing Susie as the Bachelorette. Anyway, thank you all for listening. I really appreciate it.
