You are listening to the Daily Roundup here as part of the Reality. Steve Podcast, I’m your host reality. Steve, thank you all for tuning in on this Monday. Got a good show for you. We’re gonna go over the Patreon. Live rewatch this past Friday night briefly and then tell you what’s coming up this week on the Patreon.
We’re also going to discuss briefly what’s going on with Taylor. Frankie Paul’s filming. Not a lot to report there. Corey Feldman takes a shot at Dancing With the Stars. We thought some of the twists in Big Brother US was bad. Just wait till you see what they did in Big Brother Australia. Over the weekend.
Yikes. And yes, I did see Wicked for Good on Friday. I will give you a warning. I will talk about it. So I’ll save it for the end. So you can listen to most of the podcast. And if you don’t want to hear my thoughts and don’t wanna hear any spoilers about it, by all means you can check out. But you will be given a warning before I start talking about Wicked for Good.
So let’s get started. I’m not sure if you can, if it’s picking up my dog, panting in the background, but anytime there’s thunder, she obviously gets very scared of thunder. I’ve had her since 2018. I’ve had her seven and a half years almost, and there hasn’t been a time when it’s been raining indoor thundering outside where she doesn’t become a scared panting mess, and she has to follow me where I am.
Honestly, I can’t even remember the last time that when I was recording at night, she was in here being with me, panting. And so I don’t know if it can pick it up, but if you hear any hard breathing in the background. That’s my dog. She is definitely afraid of thunder and trembles and pants. And there’s, I, I mean, I just haven’t been able to ever do anything to calm her down because of it.
She just has to be near me and she still pants like crazy. So I wanted to first start off with this Taylor, Frankie Paul’s filming is in Miami. As of right now, I haven’t. Heard anything. Nothing has gotten out publicly about filming in Miami. There should be six men left in Miami. You know who eight of the nine men were that went to Las Vegas?
We had seven guys on the group date. We know that. Shane got the second one-on-one out there, which was the Raider Cowboy game last Monday night. And we know that there is always two one-on-ones in a group date when they travel. So we don’t know who had the first one-on-one in Las Vegas, although based on who I’ve am, 99% sure is still out there.
And wasn’t one of the seven on the group date. And wasn’t Shane? I think I know the ninth guy that was in Las Vegas, and I do believe that he made it to Miami as well. So. We just have to wait and see. Maybe stuff will come out today because usually, I mean, I am surprised. I will admit, every time they’re in a US city, most of the time, at least one date gets out.
And as far as I’ve seen, nothing from Miami has gotten out. And, and yesterday was the date in Miami. That was, excuse me, Saturday was the date in Miami. That was where? People could sign up and attend it in person. So I don’t know if anybody was set to do that. Did they cancel a third audience date for the season?
I, I don’t know. But Saturday was the day and nothing has gotten out publicly or anywhere else. So we just have to wait and see. But they should be down to six, and when they leave Miami, they should be down to Final Four. And hometown should start after Miami. We don’t know where they’re going for overnight or.
The final Rose ceremony just yet. I’m assuming it’s the same location and we know due to Taylor’s probation, she can’t travel internationally. That’s why this whole season has been in the United States. So we’ll find stuff out and then you know, shit, even if I find out nothing by the end of filming.
Pretty good chance considering we don’t get our first episode till March 22nd, as they do every season. You’ll get your spoilers. Don’t worry. So I wanna thank everyone who joined the Patreon on this past Friday night for the rewatch, the live rewatch of Back to the Future, and it’s still up on My Patreon will always be there.
That’s the exclusive for anybody who’s a Patreon member. You get all the Rees, whether it’s of movies or TV shows. And that’s the main exclusive that you get. Everything else is a first axis kind of deal where you’ll get it first on the Patreon before it goes somewhere else, but I can’t post the mover.
Rewatch or the TV rewatch is anywhere else. So we did have some technical difficulties to start out with. I think those have been ironed out and. Not gonna have to worry about that going forward. But it was a more of a trial and error thing. There was something with the coding that we didn’t know until I started it and I was like, oh, okay, I need to do this next time.
So I can tell you that the next rewatch is going to be this Tuesday, tomorrow at 3:00 PM Eastern time. And we are going to watch the Saved by the Bell episode where Jesse Spano goes Nuts. So on caffeine pills with no commercials. It’s 22 minutes long. Now granted with 22 minute episode, I’m probably gonna be stopping it a few times to just laugh and call out the just unbelievably bad acting in the episode.
I didn’t stop. Back to the future more than once or twice. And it was maybe for two seconds at a time. A couple times I accidentally stopped it, but we got going about 20 or 30 minutes after we went live and then had everyone in the chat during it. And you know, going forward, because this is a holiday weekend, that’s why I want to get this.
Saved by the Bell. Episode out before Thursday, and then people are probably going outta town. You got family in town. We’re not gonna have a a rewatch this weekend, the rewatch this week, and there’ll be at least one a week through the end of the calendar year. The rewatch this week is going to be saved by the bell, the Jesse Spano episode tomorrow at 3:00 PM Eastern Time to central.
One Mountain Noon Pacific, and as I’ve said, as long as you’re a Patreon member, you don’t have to join live. I understand it’s not gonna be, that timing isn’t working great for everybody, but
it’s always gonna be on my Patreon so you can go back and watch it and watch the chat going along with it. And we definitely had more people. That have signed up for the Patreon then, then showed up in the live rewatch on Friday, which is to be expected because I can’t expect everybody that’s a Patreon member to attend every single live.
The point is you can go back and watch it. I know there have been some volume issues and it’s tough for me to answer how to fix it, only because when I go into my Patreon and I rewatch any segment of Friday nights. Back to the Future movie, whether it’s on my desktop or whether it’s on my iPhone. I, it sounds great to me.
I mean, my, my microphone is a little bit loud. I might lower it a little bit, but I can hear the movie clearly whether I’m watching it on my desktop or whether I’m watching it on my iPhone. So it’s, I, I know a couple of you had some issues, but. I’ll try and figure out what it could possibly be, but when I’m not seeing any issues on my end, I don’t, I don’t know.
Everyone’s got like a different computer and whether you’re watching it on a desktop or whether you’re watching it on an Android or an iPhone or an iPad, like, there’s so many different things and so many different devices. It’s tough to say how it’s going to sound on every device, but you know, I pull it up on my desktop or watch it on my iPhone.
It sounds perfect. I can hear myself making my comments during the movie. I could hear the movie just fine. So it’s tough. I, I’ll, I’ll see what I can do, but when it’s not, when I’m not seeing the problem on my end, it’s tough to know how to fix it. So Corey Feldman came out and took some shots at the Dancing With the Stars Toxic Backstage Culture.
He did an interview with the Daily Mail and he said there was a lot of stupidity in the mudslinging that went on behind the scenes. He said, actually, there everything was great, but behind the scenes drama and the BS that people throw around the show, I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s the worst, like most toxic on the set.
Everybody gets along, everybody’s great, everybody’s happy. You’re working hard. You don’t have time to look up. You’re just working. You start reading these things in the paper, this person’s mad at this person. These people aren’t talking to each other, or are people working hard enough? Corey Feldman destroyed the show.
He destroyed the whole show because he was such an egomaniac. It’s so difficult to work with. Oh, it’s just Max. Don’t pay attention to him. He just wants attention. I was like, oh my God. That was Corey’s quote. In the Daily Mail. In the Daily Mail. So he really didn’t get into specifics and. I wasn’t there, so I have no idea how hard Corey Feldman did or didn’t work behind the scenes.
I can’t say how he did or didn’t do. I know when he stepped on the stage and was live, he wasn’t really a great performer, and he wasn’t long for this show, and he didn’t seem to warm to the audience whatsoever. So I’m not surprised. And yeah, we’re aware, very well aware that there is some drama on this show.
We’re very well aware. There’s some behind the scenes that goes on. We’ve heard about it, but I didn’t think that there was, you know, he talks about this to, there’s a difference between drama and a toxic behind the scenes culture, and yet he says there was toxic behind the scenes culture, but didn’t reveal any of it.
That’s just gossip. I mean, that’s different than a toxic behind the scenes culture, and I think you’ll get that with any reality show, won’t you? So I can’t really say Corey Feldman is this person I go to as a source of truth on anything, but I just thought it was really interesting he took a shot at the show like that when it’ll be interesting to see if he shows up tomorrow night on the finale.
I mean, I would think he would be there, right? Don’t they invite everybody back? But considering the rumors where he didn’t really practice that hard, guess we’ll see if he’s there tomorrow night.
