Yesterday I had mentioned that, or maybe it was on Monday’s podcast and I didn’t even bring it up yesterday, but I had said that the traders was coming out on Thursday. I didn’t know when they were gonna release it, if they released it overnight. So like 3:00 AM Thursday morning, I’d watch it Thursday morning, and we would do a live on my YouTube channel that afternoon.
Well, it is official now. The first three episodes of the traders get released at 9:00 PM Eastern time tomorrow night. So I’ll watch either all three of them tomorrow night, or I’ll watch two of them tomorrow night and one of them Friday morning. But I’ll be going live on my YouTube channel to discuss the first three episodes of the traders in.
Friday around, probably do the same time that I’m doing today’s Patreon, probably 3:00 PM Eastern Time. It’s possibly, I might do two o’clock Eastern time. I’m not sure yet. But I’m gonna do a live, well, not a live well, I’m gonna be live, but I’m gonna do a recap of the traders on my YouTube channel. So this is not Patreon exclusive.
Everybody can watch it at the same time, but Live Traders episodes one to three happening on Friday, and just so you know, first three episodes are coming out and then it’s one a week until the season ends. Personally for me, I think they should do a drop more along the lines of how Love is Blind does it?
Six, then three, then two, then one. I don’t like this show doing one episode a week. Now, maybe they use it strategically because they always end with a cliffhanger, and that gets you excited for the next week’s episode. So I get it from a television perspective, but with so many shows doing drops of their whole season, I don’t know, maybe get with the program and do it yourself that way.
You don’t have to do all of them, but I think six in the first drop would be nice. Followed by then three and then two, and then one, however many episodes they’re gonna have, but they’re doing three tomorrow at 9:00 PM Eastern time, and then one a week until it’s over. You heard me talking about this with Kate Casey on the Weekly podcast last week.
She didn’t know the answer, but there were rumblings that even though Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season three literally just aired. What was it? End of November, beginning of December. The reunion happened in December. I know that there were rumors that they were coming back with a season four very, very quickly.
Usually they wait five or six months in between seasons. I don’t know. I don’t watch that show, but I know it’s not nearly what they’re talking about now, considering the reunion aired in December of last year, literally a month ago. Yeah, there are rumors that Secret Lives of Mormon wives is coming out January 26th, season four, like they’re literally turning it around five, six weeks later, which is kind of unheard of, but it makes sense because they want Taylor, Frankie Paul stuff out there before her season starts now.
Now the thing is Taylor, Frankie Paul was filming her season. Now there’s not gonna be any footage from Taylor Frankie Paul’s season on season four of Secret Lives of Mormon wives. But I guarantee we’ll see her talking to production at a B, C, maybe getting the phone call of getting accepted as the Bachelorette.
I’m sure that’s certainly gonna be a part of it. Maybe some clips from her on call her daddy when they made the official announcement. That stuff will be covered, but it’s not like Hulu is gonna get exclusive footage. From Taylor’s season and showing that before a B. C gets to show her season come March 22nd.
But that is the rumor right now. I don’t know how accurate it is, but we had heard once season three ended, and I’m a guy that doesn’t even follow that show and I was hearing from stuff I was reading online, they’re gonna turn around season four pretty quick because it’s gonna incorporate. Taylor going through the Bachelorette, I guess, interview process.
Obviously Whitney’s coverage on Dancing With the Stars. That’s gonna be a major part of season four. So it’s been out there that they were gonna turn season around season four, around very quickly. I mean, we have a very short sample size here because there’s only been three seasons the first season.
They dropped all eight episodes in September of 2024. Well, they didn’t come back with season two for another nine months. It came in May. Of 2025 and went to July 1st, and then it was a four month turnaround from July 1st, 2025 was when season two ended. And then season three began November 13th of last year and ended on December 4th.
Now it looks like they might be bringing it back within, not waiting four months, but waiting literally five or six weeks and coming back with season four at the end of this month. So I don’t think there’s any, been anything official, but from what I read yesterday. It could have been some bogus report, I don’t know.
But even if it isn’t end of January, it’s definitely coming back. I would say before Taylor season starts airing on a, b, C of the Bachelorette on March 22nd, pretty much can guarantee that. And finally, my God, he’s back. Who’s back? Steve? What are you talking about? Remember last week? In one of my podcasts on the Daily Roundup, I said, we have an old school competition show coming back and it’s coming to Netflix Star search.
Coming to Netflix, used to be hosted by Ed McMahon back in the day, Johnny Carson’s sidekick and the Publisher’s Clearing House guy, where he’d show up on your door and say, Hey, you’ve won $50 million. I always thought all that stuff was bogus, but whatever. They’re bringing star search back. And again, I don’t know how this is gonna be any different than any other talent show that we see on television, whether it’s Idol or Voice or America’s Got Talent.
I guess it’s more similar to America’s Got Talent because Star Search is usually just singers and comedians. Is that it? Is it only people that perform on star search is singers and comedians? Right. I don’t think they have like acts. They don’t have dancers, I don’t believe. Anyway. We’ve seen Netflix running their promos for this, but all the promo was was highlighting what famous stars of today once were on star search, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Kevin James.
A lot of big names were on star search. It was a big deal back in the day. It was the only talent show really back in the eighties and nineties. Well, star search is coming back. It’s starting on January 20th, so we’re only a couple weeks away from this show coming back on Star search and yesterday we found out who the judges are.
Gonna be our three judges. First off, Anthony Anderson is going to be the host. That’s fine. He’s hosted a lot of stuff. I’m good with him. The three hosts, excuse me, the three judges, Sarah Michelle Geller, can certainly get behind Buffy. Hosting this show. God, I keep saying hosting, judging this show. Chrissy, Tegan I mean, whatever.
I, I don’t know why she’s judging a talent show, but let her do her thing. And did you see who the third judge is? Can’t escape him. Fucking Jelly Roll. Of course. Jelly Roll is a judge on star search. Good God. We can never get away from this guy ever. He will be on our tv. He will be on our TVs until, I don’t know, the end of time
again, all the credit in the world to this guy for dropping over 200 pounds and not using ozempic or any sort of GLP drug. All the credit in the world to him for losing weight. I just don’t get the appeal. I don’t get why he has to be on every show and has to be a part of the WWE e and has to be a part of American Idol.
And now as a judge on Star Search and showing up at every award show and singing the same song in every award show, though I guarantee at some point during Star search he will be performing liar, nothing.
It’s coming. ’cause that’s all he does use one song. I know he has more than one song. I’m being sarcastic, but you get my point. I cannot escape this guy. The role is going to be on television yet again and Oh yeah, he’s going to be at WrestleMania in three months. Guarantee he’s gonna be start ramping up for that.
They’re gonna put him in some sort of storyline about a month out. WrestleMania is two nights in the middle of April, and about probably a month before that. Oh, he’s, he’s gonna be back in WWE for sure. I, I can’t escape him. The role is everywhere and I, I, I don’t. I do not get it. And if you love Jelly Roll and he’s your favorite artist, all the power to you.
But personally for me, I just don’t get it. I don’t get the appeal, I don’t get his music. I understand He’s, you know, inspirational. He’s overcome a lot. Not only the weight loss, but this guy was in prison big time. Drug addict back in the day. All the credit in the world for overcoming all that stuff. I just don’t understand why he has to be on every show and sing the same song.
