On the fan appreciation party, Taylor Frankie Paul’s men have been officially announced yesterday and we now know four of them that were released back on the day where they said Potential men for Taylor.
Frankie Paul’s season on the Bachelorette fan. Page four of ’em didn’t even make it on the show. We’ll tell you who those four are. Not like it matters ’cause you probably don’t remember them anyway. I believe they’re still in my highlights. If you want to go look at them on my Instagram, we’re gonna take a listen to the Loved Trapped trailer, and there’s a reason for that.
Mark Ballas goes off on his IG story to give a little insight to what happened at the last round table. Remember Scott Wolf and Kelly Wolf and all they went through this summer, how many times we talked about it on this podcast. Apparently everything’s fine. She goes to rehab and now they’re a one happy family.
Holy shit. Did you see that Instagram post? I have a new person that I think is gonna be on Dance with the Stars from the Winter Olympics, and it should not come as a surprise to anybody. And then we’ll get to one of my favorite new shows that started up yesterday. So let’s get started. Alright, 10th annual fan Appreciation Party happening in Las Vegas at the House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay, Saturday, June 13th.
It’s from seven to 11:00 PM. Open beer and wine bar all night. Food will be served. This is open to anybody. Thank you to a few of you who have already, RSVP’d already paid and have sent me your info that I needed. Thank you for that. Obviously we’ve got a long way to go, but obviously I would suggest booking as soon as possible because I don’t want it to come down to the end and people wait.
And then I don’t have any spots left now. We’ve got plenty of spots right now. There are about 200 spots available. But the more this gets out there, I’m gonna put up an Instagram story in the next couple weeks. Put it on my Instagram feed. I, I, I would just suggest if you are thinking of coming, I would start looking into, if you’re flying or driving in, start looking into flights and hotels.
But your confirmation is just $40 a person, and you can either, I said yesterday, you can Venmo me if you need my Venmo. That’s the easiest way for me, honestly. If you don’t have Venmo or something, Venmo’s easiest, but obviously we have three and a half months before my party, but obviously one as many of you possible as they, as many of you can be there as possible. Unfortunately did find out yesterday, Stephanie Parker from she’s All Batch is not gonna be able to make the party because.
That is her anniversary weekend. So shows you where her priorities are. No, I’m kidding. I fully ex didn’t expect her to be there once I found out that was her anniversary weekend. Unfortunately, you know, when I talked about this at the end of last year, I said it was probably gonna be Saturday, June 6th, but we just could not nail down that date and somebody else had taken that date.
So we’re just doing it the week after. I didn’t wanna do it the week before, which is my birthday weekend. I didn’t wanna be out there again. For the second consecutive year on my birthday weekend. ’cause the, my birthday is on Sunday this year, the 31st of May, and that’s the day after the party. I just, I didn’t want to beat out there for my birthday again, so I made it June 13th.
But obviously you can stay anywhere you want. You can fly in whenever you want, but party. Saturday, June 13th, house of Blues at Mandalay Bay and it is $40 ahead. So anybody in your party, all you gotta do is send me that money. And then if you’re flying in a flight itinerary for everybody coming in their names and you will be on the confirmed list as we already have.
Quite a few that’s signed up yesterday. So thank you all for that. And you got time, but I’m not gonna say take your time because I just don’t know how quick this thing is gonna fill up. So Taylor, Frankie Paul’s men were a quote unquote, officially announced yesterday, and they did something different that they’ve never done before in regards to the men, which is they all had their bios out there on Bachelor, AB Bachelorette, A, B, C, or Bachelorette, the Bachelorette Instagram account.
You’ve probably seen them by now, and you know a little paragraph about them. Their first name, their city, and all that paragraph about them, and then free. Three fun facts. Again, I know other people are gonna do this. A lot of content creators are gonna do this, and they’re going to do a whole breakdown of the men’s bios and what they wrote for their fun facts.
Just know that most of those fun facts, if not 90 to 95% of ’em are just made up by production. It’s just to get a rise out of the audience. The guys did not write that. For the most part in their bios. Some, there’ll be like one maybe, but not all three. And I, that’s why I’ll never spend any time doing a bio breakdown.
I just don’t feel it’s necessary because it’s all lies anyway. The paragraph itself is fine, but those are generic, you know? It’s just like, Hey, so and so’s here to meet his wife. He’s been active, he’s an active out outdoorsman and he likes to do this, and he likes to do that. It’s like, okay, what are you gonna gain?
What are you gonna gain outta that? That’s why most people spend on the bio breakdowns. They spend time on what are the three fun facts for each guy. And I’m just saying most of those aren’t very good. What I did find interesting is US Weekly had interviewed some of these guys, I guess back when filming began, and they put what these guys said about, Hey, how are you feeling about Taylor?
Frankie Paul as the Bachelorette, and here are four different guys’ responses. Let’s first start with Trenton. His last name is Meryl Trenton Merrill. I really don’t know much about her, but I do know she has a great smile and seems like she has a great personality. So for me, I’m like, awesome. Let’s get this started.
Let’s see where it goes from there. What you’re casting people that don’t even know who your bachelorette is, yet you expect this man. Do I even have to go over this again? This is this season. I, I, I understand that there are some people that are just like, I watched this for a love story and I just stop watching.
Then number one, but number two, this is a joke. Look at what this man said. My mom signed me up for it. I literally thought I was getting kidnapped like a week before I got here. Now I think it’s reals, so I’m going into it. So new and open-minded to things. That’s Ron. Rod says, honestly, I did not know her before this moment, and I haven’t done any research about her, so I’m literally going into this blind.
Mike t says, I threw my hat in the ring. She has a strong character. She’s resilient and has had up and downs in her life and continues to move forward, and I think that’s admirable. Probably the only guy of those four that actually referenced the fact that he knows anything about the woman that he is supposed to get down on one knee and propose to in eight weeks.
This is so utterly ridiculous, you know, and you can sit here and say, well, what do you expect Steve? What I’m saying is this is the first time they’ve ever cast a bachelorette lead who wasn’t from a previous season, where these guys clearly would’ve watched that woman on a previous season and had an idea of who she is.
I just read you three of the four guys and what they said about her, and three of ’em don’t even know who the hell she is. Yet we’re expected to believe that this is a legit season. We’re expected to believe that these men are gonna fall head over heels for her again. She deserves love. I’m not saying she doesn’t deserve love.
But you’re asking a lot of these men to get involved with a woman who can’t leave her hometown and has three kids from two different men. You can’t tell me that’s not asking a lot. And three of these four don’t even know how know who the hell she is. So when they get outta limo and they’re gonna be like, oh, you have three kids and you can’t move from Utah, and you have two dads that I have to get somehow get along with, yeah, it’s just this, the season isn’t believable. She deserves love just like anybody else does, but it doesn’t mean she should have been given this role and gotten it in this way. It’s just so, so dumb. The other thing with yesterday being Reveal Day and Castless Day is all these guys retweeting, everybody saying, Hey look, my boy’s gonna be on this season.
I mean, I don’t know anything about most of these guys, but, and I follow, like, you know, I follow the top three guys and good lord. Spoiler alert, if you don’t know who the top three are by now, Lou, Shane, and Doug, just, I don’t know what to tell you, but just a little word of advice to Lou. Lou, you do not need to repost every single time someone tags you in your picture from yesterday.
It’s okay. I don’t need to see 50 stories on your Instagram story. And they’re all the same thing. Just somebody cheering the fact that, Hey, I know this guy. He is gonna be on the season, can’t wait to watch. Woo-hoo. One of them’s like, Ugh, just Lou, you don’t need to do all of them. And look, he’s not the only one, but I don’t, I, I don’t follow a ton from this season.
He’s one of them though, and I swear he must have had 50 Instagram story reposts yesterday. The other thing they had all the guys do was make their own video, which we’ve never seen. And there’s 22 men now on this season, instead of 26 that were given to us back in whenever it was, September or October.
And every single one of ’em made a little video and every single one of ’em reposted it on their Instagram and it was on the Bachelorette Instagram page. So that was a little bit different. But they were all like super cheesy. I’m not gonna take much out of them anyway. I mentioned back in October when right before they started filming, they said, here are the potential men for Taylor, Frankie Paul’s season.
It was 26 of them. Well, yesterday they revealed the cast and only 22 made the cast. So four guys ended up getting cut. Those four guys, again, you won’t know these names, won’t mean anything to you unless you go on my Instagram highlights and look at Taylor. Frankie Paul’s. Season and look at these four men because they didn’t make the show.
Chris Braden, 34 years old from Venice, California. Dave Pigott, P-I-G-O-T-T 44, from Thornton, Colorado. Joe Ralo, 27 from Los Angeles and Spencer Clegg, 35 from Vineyard, Utah. Those are the four that didn’t end up making final casting for whatever reason. So she’s only got 22 men. I can’t remember the last time we had a season with less than 25.
But yeah, she’s only got 22 and it’s gonna be a shit show. This podcast brought to you by Ollie.
