Now I want to talk a little Taylor, Frankie Paul. Because season four of Secret Lives of Mormon wives dropped yesterday. I have not watched the episodes. Probably gonna do a live rewatch on Monday of episode number one, but since everybody watches at different paces, the media outlets have to cover it right away.
They’ve already watched the episodes clearly. And so they’re already writing stories about stuff that happened in the last episode, and obviously I’m sure there are some diehards that finished the whole season yesterday, but most people go at their own pace. Well, one of the major headlines to come out of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season four was that Taylor, Frankie Paul, the night before she left for bachelorette filming, slept with Dakota.
Here’s what I’ll say about this. I’m glad that that story got out there. Why? Because I heard about that two months ago. But me in a position of, if I would’ve thrown that out two months ago with zero proof, nobody on record that can actually say anything, I would’ve been like basically starting rumors. So now that it’s out there, I can tell you absolutely.
I heard that. And I heard the exact details that came with the story yesterday, which was there was a group of women and her mother waiting at the airport for Taylor, Frankie Paul, to arrive the day she was set to leave to go film, and she didn’t show up and they went back to her house and basically found out that she was with Dakota the night before.
You can put two and two together and pretend like she just had a talk with Dakota the night before. You could do that if you want. You wouldn’t be accurate if you think that’s all they did. But here’s the thing. We’ve talked about this when it comes to Bachelor and Bachelorette, plenty of contestants.
Look, I’m not shaming Taylor for doing it because she’s not the first contestant to hook up with somebody the night before they left for filming, and she won’t be the last. I think she might be the first lead, but plenty of contestants have done this. I just think in her position. And knowing what’s going on here, I think you have to take a look at it from this angle.
We all know that A, B, C, Disney and Hulu all under the same umbrella. And Taylor, Frankie Paul was made the Bachelorette this season because A, B, C knows they have a dying franchise and they want to capitalize on the fact that Taylor, Frankie Paul is one of the biggest stars on one of their shows on Hulu.
Which is under that umbrella. So let’s bring her in. Let’s make her the Bachelorette. All of her 2 million Instagram followers and 7 million TikTok followers will be not every single one of them, but a lot of them will be interested in her journey. On The Bachelorette. They’re gonna wanna see this. So what do they do?
They release Secret Lives of Mormon wives season four, 10 days before her bachelorette season starts. And look at this. It ends with the day before she leaves for filming. Rumors of her hooking up with Dakota and possibly being pregnant. We all know she wasn’t pregnant, but they had to throw that in there to make you sound salacious.
And then we’re gonna go 10 days later, we’re gonna see her journey on her bachelorette season. Now here’s something that you’re gonna hear me say right now on. Friday the 13th, March 13th, and just replay this back right around the time season five of Secret Lives of Mormon wives comes out whenever that is probably in sometime in the fall ’cause they’re filming it right now.
You can bet your ass that there will be a storyline that happens on the Bachelorette that becomes a storyline in season five of Secret Lives of Mormon wives take it to the bank. It’s happening. But this is basically just corporate synergy happening here. Of course, secret Lives of Mormon wives. Season four got released right before her bachelorette season, and the last scene are the very things that happen at the end of season four of Secret Lives leads right into her being The Bachelorette.
And then when Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, season Five starts, it’s gonna cover what happened on the Bachelorette and afterwards. It’s coming. This is what they did it for. This is the reason why Taylor, Frankie Paul is the Bachelorette, not because she was the most qualified and the one that everybody in America wanted.
Of course not. This season is going to be a hot mess. And everything that people said about Taylor, Frankie Paul, when she was named the lead for this season of the Bachelorette, is exactly what you’re gonna get. Nobody should be surprised when you realize why this was all put in place, how the storyline is gonna play out.
Why it’s going to lead into a storyline for season five of Secret Wives. It’s coming. I would also let everybody know, you gotta go watch, or you gotta go listen to episode four of Love Trapped, the Clayton Eckard Laura Owens podcast, which is doing very well on the True Crime Podcast charts. Episode four was very, very revealing, more stuff that, again.
I knew a lot of it. I know a lot of this case, but for somebody, I’m trying to listen to this podcast and pretending like I know nothing. I’m trying to put my mindset every time I listen to an episode, I’m trying to put my mindset in. I’m hearing it for the first time. I can kind of do it, but I kind of can’t.
’cause I do know things and obviously my voice is on, has been on every episode of that podcast, I’d say me and Dave got a lot of airtime in episode four. So yes, I, I, I do know it, but I’m telling you, just trying to listen to this thing as a novice and pretending at somebody who doesn’t. This is such a crazy ass story, and I hope it does get made into a Netflix documentary.
I hope it does well enough on the podcast. That’s what they’re hoping for, to then sell the rights to make it a documentary because it is absolutely crazy and just, you know. Reliving this. The stuff that they’re on right now was happening basically between September and November of 2023. We’re in March of 2026 right now.
Like there is so much that I had just forgotten or just hadn’t thought about in so long. And then you listen to that podcast, you’re like, wow, this story has so many branches to it. And the amount of craziness that was going through Laura Owen’s head and the fact that she was just never wrong and could never take no for an answer is just batshit insane.
I hope you’re listening to it. I cannot promote this podcast enough, especially for those of you who heard about the story in the beginning and then probably got bogged down because there was literally updates happening every day, and you’re like, this is way too much. Kinda like me with the Lively Baldon case, it just gave up.
It was like, this is way too much. This one doesn’t have nearly as many court documents as that one, but this podcast makes it so easy to follow. You gotta check it out. It’s love trapped and they’ve only played four episodes, and I believe there is six episodes left. Yeah, 10 episodes in season one, but she also threw in a bonus episode this week.
It was only 10 minutes long, but it was just, you got to see and hear. Or hear some of the emails and text messages from Laura, so she’s gonna throw in bonus episodes as well. Kinda my thoughts on Taylor, Frankie Paul, and what I just said about five minutes ago along with some love overboard thoughts, which is Alex Cooper’s dating show on a yacht that takes place filmed last summer. It’ll air March 26th. Two days ago they announced and they posted the headshot and bios of all the contestants.
I think there’s 22 people. On Love Overboard. Gabby Wendy is the host, and then yesterday I started seeing some videos of the contestants and they’re just like describing themselves and what they’re looking for. All that stuff, like the basic stuff that you would get when you initially see a dating show is starting and you get to see the bios of everybody.
Well, here’s something that I wanna point out that I noticed yesterday. And I, I’m not saying that this show’s gonna suck or it’s gonna be great. I, I don’t know. I’ll give it a try, but the one problem I’m already seeing with this show is you can pretty much tell, at least by what I saw, all these women probably all grew up listening to Alex Cooper in her phase before the phase that she’s in now.
In her, let’s talk about Oral Sex Everyday podcast. When Call her daddy was her and Sophia and that’s what they did. So my issue with this show is, without having seen it, I’m just gonna throw it out there now and see if I end up being correct, is I think pretty much all these women are going on this show to get in the good graces of Alex Cooper and to try and be.
The next Alex Cooper to try and get on part of the Unwell network. Now you can say, well, Steve, everybody that goes on reality TV is trying to parlay it into something else. Yes. But now they have direct access to Alex Cooper. Alex Cooper doesn’t have to go watch Age of Attraction to be like, Hey, I like that person.
Let’s get them a podcast. These women are right under her nose. She created the show. She went out and probably interviewed either on Zoom or in person or both, every single person that ended up as part of this cast. And I just think, I just think we’re gonna get a bunch of try hards that are gonna be the wanna be the next Alex Cooper and they know they have a really good shot by being on this show, lasting long enough, giving good quotes, talking about sex being open.
I just have a feeling that’s what this show is gonna turn into. It’s basically. Not love overboard. It’s audition for the Unwell Network television show. I think that’s what this is gonna turn into because just in the bios that I saw, I’m like, gosh, these women are so many Alex Coopers and they’re trying so hard to be many Alex Coopers.
Is that gonna be a compelling show? I don’t know, but that’s my take. And I wanted to throw it out there before that show gets going on March 26th. Anyway, thank you all for listening.
