We’re back talking “Temptation Island” today with two of the most talked about singles on “Temptation Island” this season with Kay Carlson and Natalie Cruz. Kay left with Tyler at the end of filming and Natalie, while not leaving with Grant, did spend time with him post filming and dated him in the next few months.
