Podcast #189 – Interview with “Reality Blurred’s” Andy Dehnart

A big milestone next week for today’s podcast guest, as Andy Dehnart of RealityBlurred.com is celebrating 20 years of his site. Wanted to bring Andy on for the third time to talk about the ever changing television landscape as COVID has put a halt on pretty much everything the last few months. Andy talks about how he got started and how Reality Blurred has evolved throughout the years before we dive into the Bachelor diversity issue, something he contacted them about. You’ll never guess what their response was. Also, we talk about how any shows can film in the COVID era and what it’ll look like. In addition, being a professor at Stetson University, how he plans on teaching in the fall semester and what he thinks the future holds for schools this upcoming year. Before we start all that, I give a brief 5 minutes on the latest happenings in “Bachelorette” filming and what’s in store for the “Greatest Seasons of All Time” show. As always, if you’d like to respond to the interview, please include Andy’s Twitter handle (@realityblurred) in your replies. Always a great guest to talk TV with. Thanks again to Andy for coming on.
