Remember about a month ago Ryan Sutter the husband of Trista Sutter Decided to post on Instagram about missing his wife and everybody kind of speculated is something wrong Are they getting divorced?
Where did Trista go? Is she missing? When in reality, we were telling you at the time, it’s probably that she’s filming a reality show and most likely she’s filming special forces. And that’s exactly what it was. Even though the cast for special forces season three has not been officially announced, we know she is on it.
This is where she was. He still can’t say where she was or why he wrote what he did or where she was when he wrote what he did. But he went on Chris Harrison’s podcast yesterday and tried to explain himself. About he didn’t realize what he was getting into by posting something like that. He basically told Chris, Trista wasn’t going to be able to have access to social media until she got finished with this experience she was on.
So I was going to post these things knowing like the second she had access to it, she would look at it and she could see like, here’s what happened while you were gone. And then he said, just the whole thing blew up in my face. And backfired because Ryan didn’t think ahead and he didn’t think that most people, because he’s not much of a poster, he doesn’t post much.
So when he does, there’s reason to read into stuff. And when a guy doesn’t post a lot and then he posts what he did, which was like these open love letters to his wife, people are just wondering, why don’t you just tell her this yourself? Why are you posting this now? Why are you posting this on Instagram?
Why does it sound like she’s missing or she’s gone or you don’t know where she is? So he had to clarify that yet. But yeah, it was a very to put it mildly, it was a very boomer way of Ryan talking about how he didn’t really understand social media and had no idea how people were going to read into it.
It’s just like, Ryan, you got to read the room. Of course, if you write that about your wife, people are going to think something. So he clarified that yesterday. We also found out yesterday. That, you know, I talk about Taylor Swift a lot on this podcast, but I want to talk about another musician that I absolutely love who I’ve seen twice in concert, both her play concert in Las Vegas.
It’s no longer a residency there anymore. Maybe she’ll go back and do it. But Katy Perry announces she’s got a new album on the way. And she announced a new single off that album called women’s world. It’s going to be released on July 11th and the video is going to come out on July 12th. It is the first time she has released music since her album back in 2020 called smile.
This is the, one of the reasons why she left. American Idol. She won’t be a judge next year because she said she wanted to get back to doing music. What I am going to say about this is this. Did you see her Instagram post? It looks like it was her costume and it looks like she was posting from her video shoot whenever she did this.
Holy smokes, Katy Perry. Is an absolute smoke show. I mean, she’s always been like, to me, I’ve always thought she was attractive, but my gosh, I would say this is probably one of the more revealing outfits she’s ever worn. You got to just go to her Instagram page from yesterday and go look at what she posted because this is a Katy Perry.
I don’t think that we have ever seen. I could be wrong. Maybe. I mean, I, maybe she’s been in other revealing tops in the past, but she looks great. I mean, just a knockout. So, and then I think some, if you go to the video some of her, if you, if you hit play on her Instagram feed, you’ll actually hear some of the woman’s world song.
It’s maybe about a 10 second clip. So we don’t even, I don’t even get the chorus, but you can hear it if you go. Tour Instagram page at Katy Perry on Instagram. So go check that out. And finally, I got to share this with you because you know, I record my podcasts for the next day, usually around anywhere between 10 and 1130 every night and it goes up the next morning.
So yesterday’s podcast, I couldn’t have talked about this because I hadn’t gone to sleep yet. So my dream on Sunday night was so random. You know me, I’ve had some really random dreams. A lot of them are bachelor and bachelorette related. Sometimes I’m on, I mean, I remember some where I’m on set and I’m taking notes and people are like looking at me, like, why is this guy on set taking notes?
But this one was bizarre. And so my dream on Sunday night was I was being recruited by Kristen Doty to be on the Valley season two cast. She was like begging me to do it. And I don’t have any sort of past with Kristen Doty, although I will say I remember years ago and I’m talking seven, eight years ago, either she said in an interview or she said on a podcast that she was a huge reality Steve fan.
I’m almost positive because that got back to me and. But I, you know, I never even contacted her after that. Never anything like that, but I heard she’s a fan or was at least seven or eight years ago. So my dream is she’s like hitting me up and just. We need you on the show. You’d be perfect for season two.
I’m like, huh, me, why? And then, you know how you get in dreams and not only do random people from your past show up in your dream, but just weird shit happens. So, so here’s what happened. Apparently I agreed to do it and we, and we were really set to do this. I was moving into somebody’s place, and I think I’ve shown a lot of you on my Instagram, my three TV setup in my living room because of sports watching.
I was like, but Kristen, I can’t move into this place. You don’t have enough room for my TVs. And there was just like this big back and forth and fight over how I’m gonna get my three TVs in to whatever place I was moving into. And then all I remember was us actually filming season two. And I was out at a bar or something and they were filming me.
And pretty much like my everyday life, nothing was happening. Like they were, I was just at a bar, just kind of talking to random strangers and it wasn’t remotely interesting. And producers are trying to be like, trying to get a storyline out of this. And they’re like, Steve, we can’t use this. You’re not doing anything.
I’m like. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. I, this is my first reality show. I’ve got nothing. I’m just at a bar. So yeah, that was my dream from the other night. So random. Why is Kristen Doty recruiting me to be on the Valley season two? And she’s the only one I remember interacting with. I don’t remember interacting with Jesse or Michelle.
Where Jax or Brittany, it was just Kristen and moving into a house and we’re fighting over what place, how I couldn’t move in there because I couldn’t move my three TVs in, in the living room. And I’m filming at a bar and the producer’s getting mad at me because I got nothing. Dreams are fucking weird. I tell you anyway, thank you all for listening.
