The other interview that I thought was interesting this weekend was with Alyssa. Alyssa Finley, the one who put nail glue in her eye at the end of episode one. She comes back the beginning of episode two, and she basically said, I thought it was eyedrops and never gets shown. Never see her talking to anybody.
Obviously never saw her in the pods talking to any man, but we know she got engaged to Miguel. I gave that away in the spoilers and I put that in the Instagram post that she got engaged to Miguel, but. The day they got back to Ohio, he broke up with her and basically ghosted her since then. Well, Alyssa did a podcast interview over the weekend and she did an interview with Tedom, which is Netflix’s website, where they give updates on their contestants, and Alyssa basically said in the pods, Miguel had told her, I guess she had asked all the men that she was talking to, whoever that may have been.
Do you have the ability to move to Cincinnati? And everybody that she spoke to, including Miguel, had told her yes. Well, two things happened. Once they had a reveal and she said, look, we fell for each other. We had our reveal. It was great. They pulled us aside shortly thereafter, separately and just told us, Hey, we’re not gonna film you on a honeymoon.
We think other couples have better stories that happens on this show. It happens every season. I’m pretty sure it happens every season. There’s at least one couple that just gets engaged. We never saw them speak once to each other in the pods, and then I obviously don’t see them on their honeymoons because they’re told, Hey, we’ve decided to go in a different direction.
Well, she said at that time when they found out there weren’t going on their honeymoons, she had said, Miguel still said, I wanna date you when we get back to Ohio. Which is really weird word to use. I thought him saying he still wants to date her, they’re engaged. Just because the show didn’t choose to follow you doesn’t mean that you’re no longer engaged.
Like he gave a ring to her, they were an engaged couple. So for him to say to her, I still wanna date you when we get back to Ohio, shouldn’t he have said, I still wanna be engaged? Anyway, she says they got back to Ohio and one of the first things she told him, first off, Miguel told her two things. Number one, he was thinking of moving to Tampa and she’s like, huh, I asked you in the pods if you’d be willing to move to Cincinnati.
You remember never mentioned anything about moving to Tampa. So he said that to her and that made her upset and she basically said, you ruined this experience for me. Put a lot of faith in you. When I asked you that and you gave me an answer, and now you’re saying, I’m looking at move into Tampa, which by the way, he didn’t end up moving to Tampa.
Apparently this woman that he’s now engaged to who has nothing to do with the show, he moved to Columbus. I don’t know how far Cincinnati is from Columbus. Either way, it’s irrelevant because the other thing that he told her was right when he saw her at the Reveals, he knew. That she knew his ex-fiance and she said, I did not know anything about Miguel.
I know who his ex-fiance is, but I didn’t know his ex-fiance when they were engaged. I now know after the fact, this is the man, the guy that I got engaged to in the pods is a guy that, a girl that I want, that I know. Was once engaged to him and Miguel basically gave her the explanation of, once I ended that engagement, I just told myself, I don’t want anything to do with her or her friends anymore, no matter how close you are to her.
You know, her and I, I’m, that doesn’t sit well with me and I’m moving on, and Alyssa said since that day, one day after they got back from filming, she has never heard from Miguel. He has ghosted her ever since then. Broke up with her right then. And has never spoken to her since, and it’s because he told her, you know, my ex-fiance, and I’m sorry, whether you guys are BFFs or know each other as just acquaintances, doesn’t matter to me.
You know, my ex-fiance and I’m not interested in being engaged to somebody who knows my ex-fiancee. Peace out. And he did. He peaced out and Alyssa said, never heard from him since. Man, that would’ve been more interesting to cover than, I don’t know, maybe some of these other couples, but I get it. They can’t cover every couple that gets engaged, but geez, that seems like drama.
And again, confirmation that the spoiler that I had for you, that she got ghosted and Miguel moved on. After getting back to Ohio immediately and has since gotten engaged to somebody else at the end of last year, that’s all true and kind of sucks for him. ’cause yeah, he did take away that experience from her if he had no interest.
Now again, we didn’t see any of their conversations in the pods and I don’t know. According to Alyssa, she’s like, look, I know who his ex-fiance is, but when I was talking to this man through a wall, I wasn’t like, I wonder if this is so-and-so’s ex-fiancee. She’s like, I had no idea. When I saw him, I still had no idea because I didn’t know who her ex-fiance was.
I just know she had one. So it looks like Alyssa and Miguel’s ex. Were more acquaintances than BFFs. ’cause if they were BFFs, she’d absolutely know what he looks like and what the guy’s name was. But it seems like, you know, based on Alyssa’s Instagram, it seems like she’s like a Cincinnati socialite. So yeah, they probably just like know each other, maybe run in some of the same circles, but they don’t know every detail about each other’s lives.
So yeah. It seems like that would’ve been kind of interesting to cover if you’re the show, but I guess they’re not gonna send people back to Ohio and be like, yeah, follow Miguel and Alyssa around. No, they couldn’t do that. They had to go to Mexico and LA to follow their seven engaged couples. The other thing we’re hearing this weekend, more exes speaking out on some of the guys on this show.
We obviously have heard what Steven’s. Ex, or not even an ex-girlfriend, someone that you hooked up with once dated whatever you want to call it. He has since sued her. There is another woman that has taken to TikTok to share that. Chris, the one who is currently engaged to Jessica, isn’t a great guy at all either.
Who knows if more is gonna come out there? We’ll see. I’ve been in touch with her. It’s kind of hard to get responses from. But from what she has told me, not a good guy at all. And those I just put up right away. Like after I record it on YouTube, it takes maybe two or three minutes for the audio. To load itself. I strip the audio and I just put it on the podcast, no music. I maybe put one break of ads in there and that’s it. So you can just get it. Usually Friday afternoon, we’ve only got a couple weeks left ’cause there’s only two traders episodes left, right?
Two traders episodes and then the reunion. So I just put those up right away. No music, just get straight into it other than, you know, some ads here and there, but. We found out over the weekend that the Ra, the trader’s reunion taped over the weekend, Stephen Colletti, Lisa Rena, have done some interviews where they have, you know, not given major spoilers, but spoiled the fact that yes, the reunion was taped.
And according to Lisa Rena, apparently she gotten Colton’s ass and Colton walked off the reunion set. I don’t know if that means he came back to it, walked off it for good. Something about Lisa. Came at him for making the hostage comment that he did when he was on the show. Again, we’ll know more about this as we get closer and maybe somebody will leak something.
If not, we’ll see it play out in the reunion show. But apparently Lisa Rena went after Colton. Steven Colletti said the Housewives were very, very vocal on the show. They went after people, Candace seemingly went after Rob. But as we head into this week’s episode, as I said on Friday. I’m really thinking that we know the next episode is gonna start out with a Jack in the Box murder.
The four people up for murder. Johnny, Tara, Kristen, and Natalie will just spin a jack in the box and it’s gonna pop up and it’s gonna be trader. Whoever gets the traitor. Popup is the one that’s murdered. You know my thoughts on this. I don’t see any way why you would murder Johnny or Tara. They were the only two people that got votes at the last round table.
So people are suspecting them. Keep them both in the game because both, you know, people might not know which one is the traitor, even though neither of them are, but people suspect that one of ’em is the traitor. So why wouldn’t you keep them in the game again? They were the only other two other people that got votes at the last round table outside of Steven.
Now that comes down to Kristen and Natalie. Some people have said he. They should go after Kristen, that Eric and Rob should murder Kristen because on Kristen’s way out the door or in the last conversation we saw her having, she said, look, I’ve clocked Eric. I think it’s him. He’s so nervous now and just know if I get, she tells this to Rob and she tells this to Mark Ballast.
Just know if I get murdered. Look at Eric now. Rob and Eric talked about this in the turret, and Rob is just like, if we murder Kristen, we just have to convince Steven that you’re a faithful. So to me, rather than having to do that, why not just keep Kristen and murder Natalie? This seems pretty straightforward to me.
I know people are making a case to murder, Kristen, because she’s on to one of the traitors, but people are already saying in one episode, Eric is the worst traitor the show has ever had because he doesn’t know how to act. He doesn’t have a mean streak to him, and he doesn’t really know how to handle himself as a traitor, so it really even matter.
So maybe in that aspect, that would be the only reason you keep Kristen around. But if I’m Rob. I convince Eric we need to get rid of Natalie because if we keep Kristen, who suspects it’s you. If she doesn’t go home tonight, then she might be like, oh, wait a second. Maybe it’s not him, and then we just need to convince her that you’re a faithful.
But I said it numerous times on Friday. I’ll keep saying it. I don’t see how Rob doesn’t end up either as the solo winner or wins this thing with Eric. I would think he’d wanna win it solo and he’d cut Eric at the end at some point, or Eric will do himself in because he’s just not a good trader. But I, again, not only do I think Rob is gonna win it, I also feel like it’ll be very disappointing if he doesn’t win it because.
These faithful Johnny and Tara have been clueless all game. Natalie and Kristen and Maura are okay. And then the other two are traitors, Rob and Eric. Like if Natalie and Maura and if they win this season as Faithfuls, are we gonna be like, what a great game they played. I don’t know. I just feel like giving the game to the best, not giving the game, but I think the person who played the best needs to ultimately end up winning.
Now, if Rob puts his foot in his mouth or screws up in the last few episodes and blows his chance, then I’ll say, okay, they caught him. But up to this point, Rob has been dominating this game. Now, I was asked this question this weekend is. Rob just one of the best traders of all time? Or is Rob only doing well because this is some of the worst group of Faithfuls we’ve ever seen?
I think it could be a combination of both. I’m not gonna take anything away from Rob ’cause he seems to be playing with a bunch of players that aren’t very good and haven’t suspected him at all. I mean, Johnny and Tara are living on another planet. They have no clue. And they admit like we’re not any good at this game.
We haven’t, we haven’t fingered the right person yet. We have no idea. Everybody we guess is wrong. Natalie hasn’t thrown out Rob’s name, Maura. As much as I love her and I love the way she tinks and I love the way she has no idea who any of the traitors are. It’s not like she’s played a great game, has she?
So I almost don’t wanna see Al because I don’t think they’ve been good. I, I just want Rob to take home this title and it would be very disappointing season if he doesn’t. Anyway.
