    I’ve always been interested in how the sausage is made so to speak, so I decided to interview a reality TV casting director this week for podcast #106, Shannon McCarty. She’s cast for such shows as the “Real World,” “Are You the One?,” and “Biggest Loser” to name a few. She’s been in the industry since 2002 and resume runs pretty deep.     One of my favorite podcasts to date and it’s with a friend of mine, Kyle Brandt, currently a co-host of NFL Networks “Good Morning Football” and former cast mate on “Real World: Chicago.” A lot of other jobs mixed in there too which we discuss, but honestly, every once in a while, I need a break from Bachelor Nation contestants.     I know what you’re all coming here for today. It’s not here. Every year it’s the same thing, yet every year I’m amazed at how many people just days after the finale is filmed, is expecting answers. Of course, it didn’t help matters that the first promo aired last night (linked below) which brought up the question I’ve been asked 1,000 times in the last 12 hours which is “Why is Colton jumping a fence.” That I don’t know.
