Well it’s certainly been a wild 24 hrs in this world. I’m no disease expert, nor will I claim to be, so I’ll just say be safe out there, be smart, and wash your hands after basically anything you do. I know, real insightful stuff. Anyway, hopefully to take your mind off things for at least a little bit, one of my favorite guests to have on has joined us for the first time in a year, and that’s Sharleen Joynt. You follow her recaps on Flare.com, you read her excellent recaps on AllthePrettyPandas.com, and now she joins me for over an hour today to break down what the hell we saw on Monday and Tuesday night this week, along with talking about Clare’s upcoming season. Remember, Sharleen was on Juan Pablo’s season with Clare, so she provides some insight that not everyone may know about when it comes to Clare. As always, if you’d like to reply to the interview, please include Sharleen’s Twitter handle (@sharleenjoynt) in your replies. So easy to talk to Sharleen, I wish she’d come on more often, but, I get why she feels like she’s repeating herself all the time with as many outlets as she talks about with this show.

(SPOILERS) I begin by giving some thoughts on Peter and Madison not doing media, Clare’s guys announced yesterday, her filming schedule, the upcoming cancellation of “Summer Games,” Hannah Ann confirming what I reported yesterday, and Peter’s finale ratings. Then Sharleen joins me to talk about everything we saw in Peter’s two-night finale, from the awkward proposal, to the even weirder breakup, Hannah Ann’s owning of Peter, the ATFR and the absolute insanity surrounding Barb and what we thought about how she handled the situation (17:46) before we move to talking about Clare’s upcoming season of the “Bachelorette” (1:14:56).

Sharleen is just the best. The franchise needs more women like her. Desperately.

I couldn’t agree more! I loved her on Juan Pablo’s season and love her recaps…so insightful and never snarky.

I hope RS doesn’t live paycheck to paycheck. ABC might postpone Clare’s season

FYI, Pete (and all bachelors) are NOW Contractually Obligated in writing to give a proposal at the end of the season. This was the reason that Peter Kraus declined to be the bachelor, because he did not want to be forced into a Proposal. But Fleiss and the fans almost got the Bachelor Show cancelled after Brad-1 picked no one. So for the sake of the mostly female fans, the male bachelor promises to fulfill that fairytale episode finale with a proposal. Otherwise, you just have a dude that banged 3 girls and dumped them all to stay a single player. Which, is why Peter was forced to propose to Hannah Ann by default even if he didn’t want to stay with her. And because of the fairtale ending, Fleiss and Harrison needed to bring back Madison to the finale to help protect the image of Peter and the Show. As for when Hannah Ann and Peter broke up, they could have broken up earlier by phone (in december) – and the break-up scene was just filmed after-the-fact for the audience. Perhaps, Peter regretted proposing immediately and told Hannah Ann he was having doubts in December and would make up his mind in February.

@sam1
I don’t believe it at all.
