Podcast #257 – Interview with Reality Blurred’s Andy Dehnart

Fun and interesting conversation this week with Reality Blurred’s Andy Dehnart, making his 3rd or 4th appearance on the podcast. I love talking TV with critics and we basically cover 3 topics in today’s pdocast: the IATSE contract negotiations, the Cookout alliance from “Big Brother” this season, and all the changes on “Survivor” this season. However, the first 15 minutes of the podcast is me discussing a few of the big topics concerning Michelle’s season after one episode, namely people putting unrealistic expectations on Clayton and the Ryan situation that got him eliminated on Tuesday night. Then, I discuss yesterday’s spoiler on Clayton’s season regarding the 2-on-1 date and who is this season’s villain. A lot to digest this week over almost 90 minutes, so I hope you take the time to listen to all of it. As always, if you’d like respond to the interview, please include Andy’s Twitter handle (@realityblurred) in your replies. Thanks again to Andy for coming on as he’ll always be welcome on the podcast. Enjoy…

(SPOILERS) I begin by talking about the unrealistic expectation being put on Clayton as the “Bachelor,” the Ryan situation from Michelle’s premiere that’s being miscontstrued, then some spoilers regarding Clayton’s season currently filming. Then Andy joins me (16:14) to talk about the recent IATSE possible strike and what it means going forward, the Cookout alliance on Big Brother this season and how important it was, and are the changes on “Survivor” too much this season.
