Now, the other thing that I wanted to get into was the fact that.
As you can suspect, if you’ve been following this case at all, Laura’s lawyer, David Gingras.
Has been very vocal on social media, calling people out, going after trolls can never say anything he’s ever done in a courtroom is wrong. One thing I would like you to do is actually go to Dave Neal’s video from yesterday, where he read an email that David Gingras sent him, I want to say like a month ago, I could be off on the timeline, but definitely sent it to Dave.
I think in the beginning of all this, when he kind of wanted to introduce himself and tell Dave where he was coming from, it was the most blow hard. Yeah, I mean. You talk about narcissistic windbag and insufferable. We might have another one on our hands with David Gingras in what he wrote to Dave, you got to go listen to it.
Cause obviously Dave read the whole email yesterday in a YouTube post. You got to go listen to this guy. And if you know anything about him, follow him on Twitter and you see some of the things that he said, the guy I’ve never seen a, an actual lawyer spend so much time responding to people online. Just people who aren’t lawyers, people who are trying to, you know, make a case for why Laura has lied.
And he just responds to people on Twitter. I can’t believe a lawyer does this. And he writes blog posts, insulting people, calling Dave names, saying he’s going to make Dave homeless, saying he’s going to sue Dave for 1. 4 million. But then yet in yesterday’s post, he just says, look, everybody, Laura isn’t perfect.
Clayton isn’t perfect. Both of them need to do better. We all need to do better. Let’s just spread some love. Really? Why don’t you take some of your own advice, Genghis, considering you’ve told Dave you want to make him homeless, and you want to sue his ass. You know who Genghis is? And I realize this, the more I, when Dave went over it in his YouTube video, and the more I think about it.
Genghis is totally the Will Ferrell character from SNL, where, I think they did the sketch twice. And it was part of a dysfunctional family. And a guy star was his wife in one sketch, Sarah, Michelle Geller, who was the host that week was the daughter. And then in another sketch, Gwyneth Paltrow and Amy Poehler was his daughter.
And Gwyneth Paltrow was Amy Poehler’s friend. And they just sit around there and eat dinner, and the littlest thing sets them off. The whole point is, the Will Ferrell character just blurts stuff out about how good he is, or how much better he is than everybody else. I know you’ve heard, I know you’ve seen this sketch, right?
I drive, I drive, I drive a Dodge Stratus! I am a division manager in charge of 29 people! I have a covered parking spot for my Mitchell B. C. Gallant! Big time stuff! I know you know this sketch. That’s David Gingrish. Gingrish. I can’t even speak. That’s David Gingrish. He just, he wants to tell you how important he is.
I cannot believe, Dave, in Dave’s video yesterday, he also went over not only Gingras’s email that he sent him a couple months back, but also the blog post after the trial on Monday and look, he could have written that before the trial because I knew it, you knew it, anybody that’s followed Gingras for any amount of time knew exactly what he was going to write the day after the trial.
Laura was the best witness we’ve ever had. She is so strong. She’s not the person you claim her to be. We did great. I did great. Dr. Medchill killed it. If anybody, you know, lost this case, it was them. Yes. Two hours wasn’t long enough, but I think it affected Woodnick and his team more than it affected us.
What are you talking about, dude? You never got to interview the main witness of the show, who this case was about. I mean, it’s also about Laura, but you didn’t even get to question Clayton. Yes. I understand you questioned him during a deposition, but this was the trial because you wasted so much time, 15 to 20 minutes talking to Laura about stuff that the judge already knew.
Which I think was his my opinion was that was his goal. I just, you know, look, I’m not a lawyer. He Clayton’s lawyers got to cross examine Laura, got to put her under oath yet again, and absolutely obliterated her. But Gingras was not allowed to talk to Clayton because time ran out. And why did time ran out, run out because he interviewed his own client for, I think it was, might’ve been 20 or 25 minutes.
I’d have to go below, look at the timestamp, all stuff that was already known, nothing that she said I hadn’t heard before and the judge hadn’t heard before. So it seemed like he was just killing time, but it ended up affecting him in the end because he couldn’t put Clayton on the stand. He never got Greg on the stand and he never got Mike on the stand.
A guy he tried to have arrested at the beginning of the day.
What is your deal, Gingras? Dodge Stratus Gingras, that’s my, that’s my nickname for him. I drive a Dodge Stratus. I am a division manager of 29 people. I have a covered parking spot for my Mitsubishi Gallant. Big time stuff. Gingras, enjoy Europe. I hope the verdict comes down while you’re in Europe, and you don’t have access to Wi Fi.
Because we’ll all just be sitting here with our feet up. Judge Mata knows what she’s doing. I have a feeling she’s well aware of everything that’s going on in this case. Just because they didn’t get to certain things in the case. The baby bump, the fake sonogram, a couple of other things. Judge Mata has that all, all that information.
In the pretrial statements that we saw. She has everything she needs. I think it’s going to be My opinion, she’s going to look at Laura Owen’s testimony and say this witness is incredible. This is a witness who claimed to be pregnant for six months and never fucking saw a doctor. Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?
Not only didn’t see a doctor, lied about seeing a doctor. Yes, my two doctors, Dr. McCool, Dr. Higley. They got her in cross examination to say, I never saw either of them. A woman six months pregnant? Never saw a doctor, a doctor who was supposed to examine her. She’s calling telehealth lines. She’s anonymously showing up at Planned Parenthood, which isn’t even a thing.
You can’t anonymously go to Planned Parenthood. You have to present an ID, which means she never went. And then she said, oh yeah, I didn’t go to the mission of Yale Planned Parenthood. I went to one in LA and then it was found out. Oh yeah. By the way, July 2nd, where you said you went to a Planned Parenthood in LA, that was on a Sunday, July 2nd, 2023 was a Sunday.
Planned Parenthood in L. A. is closed on Sundays. So what’s your next lie, Laura? Now granted, that can’t be admitted into evidence, because everything is done. Nothing further can be admitted. Everything the judge has, she will make a decision on. Soon, hopefully, she has up to 60 days. Who knows when it’s going to happen, but anybody that was at that trial, anybody that watched that trial, Outside of a relation to Laura Owens or being her lawyer.
I don’t think how, I don’t know how in the world you could think in a million years that she really did well for herself on the stand. She was an absolute mess. She got obliterated by Deandra, who is Greg Woodnick’s secondhand woman. She got caught in lies. She got caught crossing over her own timeline.
I’ll leave it up to judge Mata. I know what I saw. I know judge Mata has a lot of stuff that they couldn’t even get to. Let’s just wait and see on this verdict. That’s going to now, and look like I’ve already laid out there. Like Dave has already laid out there. Even when, if, and when judge Mata rules, she’s not credible witness and, you know, lays it out there.
I don’t know how she would word it. I don’t know how judges supposed to word it, but basically saying that she was never pregnant with Clayton’s child. Look, it’s not like Laura’s going to come out and take Judge Mata’s word for it. She’s still going to say, I’m a woman, I know my body, I know I was pregnant just because a judge didn’t think so.
I’m so disappointed that, you know, the justice system lets us down or whatever. You already know this is what her answer is going to be. She’s not, if Judge Mata rules that she was never pregnant with Clayton’s child, do you honestly think that Laura Owens is going to come out and say, You know what? Yep, I wasn’t.
Of course not. She’s already thrown the shit against the wall. It’s classic, classic Trump move. If you say something enough times before it happens, and then it happens, say, see, I told you beforehand. This is exactly what she’s doing. Exactly what her lawyer is doing. They’re not going to take this sitting down and we all know what the right answer is here.
We’ve all seen the evidence. We’ve seen the fake evidence. She admitted to not helping them during discovery. She admitted and lied under oath about seeing a doctor when she never saw a doctor. I mean, what more do you need? Judge Mata knows she’s smart enough. We were all in the, we, we all watched that court case either in person or if you watched it online, you’re well aware of where this is headed and we just can’t wait, can’t wait till the verdict comes out and hopefully justice prevails here.
Clayton gets his due. Hopefully Mike and Greg get some sort of relief out of this and hopefully, you know what, hopefully Laura learned a lesson. I don’t think she will because she has an excuse for everything she does. But hopefully at, you know, somewhere in there, something sinks into her head that Maybe I shouldn’t do this anymore.
Hopefully we get to that point. I really, I really do think that it’s possible we can with her. It’s a very small percentage. I would have to say anyway. Thank you all for listening. And then you tell me, honestly, being unbiased and not taking anything I’ve said into account or what Dave said, or what Megan Fox has said, I want you to be unbiased and say, do you honestly think that that woman that took the stand on Monday is credible whatsoever? I. I tend to have an idea of what your answer would be.
