PODCAST #395 TRANSCRIPT
? You are listening to the reality, Steve podcast with your host reality. Steve, he’s got all the latest info and behind the scenes juice on Jen’s upcoming season of the bachelorette and interviewing some of your favorite reality stars. Now here’s reality.
What’s up everybody. Welcome to podcast number three 95. I’m your host reality. Steve. Thank you all for tuning in. Great podcast today. With our guest, a first time guest. It is Megan Fox. No, not the Megan Fox that Chelsea from love is blind claims. She looks like now it’s journalist, author, YouTuber, and Clayton Eckerd, Laura Owens, extraordinary YouTuber, Megan Fox.
We’ll get to Megan momentarily. So we’ve got this first time podcaster. I’ve been on her podcast before, but she hasn’t been on mine. Megan was actually in the courtroom on Monday during the Clayton Eckerd Laura Owens trial. And Got to see everything firsthand haven’t had her on yet wanted to give a lot of you a Background on her.
I didn’t know much of her background before she started covering this and her and Dave We’re doing a lot of lives together and I watched some of her videos and I didn’t really know her background I I had this impression in my head that she was straight political and all of her stuff was she was just doing political Political stances on her YouTube channel and Until this came around and, but it’s not really the way it was.
It was that way for a while. But for those that don’t know, Megan Fox basically got out of the political business and basically denounced herself from the Republican party and. Just is so sick and fed up with politics. She got out of it in 2020. Now she focuses on a lot of true crime cases, a lot of court cases, family court cases, and this one really, really struck a nerve with her because she didn’t like the way Laura Owens was going after Dave Neal.
And if you heard that, you know, the teaser to this podcast that I put out there, that was her, one of the biggest things and why she jumped on board with this thing is because. And look, it is insane when we look at it now, like Laura Owens, basically trying to sue Dave for harassment because he’s covering a story as a journalist, which you’re allowed to do.
It’s a public story. She’s a public figure, a limited public figure, but she’s a public figure. You’re allowed to have an opinion about a public story and a public figure, even if that opinion is very, very negative. And as Megan says. I’ve been way more harsh towards Laura than Dave ever has, but yet she is just obsessed with the fact that Dave talks about her.
And has Dave done over a hundred videos about this case in the last nine months? Absolutely. Which he has every right to. Laura’s only upset because Dave isn’t taking her side. Why would anybody take her side? She’s a compulsive liar. And if you’ve been following this case, just by listening to some of the things that I’ve said here and there, and you haven’t followed Dave and you haven’t followed Megan, today’s podcast is a good one hour summary of a lot of the things that have happened over the last nine months that maybe you were unaware of.
If you haven’t listened to today’s daily roundup, go back and listen to that from an hour ago, two hours ago, excuse me, because that has me reading yesterday. I read one of Laura’s emails to Clayton on June 28th, 2023. Today, I read the email, the infamous email about her tight female genitalia three days later.
And just the insanity of it is, is enough to chuckle at and tell your friends about, and maybe you want to have them listen, because it’s unfathomable to think that a 33 year old woman wrote this to another man that yes, I understand in the moment she thought she was pregnant, but now when we look back on it, it was so ridiculous.
And it’s all more about manipulation and trying to trap him and trying to gaslight him. Because today’s email that she wrote him is actually. More insane than the one she wrote three days earlier on June 28th, 2023, because literally from paragraph to paragraph She’s changing her tone about how she feels about him in the first paragraph She wants to try and have sex with him in the second paragraph She’s saying how horrible he’s treated her and he has no compassion for her then in the third pair paragraph She’s literally back to saying I want to try it with you Then literally second sentences later in the third paragraph, she’s telling him good luck trying to find somebody who will be as open and honest with you as I am.
It’s just like, what is going on? What reality is this woman living in? Well clearly she’s not living in any sort of reality. She’s completely off her rocker. She’s insane. She’s crazy. She absolutely needs help. It’s something I’ve been saying for months. Will she ever get it? Absolutely not. Because she is in a state of mind where she doesn’t think she’s done one thing wrong in the last eight years.
Taking all these guys to court and going after them. It’s just like, it’s sad. It’s pathetic. It’s sad. She definitely needs to get help. I don’t think she ever will. But the crazy thing is, that’s her only saving grace at this point. Like, yes, she has lied out of her ass. She has made lives miserable for Mike Maracini, Greg Gillespie, and Clayton Eckerd.
For sure, made their lives absolutely a living hell. Mike for the last 8 years, Greg for 4, Clayton for the last 13 months. Absolutely. And yes, there will be people that don’t forgive her, but everybody can have a redemption. If you’re open, you’re honest, and you actually mean it. And I’m telling you, Laura, the only way you get out of this, is The only way that you can get out of this saving any sort of grace is like, Hey, I realize what I did here and I apologize for how I have treated these men.
I apologize. I could just go on and on. You’ll hear the podcast, but she’ll never do it. She will never do it. She’s too far down the rabbit hole of I’m right. Everybody else is wrong. I’m the victim here. She never will. Yet if somebody, anybody out there can get to her and be like, Laura, this is the way you need to go.
Or else it’s going to get worse and worse for you because these guys will possibly have the ability to come after you now for defamation the way you have gone after them, you know, I don’t know if they will, but it’s out there and it’s on the table, especially if Judge Mata rules against her because she won’t be able to pull this off in the state of Arizona anymore if Judge Mata rules against her.
And there’s, you know, everybody can get a redemption story. She were to be like, I was in a low place in my life. You know, my sister had a baby. I was jealous of my sister having a baby last June, this and that she can come up with anything she wants. Just admit you’re wrongdoing. You don’t have to beg for forgiveness because there are going to be people out there that don’t want to forgive you.
But at least come across as sincere. At least try again. I can say that till I’m blue in the face. I don’t think there’s a chance in hell. She ever will apologize for anything. She doesn’t think she’s done anything wrong. And in her mind, she was pregnant. And I guarantee even if Judge Mata rules against her and says her testimony was not credible whatsoever.
She was never pregnant by Clayton Eckert or however she’s going to phrase it. Laura Owens is still going to say, well, that’s just one person’s opinion. It’s my body. I know my body and I know I was pregnant. She’s going to go to her grave with it. And that’s just sad. This person needs some serious, serious help, and she’s not going to get it.
She’s not open to anything. She’s not open to having any sort of conversation with anybody who doesn’t believe her. And she’s got so many holes in her story. She doesn’t understand why people won’t believe her. Like she doesn’t get it. She’s completely living in an alternate reality. And it’s just pathetic, to be honest with you.

All right, let’s get going. Podcast number three 95. Okay. Let’s bring her in. She is a journalist at PJ media. com. She’s author of the book, believe evidence. She’s also a YouTuber. You, her name has come up most recently in the Clayton Eckerd. Laura Owens case. She was in attendance. She was in the courtroom on Monday.
Wanted to have her on for the first time. It is Megan Fox, Megan. Thank you for coming on. Thanks for having me, Steve. I wanted to you know, cause I be honest, I had not heard of your name until. You started covering the Clayton stuff and Dave started bringing your name up and showing your videos and do, and you doing videos with him, live streams with him, all this stuff you guys uncovered obviously a lot during this case, but for people that don’t know who you are, I had this impression of you when I first heard about Dave going on your show and even when I went on your show, I didn’t really know your background.
So I wanted you to give people a background because I found out more about you this weekend. So When earlier this week, when I met you, I thought you were a political commentator, but you have basically ditched that for the last four years. Correct?
I have, I have, I, I started out in the political realm. I was writing for conservative media for the last.
Oh, 20 or so years and but about 10 years ago, I got specifically interested in court cases around family court and some of the court corruption that goes on with child custody and CPS cases. So I started doing more investigative work in that area. And after the 2020 election nonsense and just, you know, just the, the way this country is just on fire politically, and it’s so divisive, I really got sick of it.
I got tired of it. And I turned all of my energy really towards these more the legal aspect of our justice system and what’s going on to people who are having trouble getting justice because they don’t have the money to pay for it. We live in a system where we’re supposed to have liberty and justice for all.
But we actually have a system where you can only get justice if you have a lot of money. And that’s an unfortunate thing. So I’ve been really focused on that for a long time. Also on any of the big trials that are in the entertainment world, like Johnny Depp, which had a false accusation in it, which is one of my specialties.
I look at false accusations, especially the ones that women tell, because I think that the Me Too movement was a lie. See? And I think it was damaging to truth and to due process for men who are accused of crimes. And I think that it’s important that we remember what due process is and what our justice system is supposed to be, which is that we need to follow evidence and find out who is lying and who is telling the truth through the system that we have.
Yeah. And I think when you say the Me Too movement was false or what was the wording you just used there?
Damaging. That
it. And it isn’t a, it isn’t a case where you’re saying, Hey, we’re not believing any women that come forward. It’s just, Hey, can we look into things a little bit more here? Let’s just not dismiss it as, Oh, the guy is 100 percent guilty, which is turning into a lot of the cases.
But that’s the way mine is. Everyone’s kind of doing it with this broad brush when it’s just like every case is different. Everybody that comes forward who says this guy did this to me, whether it was last week, last month, a year ago, five years ago, 10 years ago, 20 years ago. Let’s just look at the facts before we immediately jump to conclusions is really all you’re saying
Absolutely, and that is how our justice system is supposed to work.
You’re innocent unless proven guilty
Yeah
But when the when the me too movement came around it threw that out the window and we were told that we had to believe all women Immediately based on their gender based on what biology they had And I just think that that’s, and I proved it in my book because I went back throughout history and literature through ancient times all the way to modern times and I found examples where women have told horrific lies to have men imprisoned or murdered or, you know, otherwise damaged by their lies.
So this is just something that’s common sense. We don’t believe someone just because of their biology. We, we have to look at the evidence. And if it’s a friend of mine, I’ve said this a million times, if a woman comes to me, she’s my friend, she tells me that something bad happened to her, of course I start out believing her.
I believe her. And I offer her support. But the minute that that person says, and now I want you to go ruin his life. I say, okay, but I need to see the proof now.
And I think there’s
a difference between believing someone and then advocating on their behalf to ruin someone else.
Yeah. Yeah. No, that’s, that’s, it’s a, it’s a very big distinction.
I mean, I deal with it on a smaller level when it comes to the bachelor and the bachelor franchise, because shit it’s happening this season right now. Jen season is a month away from airing. And I’ve already getting negative information on guys from women that had been with these guys and it’s not the most flattering information, but once again, it’s like in 2024, there needs to be some proof here.
Now I want to ask you this. Of these accusations that come forward, I guess more or less talking about the celebrity ones and the people that have been taken down in the celebrity world. I tend to think that a lot of women don’t lie when they come forward about this stuff, that this guy, this man did this to me, this celebrity did this to me.
I tend to believe the women first, but like you said, it’s, it’s one thing to believe them at first and not immediately say, Oh, you’re lying. It’s just, okay, let’s discuss this and let’s, let’s see the details and hear the details of it. Can you put a percentage on these accusations that have come forward in the celebrity world on how many are legit and how many aren’t?
I just tend to believe that the women that come forward, even if it’s five or 10 years later and say, I was, I was, I was raped or I was sexually assaulted. I just don’t believe they’re making it up.
I think, I think in Hollywood, there’s probably a larger percentage of that that’s true. I mean, you know, we’ve seen that with Harvey Weinstein, the type of culture that’s in Hollywood.
We know about the casting couch. That’s not a secret. It’s an open secret. We, you know what’s even worse in Hollywood? The abuse against children. You know, there’s, there’s so much going on. If you’ve ever seen an open secret, the movie it’s, it’s, it’s horrifying. So yes, we should believe victims, and especially in Hollywood, they’re probably telling the truth.
But here’s my problem with it. It’s fine for people to say this happened to me, but when you then name the person you’re accusing, the media has a job to do, and that is to find the evidence. That it’s actually true. Otherwise, we’re talking about defamation.
And I think, you know, like you said, your, your line of work here and what you do kind of leads into this Laura Owens, Clayton Eckerd case, which is right up your alley.
I mean, you are looking at, you want, Hey. She’s claiming this. He’s claiming this. All right, let’s dive in. Let’s look at the evidence here. And good God.
And, and, well, I’ll tell you what really caught my attention.
Yeah.
Is Dave Neal is a journalist covering this story. And Laura Owens went after him for an order of harassment for using his First Amendment right to have opinions on a public court case to read public court documents.
When I saw that, it lit a fire in me to help Dave. Because this is unconscionable, what she has done. And her lawyer, threatening to make Dave Neal homeless? Threatening to put Laura’s horses on his property. Threatening him with sending him homeless shelter addresses. You know, I know Dave felt very, pretty much alone and out there for a long time.
And he was putting up with a lot of stress over this. And I come from the law side of YouTube. So when I saw this, What was going on to him, with him, I knew what she was doing is completely illegal. You cannot threaten journalists with harassment orders because they won’t stop talking about you when you’re a public person.
And she is a podcaster. She did a TEDx talk. She’s what you call a limited purpose public person. And that means that defamation is much, much harder to prove against her. Because she’s a public person. Same with Clayton Eckert. You know, people have a right in the media in America to have negative opinions about public people.
And you’re allowed to say them and Dave is not harassing anyone. And he’s been so kind to her. Really. He’s been one of the kindest he’s kinder to her than I am. I’ve insulted her way more than, than he has. And yet she has this. I don’t know vendetta against Dave Neal. That is, I just could not stand it.
I was not going to stand for it. I was not going to sit back and watch it happen because Dave doesn’t deserve it. He’s a member of the media. We have a first amendment that protects his right to speak my right to speak your right to speak about any public case we want to. And she needed to learn that lesson.
It’s like, Laura, if you didn’t want him to talk about the case, don’t go to the sun with your story because this really All could have been handled privately and she probably could have gotten away with it. Just like she did with Mike and Greg is she never goes public with it. She obviously never went public with Mike and Greg cause they weren’t contestants on a reality show and people wouldn’t have known them.
But the second she went to the sun and it becomes a public story, what did she expect? People who write about the bachelor and cover the battery either on YouTube or in podcasts or on my website, what did she think that we were going to do? Just never talk about this. It was, it was just mind blowing.
No, no, no.
She thought you were going to take her side. Well, yeah, she thought you were going to believe her and that you were going to help her destroy Clayton’s reputation, which is what she wanted.
Yeah. And
that’s why she went to the media and it’s too bad for her that it turned out that she gave all this fake evidence and doctored a bunch of stuff and that we’re not idiots.
That’s too bad for her, but she did this,
she did it to herself and you know, look in the very beginning when the story first came out on the sun, it was 95 percent court of public opinion. Clayton was guilty because he was a guy that wasn’t very well liked on the show because of the edit he was given and you know, having sex with both women at the end and telling them both that he loved them and stuff like that.
If this would have happened to somebody who was a popular figure in the bachelor franchise and the same exact accusation made by the same exact woman who went to the sun and said, Take her son article and just replace the name Clayton Eckerd with Tyler Cameron. I guarantee it would have been 5 percent that believed her and 95 percent that said, no way that Tyler Cameron did this.
So Clayton was behind the eight ball. The second that story broke because he was just not a very popular bachelor amongst the bachelor watching fan base. Yeah,
that’s really too bad because Clayton is actually a very nice man. And I think that I, I had, I didn’t see his. His season.
Yeah.
But actually last night I went back and watched some clips to find out what it is about Him that people didn’t like and I saw the clips You know of him telling two different girls that he was falling in love with them And that he admitted that he slept with them.
Yeah,
and The only difference between him and other bachelors is that he told the truth. You know what I mean? And who knows what he, how he feels or how he defines love. And that’s up to him. If he was feeling like he was falling in love with other, with different women, it can happen, I guess. I mean, who are we to say that he didn’t?
And also he was honest. We’ve all watched the bachelor. I was a bachelor fan for years. We know what’s going on in the fantasy suite. They just don’t talk about it or they don’t admit to it. So, so let me get this straight. America didn’t like him because he told the truth. I think I’m flabbergasted by that.
I think the other thing is, and you probably wouldn’t know this, not having watched the season. I think the biggest thing is that Clayton started off his season behind the eight ball because he came from a season before where. He filmed his season of the bachelor before and was done filming his season of the bachelor before the first episode of the bachelorette season he was on had ever even aired.
The audience didn’t even know who he was and he was named as our bachelor. So immediately people are like, why am I supposed to like this guy? Because normally in the past, your bachelor comes from the previous season. You’ve just watched his story. You’ve watched Joey make it all to the, all the way to the end and then get his heart broken by charity.
Oh, here’s our next bachelor. You already have a built in liking towards him because you followed his story. Nobody knew who Clayton was. And it’s the first time that they had ever done that outside of naming somebody who wasn’t on the immediate season, which doesn’t happen very often. So. That was probably the other big thing that played into this, which in turn played into the fact that Clayton, he was a guy that it’s not like he even lasted long on Michelle season.
He finished ninth, like everything about Clayton season and the way they cast him, it just, he, he was basically always behind the eight ball and he never had a chance to win over the audience. And I think he was fighting an uphill battle from the second he was named. I think he would tell you now I was so naive to the process.
I had no idea what I was getting myself into. And I guarantee he wouldn’t do it again. If he was, if he was asked the same way he was like. After he was eliminated from the show season.
And it’s so bad. It’s so too, it’s too bad. You and I’ve gotten to know him.
Yeah.
You know, he is, he’s a very nice person.
He didn’t deserve any of this. His parents are super nice. His brothers are nice. Like he comes from a nice family with, he’s a good guy. Yeah. He’s, he’s very caring. Even to this day, he’s saying, I want Laura to get help. You know, there are a lot of men who would wish her straight to hell. Yeah. For what, what she’s done.
And I think America needs to give Clayton a break now and realize that they were manipulated by producers and that this person has been victimized. He is a victim of Laura Owens and her lies and her manipulation and her malicious. Litigation that she has done not only to him but to two other men that we know of and a fourth Who won’t talk about it?
It’s pretty crazy We what we watched it all go down and I want to take a quick break and we’ll get into everything that started on Monday Alright, so, Monday you were there. We were all there. You were actually someone that got to go into the courtroom. We were adjacent in the overflow room where we just watched on TV and listened to it.
But you were there. I guess my first question to you was being there and witnessing Laura in person for the first time and just sitting there. What was your takeaway from the two hours that the trial went on?
I was blown away by her level of, I guess, what do you call it? Chutzpah. She, she has balls. This one.
Can I say that? Because she, she does not have any compunction about lying under oath. She lied again under oath. At least two times. One particularly jarring moment for me was her saying now that she didn’t get the sonogram in Mission Viejo as she said under oath in her deposition that she did. She said she got it now in L.
A. And the reason why the defense counsel can’t find any records is because, well, I sent you to the wrong county, basically. Well, that’s illegal, ma’am. That is against the rules. You have to tell defense counsel. You have to disclose everything. You can’t, under your oath and your deposition, say you got a sonogram in one place, but it was really the other, and now on the stand during the trial, you say, oh, too bad.
You just went to the wrong county. That’s not how this works That was incredible to me. So now she’s claiming not only did she go to Planned Parenthood She also told a second big whopper steve She said that she went there anonymously the first time the first couple times she said she went anonymously Well on the stand on monday, she said I used a fake name.
Well, that’s the first time she said that
And then she never even gave Clayton’s counsel what the fake name was. Never told them.
No. So they couldn’t, they couldn’t even go to them and say, what’s the fake
name? That do you have this name in your records? And couldn’t cause they didn’t even have that fake name.
They didn’t know.
I mean, I think we all know that that’s all a lie. She didn’t go there.
Yeah.
She did not get a sonogram there. They don’t even do it. You know, Planned Parenthood has said, you cannot come here anonymously. You cannot get a sonogram either at the locations that she claimed she was, she had gone to.
So then there’s the whole idea of the fake sonogram, which never even got in. It was never even discussed in the trial on Monday, but judge Mata has that information. She knows about it. She knows about the fake sonogram. I just think it’s funny because he’s like, Laura, Laura maybe doesn’t realize like she probably easily could have won this case if all she did was name the place.
Give the name and the place where he could subpoena an ultrasound. From Planned Parenthood, but the problem is she never went to a Planned Parenthood. So she couldn’t
well She never did it You know what? Another huge lie was is this sonogram video which was brought up and now she’s claiming she never Sent a sonogram video to clayton She says greg gillespie hacked into her email somehow and then forwarded it to clayton sent one to clayton That was totally doctored.
Well, that’s bizarre because in the October hearing for the order of protection that she got against Clayton. She’s very clearly on video telling judge duty. Oh yes. I sent that sonogram video to him. Clayton asked her directly two times the email that you sent me with the video sonogram. Did you send that?
She says, yes. He says, you sent the video. She says, yes. So she perjured herself a second time because it’s on script. It’s on the transcripts from the other, from the order of protection hearing, which she obviously got under fraud. This woman. needs to be prosecuted for perjury. If I’ve ever seen somebody who needs to be prosecuted for perjury, it’s her.
Will it happen? No, probably not. Don’t get excited folks.
It’s
probably not going to happen. Our country has completely fallen down on the job of prosecuting people for perjury.
You know, the other thing is when you mentioned that from Monday, you know, she says, I think it was, it was it was her own, it was Gingras who was questioning her and put the exhibit up on the screen, the email that had the sonogram in it and said, did you send this to Clayton Ecker?
She said, no. He said, who did? I have my suspicions. And then Gingras asked her, well, well, tell us about those suspicions, please. Well, I suspect it’s Greg Gillespie. Why do you suspect Mr. Greg Gillespie? Well, because he’d been known to hack emails before. And then he just kind of left it at that. Like, Oh really?
Like no proof. She just is able to throw that out there that this guy professionally hacks emails. And I’m sitting there in the overflow room, scrolling through my phone and looking at the email that Laura Owen sent me on October 13th, 2023. With four paragraphs telling me, Steve, I am pregnant. Here’s the proof.
And in that video, and in that email is the sonogram. So her saying on the stand Monday, once again, I never sent this on a gram, not only to Clayton, Gingras asked her, have you ever sent a sonogram to anybody? And she said, no. And I’m like, I got it right here. Oh,
she’s, she’s a prolific liar, a prolific liar.
And I, I do believe the judge sees it, but the question will be what will she do about it? And I hope to, but even if she does refer her to prosecution, which I would be tempted to do if I were the judge, even if she refers her for prosecution, the prosecutor does not have to prosecute it. Steve, it is completely up to the prosecutor.
Now, the prosecutor. Is an elected position. So there is a possibility that if the judge refers her, the people can start a campaign to ask the prosecutor to take that case and prosecute. And I hope that they will, if that comes, if that happens, cause she does answer to the people, it’s an elected position, the people of Maricopa ought to be very upset at what Laura Owens has done to their family court system.
She is taking up the court’s time. Resources away from real victims. This is a travesty that needs to be stopped.
You know this about more than I do. When it comes to judges in something like that and perjuring yourself and she’s done it numerous times, whether it was in the OOP hearing or whether it was on Monday, is it, does it matter how many times you do it?
Does it matter the. The, the big, the, the the enormity of the perjure or is it just, hey, if you perjure yourself, if you lie one time, it’s going to be the same penalties if you lied 10 times under oath.
You know, I think it matters how egregious it is.
Yeah. I guess that was the word. And
I think it matters, especially that it’s happened in first.
Three or four different judges in Maricopa County, which we’re talking four judges, I think, and that’s a big deal. I believe it is a big deal. The problem is this. Prosecutors are so busy with murders and drugs and all these other crimes that, you know, have victims who bled out in the street, right? And families, grieving families.
Do they have the time to prosecute perjury? They don’t. So they don’t do it. They don’t do it. And the, and so people perjure themselves under oath all the time. And we’ve gotten to a point where I really truly believe in my heart that it is important to prosecute at least one major perjurer. a year, you know, just pick one, just one perjury case a year and prosecute to the highest extent of the law so that other people get the message that we do take perjury seriously.
We will prosecute you, maybe, so don’t take the risk. And if they never do it, if they never prosecute anybody for perjury anymore in this country, then tell me why should you even raise your hand in a court of law and swear to tell the truth if it doesn’t? Freaking matter.
Yeah, there’s no penalty for it.
Yeah,
there’s no penalty
And i’m just looking i’m looking at this and i’m looking at her and i’m you know I didn’t watching the case on the big screen tv from the side room and there was a lot of chuckles going on a lot of eye rolls at at laura’s testimony and You know jingris himself. I mean we can I I kind of want to get into jingris himself because I know You’ve dealt with and covered a lot of lawyers having spoken to you this week.
I know you have some very, very strong feelings about David Gingras. I do just lay some of those feelings out there about him.
All right. Well, I have never, and I mean never, and I’ve covered a lot of court cases and I’ve watched probably thousands of hours. of court, court cases in both civil and criminal and family court.
I have never seen a lawyer so flambly communicating with his client on the stand during cross examination. I can’t believe the judge didn’t tape him to his seat. I would have gotten the duct tape out and duct taped his hands to his chair. The guy was doing baseball signals at his client and, and interrupting the cross with a timeout, timeout.
I don’t know what date she’s talking about. I’ve never seen a lawyer do this ever in my life. And my sister was sitting right next to me. She’s a lawyer. She was, she was out of her mind. She was ready to jump up and object and wave down the judge and say, look at him. And I don’t know why the judge didn’t see it, but we have it on video.
Yeah. I saw it. You tweeted it out today, right?
Yeah. It’s, it’s incredible. He can be referred to the bar for that. That is against the rules. You’re not allowed to communicate with your client on the stand. He was not only communicating with his hands. He was nodding his head, shaking his head, giving her signals.
Deandra had to step in front of him. So that the, so that Laura couldn’t see him. And then he was still trying to crane his neck around Deandra. I was sitting behind him so I could see all of this.
From what I was told and just talking to people afterwards, it seems like judge Mata apparently didn’t see it because she was taking notes.
That’s the, that’s the answer that I got is that’s why she didn’t see it. But clearly someone on Woodnick’s team did see it because Deandra ended up. Like you said, standing in between Laura and Gingras. So he wouldn’t continue to give her signals and, but then he still continued with it. I mean, it was, I didn’t notice it as watching TV until, until Deandra stepped in front and said, I’m going to stand here.
So you don’t keep getting advice from your council. And then obviously Laura got a little flustered. It’s I’m not getting anything. Wait, it’s like, yeah, but I didn’t, I didn’t actually see it. And then you tweeted out on your Twitter account that, yeah, Here’s here’s some video footage of him calling timeout.
Here’s some video footage of him waving his arms. Yeah, he was like a third base coach It’s crazy.
Yeah. It was incredible. I’ve never seen anything like it. It is definitely a referable, the judge could refer him to the bar. If the judge watches the tape back at all and sees that she still has the ability to refer him to the bar.
And, and I think she should, his behavior in this case has been unconscionable. It’s it’s inexplicable blogging about a live trial, like blogging his way through this It’s insane. You know, current litigation, making wild allegations, members of the press, saying he wants to read our obituaries, calling us cockroaches.
This man is repulsive. He’s repulsive. And his behavior in court yesterday, by the way, he’s not a very good lawyer. He’s, he’s desperate. He has bad mannerisms in court. He doesn’t come across as being very convincing in any way. And he started out the day by arguing a motion that the judge already ruled against him on.
I don’t know what favors he thought he was going to get from judge Mata by questioning her authority and starting out with a motion. She’s already denied. I’ve never seen that either. Where does he get off?
Which was allowing Mike Maracini to be a witness. And Mike Marroccini shows up to the courthouse and David Gingras calls 911 and says, I want him arrested after the judges already allowed him to be.
There, like I didn’t even understand, like, again, there’s a lot of things that he’s done and said that I don’t understand. And that was obviously the big one because Dave and I were broadcasting on his live stream and we see Gingras outside talking to two police officers and he’s got paperwork. And you know, Dave and I are immediately thinking he’s about to shut Dave down.
Like we were, we had no idea. Cause we hadn’t heard anything at that point. We were thinking that he was trying to get police to come over. We thought they were going to start walking towards us. And so you need to shut this all down just because jingerous is jingerous, but then we find out a little bit later.
Oh, wow. No, he went to, he called 9 1 1 and said, I want him out of here. I want him arrested after.
Yeah.
Completely allowed. He did.
And I, I want you to know too. I did contact the Phoenix police. I already put in a FOIA request for the 9 1 1 call that was made and the body cam footage and get this. The body cam footage in Phoenix, I was told today is backed up for two years.
What? And I told the woman on the phone, I said, wait a minute, that’s illegal. Arizona has time limits. You, you can’t keep the footage from me for two years. And she goes, Oh, I know. I know. But that’s what it is.
Okay. So we’re just going to have to accept that? Like we’re just not gonna be able to see this body cam footage?
No, we are not going to accept it. I’m going to sue them to get it if I have to, but I will sue them to get it because that’s insane. We’ll have to crowdfund so we can pay a lawyer to file a suit against the city.
What
did you think? Because how long would it take? That’s really, how long would it take to get me the ten minute footage from yet from Monday?
Come on guys.
Yeah, it’s just a come on. What did you think of Jengiris? Telling Laura to come off the witness stand, stand in front of the witness stand, and twirl around like she was a circus animal. You ever seen that before?
No. But I do not think, I do not think that it helped her in any way. It does not prove that she was ever pregnant just because she’s anorexic at this moment.
It doesn’t prove anything. It proves nothing except that she’s extremely unwell and she looks unwell and I can’t believe he did that.
And what is his, what was his point of doing that when they’re, I mean, according to their story. She lost the babies on November 14th. Okay. It’s June 10th. What do we care how much she weighs on June 10th?
What does that have to do with anything?
Did you notice that he had at the same time he had her do that the photo on the screen was of her pushing her Belly out.
Yeah.
Okay. Well, I think what he wanted was for the judge or you know to see the dip the vast difference between the two pictures We’ve all been saying we think that that’s a gluten belly because she has a gluten intolerance that her mother is always talking about, she’s always talking about.
And if you go on Instagram and you look up gluten belly, you’ll see all kinds of thin women who look like they have completely fat, flat stomachs, eat gluten, and then they will look five months pregnant. And it’s a temporary thing that happens when you have a gluten intolerance. And if I, I still maintain that even at 91 pounds.
If she were to go eat a loaf of French bread, she would look like that in a couple hours.
Yeah, I guess I don’t, I’m unfamiliar with the gluten intolerance, but I,
Oh, you got to see the videos. You will not believe it. It looks just like that. The picture of her.
Hmm. She sent that to me too. That was, that was in the October 13th email that she sent me.
It was three things in her mind that was proving she was pregnant. Of course, I’m, I’m sure she’s listening to this right now and I’m sure she’ll say, Steve, I never sent that to you. That was Greg hacking into my emails. It’s like, Laura, every email you sent me was your voice signed with your signature, like you do on all your emails.
Of course it was you. She sent me that email and said, here’s three ways I’m going to prove to you that I’m pregnant. Here’s a picture of me standing sideways in the mirror. Here’s a sonogram. And here is notes from my neurologist appointment where the neurologist wrote patient is pregnant at 21 weeks and then everything else is about seizures and epilepsy was just one sentence in there.
So I’m like, Oh yeah. That’s right, because a neurologist is in, in her mind is an OBGYN,
Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They study the same thing, apparently. I have another thought about Gingras, too. It’s funny, we’ve been calling him Gingras, and he says his name is Gingras. And I wonder why he didn’t correct us before now.
And
I’m wondering, I’m wondering if it’s because He likes the fact that we’re saying it wrong so that no one will know who he really is. Like maybe he’s not that proud of this case because he’s so touchy about his ego. I’m shocked. He hasn’t told everyone it’s Gingras, not Gingras, you know? But I do think The overall, the other big thought I have about him is that he really harmed her case more than any other attorney she’s had.
When he came in to this case, he came in like a wrecking ball and he thought he was going to do PR for her and change the narrative. And I bet he sold her on that. And all he did was inflame the people who have been dedicating their time to uncovering her lies. And he. is the one who made it possible to get Mike Marroccini’s laptop examined by a forensic expert.
Mike didn’t even remember that he had it. Some of the stories that were coming out this week, you know, talking to Mike and, and hearing how that happened, he had forgotten all about that laptop. And it wasn’t until after Gingras was involved in this case that Dave calls Mike and Do you have anything else?
Is there anything you can think of that might give us some clue as to, you know, Any more stuff from her and that’s when it jogged his memory that oh wait I might have a lap laptop that has all my text messages from back then and sure enough And then we have all the proof that she faked cancer. She told mike she had cancer.
She faked other medical records It’s all in there Those text messages,
ovarian cancer, nonetheless, where she claims she had her ovaries removed, one of her ovaries removed, correct?
Yep. Yep. An ophorectomy. Yep. And you know, now she’s, she’s saying, I don’t know who made those records. I, those, that wasn’t me.
Oh, did Greg Gillespie get in a time machine and go back in time and hack into your computer and send those to Mike? Yeah. Is that how that works, Laura?
