There seem to be two overlying topics in “Reader Emails” today, and that is either reaction to the Paulie podcast from last week, or, the Kaitlyn/Jason relationship. I guess that’s to be expected. One thing I forgot to mention about the Paulie podcast yesterday that some of you mentioned to me is that you’re seeing it twice in your podcast feed? I know I only see it once in mine, but I can tell you what happened. When I first released it last week, I totally forgot to put in the music bed in the beginning and end. I’m pretty hard to shock at this point, but a lot of reality shows I’ve seen have seriously stunned me. Like, there was once a show where some woman dated men wearing Phantom of the Opera type masks to prove she was looking for love instead of looks. Do you remember it? The masked men would only get to remove their bizarre facewear in the pitch black darkness of a cellar where the woman would take them to go make out and, while they were down there, the woman would all but feel up the guy’s face to assure her obviously-terrified mind that no, this man who willingly donned a mask for twenty hours a day did not have boils growing off his cheekbones. Well hello boys and girls, great to have you back. I know some of you are visiting this site for the first time since “Bachelor in Paradise” ended and other than missing the spoilers as Colton’s season was filming, you didn’t miss much because I think those were the only days I posted anything since mid-September.
